I was nervous about a makeup bag this small, because I am much more about quality than looks. But what I love about this company is that they don’t make sacrifices in either. It fits EVERYTHING, in such a brilliant and space saving way. I have two makeup bags, lots of earrings, a few shirts and a cardigan I have had for five years. I do not plan on stopping. Their designs add a special touch to my daily life.

I love visiting this store when I am in town. They always have great new items and their staff are always helpful. With everything going on in the world right now, it’s great to find empathetic and kind customer service. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Their stuff is SO cute! Its not just trendy pieces that they sell, but its stuff you can wear all the time. Their shirts are the comfiest, which make it so easy to style and throw on for an effortless chic look!

Brought my grand daughter shopping and this is what she decided to get. She was the happiest, she is 5 and also doesn’t know how to read. She very much enjoyed the sparkles.Not sure how to add the photo of it on here but it was a teal sequined drink koozie that says Heifer, please.I couldn’t stop laughing, she loved the color and the sparkles.

Apparently their marketing plan is to take peoples photos without their permission and post them as a pleasant surprise so that people would know they are recognizing the cuteness. They assume because they sell 500,000 shirts in a year, people generally get excited when they feature them that they dont need to get permission before taking other peoples photos. When a mother was notified that the photo she had posted of her daughter on her personal account and had not tagged Southern Grace in had been taken and posted by SG, she messaged them and asked them to remove it. Their snarky defense of stealing the photo included calling her Karen for wanting her daughters picture removed from their post. This poor example of customer service is extremely sad to see from a company repping grace in their name. Grace is certainly lacking in this company.

Having grown up in the south I love their concept! Cute clothes and accessories, great quality, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!

I received a Christmas sweatshirt for Christmas and it didnt fit and their policy states any Christmas item cannot be returned after December 20th. So for all of you that received Christmas apparel as a gift, you are stuck with it because they will not take it back. That is a horrible policy to have. And if they would take it back, I could only get a store credit even if I have the receipt and the tags are still on the item. Another bad policy!!
