Quality Garage Door Services came to the rescue twice regarding our rolling gate issues either the same day or the next day we called . First time, the rolling gate rolled off its track. Quality Garage Door Services came out the next day and put gate back on its track and made adjustments to motor and chain so that gate stopped at end of track. The second time, was this past Sunday August 1, 2021. Our gate would close but then would bounce back open. We called Quality Garage Door Services on Monday August 2nd morning, and they were out at our house in the afternoon same day around 4 pm. They oiled chain and tinkered with motor, and our gate closed and stayed closed. If you are looking for great service and timely availability for your garage doors or rolling gate, then I highly recommend Quality Garbage Door Services!

Extremely quick to respond and address my issues SAME DAY. Ive used them twice now (broken spring and recently an old broken opener). Our Garage door came off the rails at 9 tonight, called the landlord and he said couldnt pay for afterhour services ! The Tx Winter storm did some major damage to our entire house. Luckily we were able to get ahold of these guys for one of the problems. I called several garage door companys to get an estimate. Some crazy prices out there for IMO a simple job. I called and left a message, AL called right back. He came out the same day to do the estimate which was already greatly appreciated and for a great price. AL came back to complete the repair. The job went well and he went the extra step of taking care of a few other things that were problematic. Fair prices, awesome service and one stellar job. Were pleased!

In the middle of the worst winter storm in Dallas history we had our garage door spring brake which trapped cars inside the garage. Contacted Casey and he immediately arranged to have their technicians- Guillermo and one other person within a few hours and made the service call.Within a short period of time my garage was repaired by installing two new springs and also replaced the 10 garage door rollers.Completely satisfied by the whole experience as the process reflected professionalism and quality work.I will need a new garage door at some point and will certainly be using the company at that time.

A horrible experience. If you use these guys, you better have PLAN B. The thing wasnt fixed right, and when I protested the guy started yelling at me! Shoddy work and an abusive attitude. I complained to his boss and his boss took his side. Unbelievable!
