This review is for the sole purpose of letting others know up front what I didnt know when deciding to buy my new golf cart from dynamic carts. I was skeptical and afraid to purchase a cart from someone whom I knew nothing about.I purchased the Blue Dynamic Enforcer. With the upgraded color LED package. There isnt a weekend that goes by at the campground the someone doesnt stop and compliment my cart.Before deciding on this purchase I did some research and EZ-GO was more money for basically a four seater stock cart. My cart is far from stock. Oh and EZ-GO was taking deposits for Spring delivery.I order my cart on August 18, 2021 it was delivered right to our campground on August 28, 2021. I was shocked at how quickly it was delivered.Wendy in customer service has been amazing and also whoever responds to my chats via their website. They have gone above and beyond to answer my questions regarding my new cart.Before buying this cart I had never heard of dynamic carts. But after this experience, I tell everyone one that asks about my cart how great they are.People like to ask me how much I paid. I always make them guess. On average everyone guesses $3000 to $4000 higher than what I paid.My cart is the 48v Dynamic Enforcer. Which by the way has top of the line Trojan batteries in it. This company in no way shape or form tried to cut corners, buy using cheap imported batteries. I am confident these batteries with the proper maintenance will last me 6 or 7 years.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a new golf cart.Im a happy camper on the coolest golf cart at the campground.

We purchased an enforcer from dynamic carts just over a year ago. Our cart has served its purpose of getting the kids two and from the pool in the neighborhood just fine, however we had to have the cart picked up (which we had to pay a $75 fee for) under warranty as the steering column was making a loud rattling sound and the rear end was leaking fluid every day. The cart was returned and neither of these issues were repaired (I was told they were). It still rattles and leaks. The seatbelts are poorly made and bind up very easily. If I could do it over, I’d likely buy elsewhere due to lack of Dynamic standing behind warranty and overall issues we’ve had with the cart.Update: I received a phone call from Wendy in Customer Service after posting this review. She was upset I left an honest review of my experience with Dynamic. The conversation was very unprofessional and I even offered to update my review if they were willing to correctly repair my golf cart. They did not accept that offer and ended the call with me.

I purchased an electric golf cart from Dynamic Cart after finding them online, and It was the first time I made a big purchase online so I was invited to come to their warehouse and pick out my cart. Josh the salesman was great from the beginning very honest straigbt shooter and knew a lot about electric golf carts. Wendy called me to make a delivery appointment for my electric golf cart only two days after I ordered my golf cart. When my electric cart arrived Chad the delivery guy unloaded my awesome new Dynamic Golf Cart and showed me the electric cart and how to operate it. Thanks Dynamic Carts for my amazing golf cart. Its way better than I expected.

The overall experience with Dynamic Carts (Josh and Wendy) was superb from the beginning. Josh helped explain all I needed (first time purchasing street legal cart), what to expect, etc. The build to delivery timeframe was spot on and the delivery of the cart was smooth as well. Upon titling the cart, Wendy worked with me to make sure I had all the documentation needed to do so and was available anytime I needed. I have multiple friends who are blown away with my cart and are looking to purchase from DC per my feedback and recommendation. Top Notch!

I purchased my new Enforcer cart fully equipped about 4 months ago. The cart looks great but the customer service is a prime example of what not to be. The windshield that was installed by Dynamic Carts developed a 3 crack from the side. I emailed Customer Service on 20 August 2021 along with a photo. The only communication I received was asking for my shipping address leading me to believe that they were shipping another out. By September 19th I had not received any other communication. On that day, the ignition switch froze making it impossible to engage the battery. I again sent another email asking if the ignition switch was covered. I also asked what the disposition was on the defective windshield. Later that day, I received an email asking for photos of the windshield (I included one in the original email on 20 August). Nothing was mentioned about the ignition switch. I sent an email of the windshield but did not receive another email stating that they would cover it or the ignition. I again sent an email on Tuesday the 21st of September asking if they received the email of the photo I sent again on the 20th. I received a one word email from a customer service agent named Wendy stating one word, yes. No mention of what they were going to do about the windshield or ignition switch. I called customer service today to inquire about both and was told by Wendy that the windshield would not be covered by warranty. When asked about the ignition switch, she stated that she would send one out today.Dynamic makes a decent cart, but due to the customer service that I have received, I would not recommend them. The warranty states that body trim is covered. They sold the cart with the windshield but will not back it.

I picked up my Dynamic Enforcer Limo today.It is suoer nice and clean. Has everything I wanted.The sales team, Josh and Wendy, were super awesome and friendly. They went over and showed me everything with the cart and how to operate and handle it and take care of it.Thank you for making this a pleasant purchase!I know my whole family will enjoy it.

Let’s start by saying that my Original purchase experience was fine but that is to be expected. I have yet to receive anything that resembles customer service. My cart has not been acting right and I can’t get an adequate response or support via the web, phone, email or Facebook. I have a hard time supporting anyone that doesn’t stand behind or support their products. Buyer beware, you’ve been warned. I don’t usually write reviews but I don’t know what else to do.

So let me start by saying I have never owned a golf cart before. I called and was immediately greeted by text, which was great for me. I was really just calling to inquire about golf carts with no real intention of buying that day.Anyways Wendy called me and was phenomenal I was going for a gas golf cart and she told me that my needs were not that of a gas golf cart, And told me more of what I needed was an electric golf cart it would be better fit for me and my family. She took a lot of time explaining it to me and helping me understand fully.For that reason I decided I was going to make a purchase. It was delivered same day! Just called to inquire as to who manufactures the carts, if it was Dynamic or if they did the modifications on another companies carts. I was basically told it doesnt matter and the sales guy would not provide any info on this.He also said he doesnt care whether I buy from them or not and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He stated he was the sales guy, the manager and the owner. If this is the way they treat customers on the phone, I would hate to see how they treat them in person.

Great company and great experience! Talked to Josh, what a great guy. We ordered a Hulk Limo Cart and they threw in a front winch accessory, no extra charge! They delivered beyond expectations, both with shipping and the cart itself. We ordered on a Thursday and the cart was delivered in under 6 business days! First buying a big investment outside of NJ and I have to say it is great!Seven days ( actually it is 6 days as I order after 10PM as I was doing research) after put the order, here comes the cart. Well packed and not a scratch. The buying experience is smooth and after couple rounds of driving, it feels a great bargain!

We love our cart! Its so fun to drive through the neighborhood with some good music on and visit with neighbors!

The wife and I truly do like our gas powered Hulk 200. In the three weeks weve had it, she has put 176 miles on it just driving all around our village of Paddock Lake. Here we can drive golf carts on all the roads in our area. The only issue we had was getting the cart delivered. We finally received our Hulk 200 a month after we bought it. It wasnt Dynamics fault that shipping took so long, it was because of this pandemic (COVID 19), which is what was causing a big delay on it getting shipped. I was told by Dynamic that they are trying to find a driver that is willing to drive more than 1 state out of Texas and Im located in Wisconsin 4 states away. Confronted with this problem I didnt want to wait any longer, so I took it upon myself and found an independent firm that is willing to deliver equipment even during this pandemic and they charged me the same price Dynamic was charging ($675.00). Dynamic did refund my shipping money, which was included in the purchase of the cart. So far the golf cart has been running fine. For what I paid for it, I think I got my moneys worth, its built well and everything on it is easy to get to. I changed the engine oil when it hit 100 miles and it wasnt that difficult to do. Adding the oil was a bit of a challenge, but once I found the proper type of funnel it went fine.

Josh was my salesperson and he made the purchase seemless. Not to mention he was on vacation answering all my texts and calls! I dont know why anyone would buy a cart from anywhere else!! Thanks Josh for everything.

I was referred by a friend of mind who purchased a cart. I checked his out thoroughly before I purchased my Hulk 200. I spoke with Josh over the phone and he made this a really good experience. The cart was shipped to me in Houston a couple days after the purchase. The driver called me when he was loaded and gave me a very accurate eta. Loving my Hulk 200.

Received our hulk 200 gas golf cart today, everything works fine, we ordered online and received our cart in 3 days.i wish we have more money to order the electric model, so it can be quieter .

Experience was great! While at the shop Josh was very attentive and ready to answer any questions we had while we were looking for a cart. Finally made the down payment May 14...told him our color order of which we would like to have...red, black, and last blue. We were told earliest mid June...to our surprise May 29 we were called and told they had an extra red cart and asked if we wanted it. Well yea...boom...it was delivered today June 3 at 10am! Perfect red cart...just what we wanted! I kick myself for looking at used carts for two months before purchasing this one. If you want a cart with everything you need and are ready to purchase...just go with the Dynamic Enforcer!! It’s delivered to your home in the price of the cart and is ready to drive when it’s dropped off. We have spent all day on the cart so far and the batteries are still showing full! Just get it...don’t wait...don’t shop around! I promise you will be happy with this choice of cart. I will be returning for another in a year or so when I get the money set aside. The only problem with the cart is the “sound system” that it comes equipped with...go ahead and plan an upgrade for the speaker...it does not do the job!

THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM DYNAMIC CARTS!! The initial experience was great until the cart was delivered. The windshield wasn’t delivered that we paid for and was shipped to us later that week. The battery doesn’t hold a charge and has to constantly be charged. They sent another battery but there is clearly something drawing on the battery that drains it. There are tons of squeaks and rattles that we have been working to correct after finding loose parts that were not properly installed. I have reached out several times with videos proving an awful grinding noise once the cart runs for a few minutes that the service team can’t seem to hear due to selective hearing, clearly. The cart stalls out with a horrible gas smell which requires us to pull over and shut it down for roughly 3-5 minutes,which is super embarrassing as much as we talked it up during the purchase process. The customer service has been terrible with no regard to the $5,075 we paid for the garage queen we can’t enjoy.. We get a nasty response stating there’s no warranty after possession. I suggest spending the extra money and buying a well known brand with a warranty to back up to save yourself from purchasing a LEMON like ours.

Lack of Professionalism by salesman Josh! Dynamic Golf Carts sold my golf cart on consignment as agreed so that I can upgrade to one of their carts. During this time, they also replaced one of my batteries. They sold my cart in April and I was told that they were not going to have any carts till the end of May or beginning of June. I patiently waited and during this time I was working with Josh. I kept in contact with Josh to get the status on my new cart. The day that I went in to test drive my cart and pay, Josh acted as if I owed him for selling my cart (granted the money for my cart was going toward the Dynamic Cart), the new battery were he waived the fee due to the long wait for my cart and he waived the delivery fee. I inquired about a different color cart, he immediately made a sarcastic remark about waiting another 8 months for that color of cart or I can take my money back. I thought I misunderstood him especially since he was earning my business and I am a paying customer. So, I asked him to repeat what he said, he then said again “You can take your money back if you want and go somewhere else!” At this point I was trying to be polite but due to his lack of professionalism I reacted and told him that if I knew this is how they treat their customers I would have never brought my business to him. He told me that they are slammed with request and continued to have an attitude. I then asked for the owner of the company, he told me that he was the owner. I told him to give my money back from the sell of my golf cart. As we settled on my cash payment Josh kept acting as if I owed him for selling my cart, replacing a battery and delivery fee…. I told him that I never asked for any fees to be waived nor did I ever ask to mark off a discount for the long wait for my new cart…… Anyone considering buying from Dynamic Carts, think twice and I hope you don’t experience for the lack of professionalism and lies that Josh has to offer. Also, the owner under public record and secretary of state is Bing Zhu. I went to a couple of other places, Epic Carts, Excessive Carts and Grapevine Golf Carts. Not only did they have a professional displace of carts, they have a staff that was extremely professional and the owner of Excessive Carts came out to meet me and helped me pick out a golf cart that was quality made.

We were a walk in. Lady at the counter was friendly but the man was not. Didnt bother to get out of his chair and introduce himself. Most sales men are friendly, acted like we were inconveniencing him.

From the beginning, we enjoyed working with Josh, beginning with the first phone call before we visited Dynamic in person. The carts looked amazing online, the features that were hundreds of dollars more each as add-on’s elsewhere were standard on his carts. Even still, we were expecting some catch as we drove to see them in person, since the prices online were thousands less than the other 5 or 6 places we went and looked at.No catch at all. Josh’s Dynamic Carts are made there and shipped everywhere from there. No dealerships, no authorized maintenance centers, no huge marketing team (none necessary, word of mouth is selling his carts for him!), nothing that requires any huge overhead. Nothing to raise his carts above a fair price. Even when there were several delays in him getting parts to build carts during COVID, Josh and his team went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy.There are probably close to 100 carts in our neighborhood, from companies that charge up to 50% more for the same features, and every single day I get asked where we got ours, it turns that many heads.Feel at peace with a buy from Dynamic, Josh and his team will take good care of you and deliver a quality product at a great price!

I personally had a great experience with Dynamic Carts, I wanted a Texas longhorn golf cart, there was very pacific things that I wanted on the golf cart I wanted it to be gas, orange in color, and a great sound system, the process was very easy Josh came to my office sat down with me and listed out every individual piece that was gonna be built on the golf cart, very easy process, I liked everything about the golf cart, so I proceed and move forward, within approximate 6 weeks, my golf cart was delivered to my house, it was more than I ever expected, it deafly have a wow factor to it, I am very pleased with my golf cart, I would highly recommend this company
