I enjoy my visits here every time. The staff-manager-owners are awesome and attentive. They have a great selection for soccer players, great clearance deals right now and good customer service.

I went with my boyfriend who needed indoors this week and like any other person before making a decision he asked me what I thought about a certain pair. I gave the honest opinion that I personally didnt like the colors and that I just didnt think they were it for him overall. A minute later the employee or owner decided to butt in and approached us with too much to pick from and then asked my boyfriend if I was his girlfriend like I wasnt there and proceeded to tell him that I dont know anything and to not listen to me because something about the shoes dont make the player, the player is what makes himself and he can play in whatever (something like that). I got pis.sed but instead of making commotion I just asked my boyfriend to leave. There wasnt even any variety in there and what was wasnt even satisfying to the eye. I wasnt going to let my boyfriend settle for less just because hes under pressure and needed that pair in 2 days. That was the first store we went to anyways and we literly found the perfect pair somewhere else right after. And secondly, the shoes do make the player, without the right shoes you can be off and also who says you cant play in style. My overall review, if youre going for shoes this isnt the store and dont let the guy peer pressure you into buying anything if youre not sure about it. Look at your options!!!

Went in few days ago, selection of footwear was outdated, older gentlemen said hello and no when asked a question. Little strange but o well, wish it had better selection.

Horrible customer service!! Bought some shoes on 12/20 as a gift but the person did not like that style. They were closed for Christmas and New Years AND online it says they’re closed Sundays so that’s FIVE days out of the “2 week” return policy they have. When I went to return them the skinny Indian guy told me that I had to go back between 4-5 when the owner was there (another middle eastern) and that he would most likely honor the return. There I go at 4:35 and the owner was there. 1. He apparently was too good to talk to me directly to tell me that he wasn’t going to honor the return, he had to have the skinny guy tell me that. 2. When I brought up that he was closed for the holidays AND that online it says they’re closed on Sundays all he said was “we open every Sunday” and didn’t bother to even look at the website when I was showing him. Apparently he thinks he is above his customers and treats them like peasants. But get this he was willing to EXCHANGE them even tho the 2 week policy applied to both returns and exchanges. These people are just money hungry and ruin business for themselves. I will keep shopping at Soccer Premier in Harry Hines, they definitely treat you with respect and on don’t look down on you.
