Wow!! I have to say of all the self storage and self moving companies, this franchise, which is owned and operated by Susanne and David is the best and most pleasant experience Ive ever experienced! These two know customer service and how to treat their clients! We have moved from tennessee to Texas and were trying to get things set up while on the road with limited time. Suzanne, who helped us along the way were always there and so helpful with all our needs! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using them for ALL your moving needs! Thank you Suzanne and David and Jacob for making this move so much less stressful!! Youre life savers!!! 🙌👍

Susanne the manager was nothing but unprofessional. We showed up to pick up a van to move some carpet. As soon as we declined the extra insurance, her attitude worsened. We ignored it as we were hoping to be in and out no problem. We unlocked the doors, started the van, then closed the doors, did our vehicle inspection and went back to the doors to find them locked. We let Susanne know the doors were locked, she started up with the attitude again saying the doors never lock themselves and that we would have to call a locksmith as they would not. Our lock smith showed up and Susanne immediately runs out to tell the locksmith to pull the van- along with my mothers purse and laptop- into the gate so we couldnt get anything out of it. We had already paid for the van, and the locksmith was paid under our insurance. Her reasoning for this was that she thought it was their locksmith- the one they didnt call. Had it actually been their locksmith I have no doubt in my mind they would have tried to hold all of our belongings illegally. They called the police as if we were trying to steal something and of course the police did their die diligence and saw that we were being treated harshly. We were able to get our belongings nearly 2 and a half hours after we were supposed to leave. The male manager spent this time huffing and puffing throwing a temper tantrum and slamming doors to the office building. These two people are by far the worst people Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I would HIGHLY recommend not giving them your business. If I could give this review 0 stars I absolutely would.

Rented a 15 ft. Truck for 2 hours, was charged over 80.00, not to mention the 15 dollars I spent on putting gas in it.Dont beleive the rental price on the internet,,,, itwill be a higher price.

I have only recently discovered the uhaul at country club drive & I am pleased to say that every employee incl. Susanne & Paul have made my visit and experience legendary.Not only are they efficient and friendly, they seem to provide the intuitive insight that one should be looking for as guidance in a difficult time as moving.Looking forward to doing business with them for a long time.

I rented a Pick up Truck for several days because I needed to move stuff around from a storage to the place I lived and I was also going to need to help my sibling who was living with me to move his stuff to his new place, so it was going to take us a couple of days. For started the manager begin asking what was the reason of our rental and why were we needing the truck so many days, which I answered, even though I founded odd since I have moved in USA constantly and have rented uhaul service often due to job relocations and nobody ever asked me the reason of my rental. After that, they asked me to provide a phone number from an acquaintance (another requirement that no other uhaul has ever asked for) which I did, but of course my acquaintance was working at the time and did not answer the phone and everyone else that I know were out of town or unavailable. My experience with this uhaul location was disappointing since they did not mentioned any of these new requirements prior to my check out date, I had to cancel my reservation that caused a delay in my moving out plans. Now that I read all the other reviews I am glad I did not do any business with them. If you plan on renting with them expect disappointing service.

This storage facility has been there for me at two different times in my life. The price is reasonable, and they even give you your first month free. My belongings were always safe and unbothered, and I could go check on my things whenever I felt the need to. This last move they held my belongings until I was ready for them at which they then helped me reserve a truck for state to state travel, and made the whole process really easy for me. Even when I was going to be late I called in, and they pushed my reservation time up an hour. I would definitely refer this place to everyone.

We went after hours to deliver our truck/trailer. It was easy to park and the instructions to return were easy.

Had a devastating event happen and the manger I think her name Sharon was very sympathetic and show that she cared. Would always rent from here she has gain a customer for life. Thanks!

NEW MANAGEMENT! (as of around September 2019) Susanne and Paul are wonderful and not representative of some of the horror stories from the olden days. I hope people give this location a chance and find out for themselves just how awesome the new management is. Im going to miss them the most out of my entire neighborhood!

Best service. Pam and Gil made my experience with storage easy and stress free. I have moved units here twice started with large 10×20 then 10×10 and now i have a 10×15. They made the changes I needed easy thank Pam your so helpful and sweet. You both are very professional and clear on all storage information and do a great job of keeping the area clean and safe to use. Tucked away on Country Club in Carrollton with all the storage and shipping and moving services we all need from time to time. Very friendly service professionally provided by experienced professionals.

This was my first u-haul experience and it was terrible. This place was so disorganized and staff did not appear to know what they were doing. It took forever to get a truck and unprofessional calls were made to my references asking if they knew me and hanging up without explaining why they needed to confirm that they knew me or even who was calling and so I had to relay to them personally. I was going to drive off with the truck but the mileage was way off and then I was told I was given the wrong truck by another employee. There was so many mistakes made. When it was time to return after hours, I consulted my stated contract which advised I have $0 in fuel charges and I was going to go with what my contract said after dealing with all the mishaps before. I was charged fuel charges and I disputed it on the site referring to my printed contract but was charged without a single call back. Will not go back to this location. Since I recently moved to the state I had to use another u-haul service and went to a different location in Grand Prairie. This time everything was quick efficient and smooth operation.

Kind owners and great service

I rented a truck and had it for less than 12 hours. I was then charged for 2 days, plus insurance that I did not opt into. The daily rate was refunded but the manager refused to refund the insurance. Subsequently I was later charged for tolls I did not drive on. Uhaul is good, but this location was disappointing.

I wish this business would display the U.S. Flag properly. Drove by here on 7.19.2019 and the flag was tattered, hanging on only one end, and about to fall off the flagpole. The U-Haul flag was looking sharp as ever! Kind of a letdown for this veteran to see.

Dont store your stuff there. They dont maintain the building and water damage from the roof ruined all my stuff and downstairs is better but they also have bugs so basically everything upstairs and downstairs I can not bring home.

Customer Service could most certainly use some improving! Picking up my U-Haul was the easiest part! I paid my estimated amount on my debit card, signed for the truck rented, was instructed the truck was ready out front. I was told they werent sure where the keys were and that I would have to look, after searching I found them in the visor. There was trash and a large sign that I am assuming was from the last customer who rented the truck in the front seat, the cup holders were filthy. After finding the keys I did my moving and returned it 4 hours later as scheduled. Upon my arrival someone met me outside, scanned the code on the truck, checked the mileage and the gas amount, did a walk of the vehicle. We proceeded inside where I signed off and paid my remaining balance for mileage; cash. About 15-20 minutes later I got a call from this locations office saying I needed to come back and pay for damage that the trucks wheel was severely ripped and was un drive-able, it could not be rented out again and I needed to come pay for the damages. I told the women on the phone I was unavailable to come at that moment but was more than happy to come after my son woke from his nap to look at the Torn Tire. I attempted to explain that this may be a case of poor inspection on their part that this more had to have occurred when the vehicle was not in my possession (before or after my rental). I was told that I was wrong and rudely commented. Shortly after this conversation I received a voicemail from the same women saying that they have reversed my payment for my rental and that their system still shows that I still have the truck rented out and to avoid extra charges and fees it is imperative that I come pay for the torn tire immediately. This is absurd, on my receipt given at checkout it clearly says quantity rented: 1, quantity returned: 1, quantity damaged: 0. It is completely unprofessional and un-business like to reverse an already completed transaction. Then to threat and make an accusation regarding equipment I no longer have. Anything could happen in the time that the truck shows to be rented out to me, when in reality I do not have it. Nor should I be financially or legally responsible. In closing, I contacted U-Haul support to open a dispute, the very helpful representative whom helped me explained that on her end she shows no reversal, that legally they cannot do that if they do plan to do so and that once a transaction is closed, its closed. I should be contacted by someone in 3 business days to discuss further details. Not only did the women I spoke with (Pam) have poor, very rude, poor customer service skills and try to threaten/coheres me with saying the truck is still rented to me, but she lied! I have used U-Haul for all of my moving needs for years, but never again will I use this location nor would I recommend my worst enemy!!

If I can put a negative start I would.Rented a van for couple of hours and returned it back with more gas in it than what I left with. Total miles driven 19. Next thing I see on my creditcard is a charge for fuel. When asked how much gas are you charging me, they said 9 gallons.For gods sake, how could you drive 19 miles and consume 9 gallons of gas for a cargo van. Thats the very first sign of a rip off situation. So much for filling the gas twice just so that I dont get into this situation.I will get my money back at any cost.

One of the best U-Haul services ever!!!! I made a technical error on my rental service. Being that I would be moving more than four hours away I needed a one way Uhaul. Tamesha was on the phone taking care of business to help me. In mins she was able to transition me to a Uhaul with one way option and had a transport ready for me to go to the new pick up location. Tamesha thank you so much for giving me such awesome customer service and experience. I highly recommend this location for all your Uhaul service and storage needs.
