I love this place. I could walk around it for hours with the diverse selection they have. It is clean and the staff is accommodating. Its like the Walmart of alcohol and I visit at least once a week.

Gorgeous Store. Everything you could want name brand and Micro distiller delights you would never find on your own. My current favorite? Texas Loaded Caliber flavored Whiskey found near the counter. Also like that they have a dog milling about.

Right by my house and opens early. They always have a great selection and plenty of counter help. Never takes long to get in and back out to enjoy some cold ones. Plus, they have 1 dollar bags of ice. Thats hard to beat. Make sure you put a little something in the jar for the animal shelter too. You can tell they love them and want to help out by how happy the dogs are when you go in.

Im not much of a drinker but whenever I have to go pick up a bottle for an event or for a present, this will always be the place I go. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and it has a nice atmosphere. Plus the electric sign outside always has great messages, whether they are funny or heartfelt. Whoever owns the place is doing an amazing job.

Listen! This is a great establishment! I’ve been shopping here since I was a student at west ga back in 2011. I’m grown now with children and still shop here. I am NEVER asked for ID.. it is very rare. I recently lost my hard copy but I have a shot of it in my phone. I have been using the picture in my phone the pass few days since they have all of a sudden been asking lately. I go today and can’t use it. And the firmness and lack of compassionate customer service that came with the ID being turned down is not worth passing the other liquor stores I do just to get to this one. Im like I literally just did this last night ?? And that’s fine that I can’t use it anymore.. but I know y’all know my face enough by now to at least relay the message in a nice way rather than just turning me Down like I’m a student trying to get over. That’s exactly the attitude I received. But I’m not one to argue! I totally understand and RESPECT rules. But have compassion with your changed rules for your regular customers. Especially when exceptions have been continuously made! Just ID me EVERY SINGLE TIME! Most establishments do that anyway!

1 stars because they would not honor an ad they had in the store.The original cost of Captain Morgan Sliver is $25.99 If they sell me the bottle of liquor for the price quoted on the ad Ill change my rating.

Worst customer service of any store I have encountered. Called ahead to hold something only to be turned away (after a 45 minute drive one way)because the bottle was allocated. It was also on a list they published to the public and they said they were holding it behind the counter. No attempt to call me to avoid time being wasted.If that’s how they treat customers over something marginally rare I don’t have any use for them and hope others take heed.

Atmosphere isnt something I thought I was looking for in a package store, but this place has it. The staff are helpful and theres plenty to choose from.

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT. I came into the store and I was asked to show my ID FOUR TIMES before I even got to the register. Each employee gave me rude glares and negative facial expressions. Even the owner set an uncomfortable ambiance when she checked my ID with such caution, which she did for about 2 minutes. Such a rude and disgusting environment, I will be sure to go to West GA liquor next time. I wish I can give zero stars.
