I shopped there Valentines Day weekend. I had a balloon stuffed for my daughter. Everyone was very welcoming. The owner was talking to everyone as if she knew them and it made the atmosphere so pleasant. I will definitely be shopping there for all my party needs. How do you confirm and re confirm a pick up and still get treated as if your money is not good enough and your business is not needed. Dont tell people you have their things and when the time comes its not there! Never again! The cashier couldnt even contact the owner to straighten things out. You messed up my dads event being unprofessional and i will never come back and neither will my family. I have spent money in your store but i will rather ride 30 minutes than be treated so rudely.After the situation was resolved and a conversation between myself and the owner was exchanged. I completely accept your apology and would like to say Thank you very much for correcting this mistake and making dads day. Thanks again for this correction! I went into the store to purchase two balloons for my sons 16th birthday party the atmosphere did not make me feel welcomed. I still made my purchase because I needed the balloons birthday was today the same day as the purchase. The lady was training a new staff member (Mira) who did what she was trained to do. I made my purchase, put the balloons in the car and when I got home my husband got the balloons out of the and the 6 flew away because it was not tied to the string properly. I called back to the store and told her what happened she did not issue an apology for what had happened and told me that once the item leaves the store there is nothing they can do about it...I will not be making any more purchases at this place....8.99 per balloon that was not tied properly and I didn’t even get an apology..

Sitting in the parking lot now at 5:51 in the afternoon. Walked up to the door with the open sign flashing and the hours on the door indicating that they are open until 8 and the door is locked and there was no one visible inside. Needed to get balloons and stuff for my wife birthday tomorrow, guess I will have to go to party city in douglasville now. Some people make it hard to shop local.

1st time visiting and when we walked in we said hello but cashier never looked up from her phone, nor did she speak. I bought 1 item only because it was cheaper than party city! I will never go back!

Been sitting in the parking lot trying to return some tables and chairs for 35 minutes now and the store still hasnt opened. Just a waste of my time. Ill never use them again.
