I have an older Stanton record player. I needed to replace the cartridge and it was very difficult finding a store or vendor that could tell me exactly what I needed since the parts were discontinued. After some additional research I landed on planet DJ and ordered what I thought was the cartridge and stylus I needed. Unfortunately those cartridges and styli were out of stock and were going to be discontinued. Debbie from planet DJ pointed me to another set of compatible styli with an included cartridge that would work with my player. When the cartridge and styli arrived it only took me 15 minutes to remove the old cartridge and replace it with the new one and the stylus. Of course I immediately put a record on to see what it sounded like and it sounded just as good if not better than the original stylus and cartridge that were on the record player. I am not a DJ so I will probably not wear my stylus down as quickly as a DJ would however if I ever do need replacement parts or accessories to my record player I will most definitely be going back to planet DJ first.

Theyre not interested in your business, they just want your money. Most of the staff do not care about you, just your money. Discounts? Dont even think about it, to them a discount is your tax $, if youre local, or shipping if youre out of state. Shop somewhere else. Trust that there is someplace better. They dont care about anyone.

I have been purchasing pro audio and DJ gear from Planet DJ for as long as I can remember and have always been more than satisfied! Im always amazed at how quickly I receive my order too, these guys are on it!

I ordered a mixer case for my rane 62 and they send me the wrong case and its almost been 3 weeks and they still cant even help me solve this issue. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company as they left me out to dry. I really dont like posting these types of reviews but hopefully can save you from the headache.

This company will rob your money. I ordered using Chase Credit card $181 ProX T6RSP over the phone in May 2017. They have not canceled nor delivered so far and they do not respond to your emails or phone calls. Both Chase Credit card company does not refund and this company just robbed my money. They do not deserve even single star.

Phone support is gone !!! Online order said pending on status for a couple days and didnt have a way to call and ask if shipped. They no longer have phone support, this will be my last order with PlanetDJ and removing from my favorites bar.

Ordered a case over a week ago. No item, no shipping information, and no help! I called and they said it hasnt shipped... he thinksCanceling order... they dont want my business.If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.If you have a few weeks... maybe youll get what youre buying.
