Worked with Kyle sometime back to install adaptive equipment on my vehicle. He was quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were great working with the VA to handle the approval process. Recommend working with them if you need any adaptive equipment installed.

Im a disabled veteran for over 20 years and will only take my vehicles to United Access to get my vehicles adapted. Great service, great techs, everyone there is great.

I have reached out to a service manager, his name is Jordan Johnson, with a question about an existing installation. He was very helpful, sharp and to the point. I cant thank him or recommend him enough. This branch is very highly recommended.

I call to setup an appointment with Jordan to get my scooter lift fixed. He was very knowledgeable on my concerns. Also this office showed detail care. I was very please at the job they did and the swift time they fix my lift. I would recommend United Access for quality service.

Thank you for locating the problem causing my FOB not to operate my ramp from outside the vehicle. Your perseverance paid off and I can use my vehicle without the fear of not being able to get back inside with the FOB only. This company have provided excellent customer service. I was looking wheelchair accessible vehicle to take my father to Doctor appointment some other company and United access came up . I called and spoke with reservation dep. Kimberly she is very professional and she answered my question. She made sure the car was ready on time. When I got to the site Jimmy greeted me and showed me walk around the vehicle and I was on my way. Kimberly and Jimmy made my rental experience amazing very easy within 10 minutes I am on the way. One of the best places I have bought a vehicle from. Jimmy was great when my tire blew out and he personally came to my rescue in heavy traffic after dark ad changed my tire. Kyle was great at his job too.

I purchased a used van, very friendly and competent staff. Had a few things I wanted corrected on the van before delivery and they corrected them immediately. Had a couple more problems after purchase and they again were corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the staff and service and will definitely return if I have need for anything else in the future.

I am 77 years old I thought that I would be using the lift for my own use with my scooter but my daughter had half of her foot amputated and until she is able to walk on her own, she is using the scooter to get around. Since I cannot lift too much weight, the lift has been a real help with transporting the scooter. I am so glad that I found United Access becauseI had another company put in a lift but it did not work out and was very cumbersome to use. The lift that United Access put on my car has been a blessing for me.

Took my sons adapted van in to have a wheelchair bolt fitted. They were nice. I was in & out within an hour!

We bought a van from United Access in Carrolton and had a very smooth and good experience. The van came from another one of their locations and they sent it over to Carrolton for us. It was very nice and clean and runs like new! It has been a year now and we are still just as happy with it. I highly recommend this company!

United Access was our knight in shining armor this past Friday. My sisters van blew an oil hose and was undriveable so we couldnt get her to her nursing home. Para transit wouldnt help her since she had to schedule it and they didnt have an opening. She is completely bed or wheelchair bound so cannot be transported in a regular car. The DART bus line does not run to her nursing home. I called United Access and Kyle picked her up within 20 minutes and conveyed her safely to her nursing home. THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!

United Access has been a life-saver for me! As a care-giver to a disabled Vet who is diagnosed with 5/fold paralysis, using United Access allows for him/us to have a normal life as far as dinner, movie and family outings! Nice place for mobility vehicles, good knowledgeable friendly staff.and good selection of wheelchair vans.

Purchased my van here back in April and had some more equipment added to it just last week. Every time Ive called needing help with something or needed to get work done the staff has been on point and got me taken care of as quickly as they could.

The people were great here but the prices are a little high in my opinion.

Installed elect wheel chair lift in my SUV and took care of all paperwork to process through VA. They loaned my two boys one of their vehicles to go get lunch while they were working on mine.
