Item was delivered in pieces ( some broken). I needed it to be assembled by a professional mechanic. Lasted 1yr with 5 repairs needed in that year. Such a bad experience I’ve sworn off from EVER buying anything like this on line ever again. Seems like a good deal but after having it assembled and repairs it cost me 3x the oh so great deal $850. Oh. It also got delivered in crates that I was not aloud to look in before signing for delivery no sign, they take it back. Trust me when I say, you DO NOT want what is in that crate.
It has been a pleasure dealing with killer motorsports.Our order was placed on October 7th and it was delivered via R+L carriers on October 15th, very impressive for traveling roughly 1200 miles. Communication was great throughout the process as well. Highly recommend killer motorsports and look forward to doing business in the near future.

I started ordering from here in Sept over time I ordered 30 plus machines because I was happy with product customer service and price then gradually price went up...as does everything so I decide to call Jim the sales manager and get a better price like website states and her tells me only way I get discounts is if I do wire transfer and not use credit card well my bank doesnt do wire transfer so I decide to just order online at regular price and pay more but still expect them to honor multi unit discount as stated on website bit no they charge my card accept order then call back and ask for more money Im done and will find ne vendor this company lost thousands of my business over 59$ very poor way to treat customer. Update! So I decide to give them another shot to make things right and the manager Jim tells the sales rep I cannot order anything unless I remove bad review???seriously felt betrayed at this point because Im forced to either find new vendor or remove how I feel and how I was treated all in all it worked out to my benefit I found a great company family power sports treated me with respect couldnt believe that a business would operate this way and they sold me the same machines for 100$ less
Yesterday I placed my order with Del over the phone. I must say that I was skeptical at first but once I had a conversation with him I decided to put my faith in him and the company! Please remember when reading reviews that most people only wrote a review when they have a complaint or are too impatient to wait for a response. I am thankful for Del and killer motor sports as this would be the only way I could afford to provide an atv for my family to enjoy! Im very pleased with my purchase from Killer Motorsports, the bikes in great shape (Apollo DB -X18), fired right up first couple kicks. It had a couple very minor scratches which Killer is sending me replacement parts for. My bike arrived in only 3 days to MN vs the 7-10 days that they quoted, which was a lovely surprise when the shipping company called early. The bike looks and runs fantastic. Im not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I assume its just people being unrealistic. This is a China bike, not a name brand, its not full assembled, mechanical knowledge and bike knowledge is required to properly assemble it. However its really not that difficult just takes a couple hours. Mine wasnt missing any parts or assembly hardware, but even if it was its really not that hard to run to the hardware store quick. Again Its a china bike, you got it for 1/4 of the price of a name brand bike, a trip to the hardware store wont kill you.(it should be noted per their warranty: If you assemble the bike yourself and you are not a licensed mechanic that instantly voids your warranty, they require proof of professional assembly by a licensed mechanic in order to honor the warranty)USE LOCTITE ON EVERYTHING. I read plenty of reviews saying all these bolts kept coming loose: Rear Sprocket, chain guide, chain guard, front shock covers, and various body bolts.I loctited everything on my bike while I assembled it.(including the pre-assembled parts) I have about 45 miles on my bike so far and nothing has come loose at all. The chain needed to be re-tensioned after about 20 miles,but thats not a shock at all. All in all this was a great purchase and I have been quite impressed with it. Also with me on it (64, 240 lbs) I was able to reach the full 55 MPH top speed which was a surprise to me.I will say customer service takes a day or two to get back to you but they do always get back to you and try to help just be patient and they will come through.Final thing: I highly recommend buying a $5-7 single wire hour meter off ebay to keep track of maintenance intervals. I put mine under the seat right above the lower seat mount on the gas tank with some double sided 3M tape and the seat still slides right on over it.

First order was a problem with the supplier (Roketa brand) but after that and a big discount ($120, thank you Addy!) i got my scooter in a week and then my MCO one week later. Assembly was a breeze and it cranked right up. the only minor things to look out for is how you install the battery because I foolishly installed it in reverse and snapped the strap trying to get it inside the tray ($5 strap @ vmc chinese parts) and also the tire pressure is printed on the stem of the scooter and not the tire itself, from the factory the pressure was pretty low--like 3 psi low. the correct psi is 26 in front and 33 in back but i own a digital kobalt pump from Lowes that worked perfect. i added stabilized fuel 93 octane, checked the oil, put on the mirrors and handlebars and then filled the battery with acid and installed it, then put the trunk on the scoot with some nuts and bolts i stole off the shipping crate (theyre stronger than what comes with it). My one and only gripe is that the free bluetooth speaker took another 3 weeks to arrive but i reached out to KMS and was told there was an unexpected delay so okay--but the best part was that the speaker is actually FM radio in addition to Bluetooth which i was pleasantly surprised of and it goes well with the scooter trunk because the trunk has a built in antenna, i just need to figure out how to power and connect it. no regrets. peace. mike

We bought this bike for my son. It originally was not the bike we saw, the customer service was great at working with us to find the right bike for him. We were pleased with the shipment of the bike and the ease of putting it together. I would order again when the time comes for a new bike!
2 out of almost three quad purchases went very smooth, and COVID I’m sure impacted the order I had to cancel.Been running the quads hard, my sons for almost a year and mine a couple months with no complaints.Glad I found Killer Motor Sports!

Shady company. Do not order from them. I ordered a kids dirtbike from them and had a 50cc scooter delivered instead. Ive spent the last three weeks trying to get them to respond. They offered to send a shipping truck to pick up the scooter but its a huge hassle for us right now. Have to built a shipping crate etc...I offered to keep the scooter and call it even. Instead they want me to pay an extra two hundred dollars.The customer service is horrible.

I purchased a Tao Tao 50 pony (in stock at time of order) in May. Received 1 day late. Minor cosmetic damage. Easy to order and delivery driver confirmation 24 hours in advance. Easy to assemble using correct tools and researching assembly instructions via Youtube prior to receiving. I would purchase again. I would like to see Killer Motorsports offer aftermarket parts and accessories via the website. Found aftermarket parts and accessories quickly and easily through Amazon and simple Google search.
Despite the bad reviews instill order because there web page showed in stock. Places order for 2 biles 1 showed up 1 bout of stock. Shipping was on time. Took 14 days to receive refund. No communication really. Calls no answer.. no emails.. also need warranty issue but they wont respond. Highly advise to seek purchase elsewhere..

Had some questions regarding payment options. My question wasn’t answered at all. I was told best method is credit or debit card. I get it that’s how you get paid right away but not what I was asking. Asked about paying securely through PayPal and was told to send a money order. Woman was very rude and had no phone skills. She should not be the person returning calls. No wonder the rating here is poor. You can find these Chinese Atvs everywhere now so no secret the 1.8 is solely based on customer service not product offering. And who doesn’t offer PayPal these days? And why would you hang up on someone for asking questions about purchasing from you.
I bought a 4 wheeler for my son and it arrived when they said it would. The only issue was the information packet did not have decent steps to build it. They just show photos, now in-depth details. If you dont have any experience doing this youll be lost. Other than that, I put it together in less than a hour and was riding it with my son all day . He loves it and so does my wife. We bought a 110 cc black spider and its badass looking.Thank you for the great memories and cant wait to take it on the trails.

The Gk110 came in quicker than I expected (just in time for my kids birthday!!). I tried other sites and companies but had nothing but issues. Killer motorsports really did a fantastic job of getting my order to me fast and easy!!!The gk110 is great. My 7.y.o. loves it. We had a blast putting it together and he is in his own world when hes behind the wheel! The quality is good, the engine is strong (for a 110) cannot complain.
I dont recommend we ordered a 125cc dirt bike and turns out it was out of stock so then waited to get the money back and its been almost about a month and they still didnt give the money back 😡 Youre better off shopping at a different company. Not pleased and nobody answered. called like 10 times.
I was nervous after reading the reviews but took a chance & ordered the TaoTao Thunder on May 11 and it arrived on May 26. I could not be happier, it arrived in perfect condition, easy to assemble. Had 1 question before it arrived & Lester responded to my email the same day. Shipping company gave me 24 hour notice. Started up on the first try & runs great! Only con is the manual could be more detailed, but found plenty of information by Googling. Very happy with the purchase and my snappy new scooter!
Buyer beware! Do not waste your time. We ordered two dirt bikes and was told the shipper would contact us in 5 to 8 business days. That didnt happen. 6 weeks later, still nothing. After multiple calls and emails by my husband, he was told they were out of stock. He told them to cancel the order and refund our money. We still havent gotten our money back. The worst experience I have ever had with any company. They should not be in business.

Trust these reviews!!!! Our order arrived totally destroyed. We refused the delivery and are now going on 2 months waiting for a refund. They will not respond to your calls and emails. They have several current BBB complaints and several negative reviews on Trust Pilot. If you are in this situation like many of us are, the best way to get your money back is to call your bank and file a claim. Your bank should be able to get you your money back. These are fraudulent business practices and this company needs to be shut down right away.
If 0 stars was possible I would for sure give 0 stars. I would say that the start process of ordering was very good from an overall customer experience. I received my taotao 110cc dirt bike and paid for the team at killer motor sports to put it together. After receiving the dirt bike that was put together and tested, my son rode it for 30-45 minutes. It then began to leak oil from multiple bolts and around the engine casing. We immediately parked the bike and I called and followed up via email to see what we could do to figure out next steps. It has now been going on 4 days of emails and still haven’t received a call to come up with a resolution. I have sent pictures and videos of the issue but keep getting roundabout questions back from the killer motor sports claims team. I hate giving poor reviews and I typically order from powersportsmax.com but thought I would try a new company since the reviews I read about taotao were pretty good. I kind of regret my decision just due to the lack of customer service I have received. I am hoping that the outcome of my situation will be a good outcome and I can update my review to rate this company better but at this time I am extremely frustrated with the lack of commitment and service.

I would give them zero stars if I could.I ordered a scooter a month and a half ago, Ive been emailing and calling them for weeks and I only got a hold of them once. About a month after the order I cancelled the order, this is after not hearing from them for weeks. Jim calls me once and tells me they dont deliver to NY so they have to cancel the order (I had already cancelled) I am still waiting for my refund. 1.5 month later.They are a scam - Please report this company
Worst sales experience ever! I was going to do their wire transfer for a kids 4 wheeler purchase. Their website specifically stated they only had red, blue and black available. After making the request I’m supposed to hear back from their representatives within 24 hours. That never happened! 3 days later I receive an email stating this product is in my cart being held for me. I then decide to pay with my card. Again I’m supposed to get a call within 24 hours. That never happened. I called them and they said 3-5 business days. Now I made the online purchase 3-4 hours before they even opened. I’m told they didn’t count that Wednesday as a business day. Low and behold after sitting on my money for a week I get a mysterious email at the last minute saying this product is not available after all. I reply and call repeatedly to take a delivery 25 days out per their recommendations or choose this different unit. Come to find out they cancelled me altogether and won’t respond, or reply. STAY AWAY FROM KILLER MOTORSPORTS! They will kill you. COMPLETE lack of customer service there!
I called and no one answered, the government must have been listening into my calls because I heard two distinct clicks when the call ended and the first one wasnt me. This company needs to get a better shipping deal because Ive promised free shipping twice and they wont tell me where I can find a better deal on their products. When I do get through I can hear someone working a can opener at their desk. Very unprofessional!

This company deserves no stars! My dad purchased a new scooter from this company and it has been nothing but problems. The scooter was not put together properly in the beginning and could have caused a major safety issue. They have made no effort to make things right, I would highly recommend you to purchase your scooter or power sports from someone else. Not to mention it took them several weeks to ship the scooter after they received their money.
Ordered the tao tao 140cc pit bike last week and received it this morning! Put the bike together and it fired rite up. Didnt have to tune carb or anything. Terrible experience. I made a purchase on their website and called in and the rep I spoke to had no idea about the bikes. She assured me that they had one in stock and that if I paid for express shipping I would receive it in less than 10 business days. After the 10 days I started to call in and they rejected my calls and never returned my voicemails or emails. 1 month later i get an email to write a review about the experience and the product. I gave them 1 star there too expressing my feelings and after a few days I got an email saying that my purchase will be completely refunded within the next 10 business days. That was a month ago and I have STILL not been refunded and I still cant get anyone on the phone. Im writing this review in an attempt to receive some type of response from this company before I take legal action. Dont waste your stimulus check here!
I bought an AtV 3 weeks ago. I email them today to ask them when I will receive it since I never got an shipping confirmation and I got surprised how incompetent these people are. The AtV was available on the website when I Bought it. Now they said that item is not longer available they took my money 3 weeks ago.. now I will have to wait 7 days for my money back .. no birthday present to my daughter, 3 weeks wasted. Nothing else to said. A joke 💀
I placed an order for the 110cc coolster atv in mid June, a confirmation was received the very next day stating a shipping time of 2-2.5 weeks. At the two week mark I then saw the terrible reviews that was left for this company and began to freak a little. I called everyday for a week and no one could tell me where my order was, they could see I had placed the order but no one could give me tracking information. Finally after saying if I didn’t receive tracking information with in the next 24 hrs I would be cancelling my order. The next morning a received a phone call and an email with a tracking number it was a total of 4.5 weeks. I received my atv today and it is in great condition. Luckily my father is good with putting things together because it had no instructions for assembly.
This place is horrible. you will not get your item and there is absolutely no customer service. you can email and call a million times but you will not get a response. been over a month, they took my money and never replied once. there is many other people with the same issue if not everyone with the same issue. its a very poor business. do not buy from them.
I read some of the negative reviews on here but ordered my 50cc TaoTao Moped anyway - delivered in under a week. Love it. Great price, after the purchase I called about delivery and to ensure I got the color I wanted first - they called me back then called me again with more follow up stating the logistics company would be calling me back - which they did. Everything went smooth and the moped is great. I would do business again with them.

I inform them immediately, they tell me to refuse the delivery which I did, and ever since then, it’s been RADIO SILENCE. The one response I got I was told they’re trying to send the right bike out. Purchased a moped almost 2 months ago.. STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE BILL OF SALE! Cannot get tags or even drive it, HORRIBLE experience. Have called numerous times, emails.. nothing. I know Covid 19 has caused delays but this is beyond ridiculous.
Updated, they are not good after all. Will not send me my MCO and bill of sale. I cannot get my bike registered or plated because of them. To be brutally honest I had an excellent experience through them. Did my due diligence and made sure my Apollo was in stock before ordering. Make sure you do this over the phone speaking to a person. Other than that everything else was excellent. My bike ended up showing up about 14 days later. Freight company confirm delivery 24 hours prior and the bike was in perfect condition. Assembled it that day and was riding later that evening. People need to understand with covid-19 processing is going to be a little slower with China, American relations not the greatest everybody struggling to receive shipments overseas. People need to have a little patience and understanding with these companies. Their profit margins cant be that big so take some responsibility and everything will be fine. ....................Update I have yet to receive my MCO, and bill of sale. It has been over a month and I am getting no response. I guess I was wrong about them
Spend an extra 100.00 and buy somewhere else!!.. this company will flat out ignore you calls and messages after your order is paid for. It took them 2 extra weeks after Christmas to ship my kids bike so he didnt get it for Christmas even though it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and I even paid extra to have it processed faster. Had to use my friends phone and call and pretend to be someone interested in purchasing a new bike to actually talk to someone. Bike runs fine though.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is fraudulent. They accepted and processed my payment of $1,178.85 on June 10. I sent an email on June 30 asking for a tracking number. The email I got back was that the item was no longer available and they would try to refund me in 7-10 days- so that is an entire month they will have my money without telling me they would not be sending me my orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. My son is crushed that we have to buy from another place and hope he gets it in time to ride with his friends.

They’re affiliated with tao tao as well, who does not answer. Avoid this site at all costs. I am opening a fraud claim and contacting their local law enforcement.

First off, my 8 yr old daughter had to wake up to just gloves, goggles and a helmet since her ATV didn’t arrive. I ordered an ATV on December 17th. On the killer motor sports website, it specified that all orders made by the 17th would be “guaranteed delivery by Christmas”. I got confirmation of my order from a gal by the name of Alexandra letting me know they got the order and she once again assured me it would be delivered by Christmas and apologized for not having tracking shipment information yet but that it would be emailed shortly. After a few days I sent an email inquiring about my tracking information and when I would receive it. I got an email asking for more order related information to know what order I was referring to. I responded and never heard back. Then I called, spoke to a gentleman whose name I don’t recall but he apologized letting me know the order was not going to be delivered by Christmas and that it would be a week or two past Christmas till it got delivered!!! I was upset and he offered a refund but I informed him the ATV was the only thing my daughter asked for and explained and showed proof of my email and the site guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. He mentioned there was something they could do for me but a manger would be needing to call me to take care of me. He let me know it may take a couple days but a manager would reach out. That was about 7-8 days ago and another 3 calls and 3 emails later with zero call backs or response!!!! I am disgusted and disappointed with their business ethics, customer service and overall experience. I will be reporting them to the BBB for taking people’s money and disappearing!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I will also be copying and pasting my review on every site and social media page possibly. Either handle your business properly or management/business ownership IS NOT for you!
My 125cc Tao Tao came with no bolt for the rear shock, the container it was shipped it was damaged badly and there were scratches on the forks. Pretty much every single bolt on the suspension was loose too. After only a month or 2 of riding, my swing arm bolt broke and I lost the bushing. I cannot find this part anywhere. My bikes been sitting for months..
This place is SAD and pretty much everything they write about themselves on their website and company description is complete lies. Customer service is horrible.
I purchased the Apollo Sportrax 125cc atv. They call to verify your purchase the next day so don’t miss the call like I did or you’ll be speaking to an answering machine. They really need a secretary or an actual customer service. But we did finally get to talk and after that the process was quite smooth. Takes a couple weeks for delivery. Best prices I’ve seen so would recommend them And hopefully they keep improving!
Zero stars! It is Fraud cant believe this is being allowed they take ur money, give you nothing but a order number. No invoice, no shipping tracking number, selling bikes they dont even have in stock, they give u the run around to try to hold ur money as long as possible!! THEY do not answer phone calls it is impossible to contact someone! If u spent ur money make a card DISPUTE ASAP!! Call Police, better business bureau, and district attorney!! SCAMMERS!!
Worst business ever. Have been waiting over 3 months for the promised items with my TBR7 purchase. Requested a MCO 2.5 months ago. It never came. They emailed my order confirmation with all my person Info to random email addresses attached and breach my identity. Nothing was done to fix anything. I’ve emailed over 20 times to all different departments and received 1 email ignoring my inquiry for my promised items with my purchase and told they didn’t have my MCO request. Filed another MCO request and have gotten nothing again and can’t get any response back for confirmation or where my other items are. I’ve had to report them to the BBB and FTC, but still have not received any response or any of my items. Do not, I repeat do not purchase through them. Any of the other similar providers will be a better decision. I haven’t been able to ride my bike at all because of this. It just sits and sits waiting for a MCO that isn’t showing up and I have to worry about my identity being stolen for the rest of my life now.
Bought 3 Tao Tao go karts for my kids they have all sorts of problems after riding for 1 month I have been trying to contact them to find out how and where I order parts from because it is alto easier to buy my own parts rather than jump through all of their hoops for a warranty claim however I can not speak to anyone and they will not return my messages do not order from them unless you would like a headache buyer beware
This is not a real place. I ordered a quad for my daughter for Christmas and they called to verify my cc and then a few days later I got a call from my cc company saying its fraud and I was charged 3,000 .00 dollars for something that wasnt evendors mine!. I called to see whats up but cant reach anyone there. Dont buy anything from this place or you wont get it and you will just be out money for nothing! Great thing for Christmas! ! Do not use this site!
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Then you get a recording that no agents are available after several minutes please leave your name and number. So I left my voicemail.with them. Then he tells me to go back and get the model number. Go all the way back and start over. Went this process said call the office. One point left a message call back that two hours later I got a return. I just think they don’t want to sell stuff

Ive sent multiple emails, no tracking info available at all, no idea if my product is even being delivered, no phone call for confirmation . If I could give 0 stars, I would. The company doesnt care to communicate with you regarding your order at all! I ordered 2 ATVs December 11th. The site claimed items would be delivered by the 25th. I have yet to receive any communication from the seller. No tracking or anything. I tried calling to cancel and just get a run around or put on hold for hours. Do Not Order!!! I wish I had dug deeper in reading reviews beforehand! It seems as a lot of others have had similar issues!
I ordered a tao tao DB 27 . April 20, someone called said they was out of stock of the bike but they just got a shipment in so my bike was on coming in 7-12 days I received a text message from R&L stating that they had a package scheduled for delivery May 4 . Now they say my bike has been delivered but I never received the bike can’t get a hold of anyone when I call nobody responding to my email I just want my bike or my 800 dollars back so I can shop elsewhere
Horrible customer service. It took over 2 months to get moped. When the moped arrived wrong color. No supposedly free gifts.Damaged moped. Save your self the headache dont deal with this place. Many of my friends who dealt with killer motorsports had issues. Superior power sport same company be aware dont be fooled.

Make your purchase with LITERALLY ANY OTHER supplier....most difficult transaction of my life, and the MOST RUDE SALES PEOPLE EVER -- terrible attitudes and BLATANTLY LIE.problem after problem after problem with these guys...It took me a month to get my title after I got the scooter, and they sent me somebody elses title by mistake the first time.... plus my scooter came with a broken caliper on the front wheel.STAY. Terrible experience. We cannot get a person on the phone and we never received our tracking number. When we ordered the 4 wheeler, we paid to $199 for shipping and was told it would be here before Christmas. We just disputed the order with our bank and got our money back. These people should not be in business.
I ordered a 125cc Atv on a Saturday, but after reading some bad reviews I wanted to cancel my order. I had bought the bike using Affirm and they assured me that if I didn’t receive the product, they would void the transaction. Okay guys here what I can tell you from my experience. IF you call around lunch time each day, Scott is in the office answering the phone calls. I told him not to cancel the order and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Later that day(Monday), I got another call from a lady to confirm my color and address. Please don’t miss this call people as it is an important step to finalizing your order. Well several days went by and the order was still processing until I got a call from the shipping company to setup delivery of the atv. This was Friday of the same week I ordered the atv. My only problem is that I didn’t get shipping confirmation of it being shipped, but I’m not holding that against them because they don’t stock and ship the products. The order is sent to the manufacturer where it is packaged and shipped to you which mines was Tao Motor. They don’t give confirmation to Killer Motorsports so they can send the details to you and I understand that completely. Well I got the bike delivered a week from the day (Monday) the order was received and processed. I opted out getting it assembled due to shipping taking longer. The box was not damaged and assembly was a breeze. All parts where present and started up the first turn of the starter. I advise to not buy assembled units due to the fact that not every bolt will be tight and you will have to go back and torque everything. I bought an assembled 110 from a local dealer, and after a couple rides it’s almost fell apart so don’t blame the company for receiving poorly built products. Put it together yourself or take it to someone.
My four wheeler arrived missing the tires and wheels. As others have stated, you can’t get in touch with anyone at the company so I had to buy wheels and tires elsewhere. After disputing with my bank and getting my money back, killer motor sports just billed me again. My bad for not just canceling my card. SCAM. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a midsized veloz atv for my 6 yr old for 548.99 was told they were out of stock and I would receive the tao tao version thats more expencive at no extra cost to me. What I recieved was the cheapest 110 puddle jumper they sell. Instead of 19 in tires I recieved 8 inch tires. The atv I recieved cost 399.99 on their site. So I paid 750 dollars for a 399.99 atv. Noone will answer the phone to recieve my issue. The lady that comfirmed my order acted like ahe was hookiny
I had a horrible experience with the sales manager named Jim. He ran my card over 20 times and so i called my bank and they said they approved it but then the company would decline the order right after. I explained this to Jim and asked for a manager, then he replied that he was the manager and said i needed to call my bank and then hung up. Now he wont return my calls and i am furious. What a horrible company.
Ordered my TaoTao DBR7 on 10/12/19, received today, 10/21/19. I paid for rush processing and was not disappointed. Bike arrived with some minor scuffs from shipping, but nothing noticeable at a glance. Understand you are buying a $1100 bike in a $5 crate that has made here from China while changing hands truck to boat to plane ect. You should know what you are buying people, it’s not a $6000 Honda bike. The bike is awesome and the blue looks great. Communication was great through the entire process.
I had a great experience with them. Atv arrived when they told me it would. Even a few days earlier. Also had the chain come loose and crack stator housing and chain gaurd. They sent me out all new part under warranty. Couldnt be happier.
Still waiting on refund after three months will be reporting this company, will never make another purchase from this company again
Bought a 50cc Racer for my son over a month ago after his last one was stolen and destroyed. Still unable to get any kind of paperwork to register the bike. I’ve contacted them numerous times and been made promise after promise, but still nothing! So now we’ve spent $1300 on a bike just to sit here while my son still has nothing to ride!
Did not get my whole order and the bike wont start
