Fantastic products, pricing and service !! This was my first experience with hearing aids. Because of a sports injury, I lost hearing in my left ear permanently. Being a technology professional, I went on a journey to discover the best affordable solution for a hearing aid. I was amazed at the differences in prices and technology. The ENT doctors audiologist will give you the best technology at the highest prices. Costco will give you the best prices with the lowest end technology. Kind of like buying a base model car. Trust me, you want the latest technology that is imbedded in the hearing aid microprocessor chip to filter out the unnecessary background noise. I did my research and discovered Avalon Hearing Aids owned by Cynthia. Her prices were 40% less than the ENTs office with the best technology. Her hearing aid instrument certification allows her to customize the unit to meet your hearing needs. I have had a few follow up free visits to evaluate my current hearing and tweaks to the hearing aid. Rather than frustration with an audio technician at Costco, my journey has been pleasant and professional with Cynthia. I highly recommend.
