They couldnt comprehend how to return an item bought online. Drove from another town in the pouring rain because they were the only open store only to be told to look online how to return my defective part. Showed the clerk the napa website saying I could return my defective part bought online to a Napa store and they told me it couldnt be returned there because it was purchased online. Incompetent and condescending.

Excellent customer service and great supply of parts. I needed a 12 foot 7-way trailer lights cable. They didnt have one so they made one for me right there on the spot!

I just purchased that Winnebago era class b motorhome. A 2018. Turned out the batteries were ready to be changed out. NAPA Auto parts is the OEM for the coach deep cycle batteries. Vince took good care of me. This is a place where anything to do with automobiles you can find there. National franchise service and product quality is what youd expect.

Stay away unless desperate. Ive shopped at Napa Auto Parts for years, have always recommended them and see them as one of the quality parts providers. With that being said this location changes all prior thoughts of Napa in general. Ive had a lot of bad experiences here with many employees. Wrong parts, tempers, slow, lost orders list goes on.Today the guy couldnt even look a part up for me because a female friend showed up part way through. Would not look up the other end of a drag link. Craps unreal I had the part box in my hand and truck there. He had an attitude from the start, probably because I interrupted cell phone time. Went to orileys got the part in less than 5 minutes.

If you need just about anything for your vehicle, chances are it will be in stock here. Great selection and extremely knowledgeable staff.

This is probably by far the most honest and well trained shop when it comes to getting parts for your vehicle. My van had some issues and right away Mauricio found the parts we needed and got them ordered for us without any hassle. The prices were decent and got to us pretty quick along with a warranty. We will only be shopping here in the future just because of Mauricios great Customer service!

I came in with a dead battery and VINCE helped me out so well. He even saved me almost 100 bucks when he told me he wanted to check the battery. Turns out I didn’t even need a new one! It was just too corroded to work! Amazing customer service!

Napa has long been a standard-bearer in quality automotive parts. So it wasnt terribly surprising that they didnt carry the washers I needed to replace my bathroom faucet.

Went in to buy a headlight for my car because my other one went out. I was afraid I was going to get pulled over for one headlight. Vince was so helpful he overheard me saying I needed to find someone to put it in for me and he went and replaced the headlight for me right then and there. Sweetest, professional guy.

These guys are so helpful!! My windshield wipers werent working during a flash-flood rainstorm and I was so terrified that I was going to be in an accident. I went to Napa and they replaced my wiper blades and tightened the bolts for $15 in 15 minutes. I am grateful that I was able to drive away safely, thanks to Vince!!

The store has the absolute best selection of almost any auto parts store I have visited PERIOD!! The guys can sometimes seem uninterested, kinda like your buggin them but only sometimes..Except the guy from Sacramento, that dude is always happy to help and extremely helpful. So yeah over all I like that store a lot!!

I was trying to find an alternator for my 1985 land cruiser.We bought the vehicle in San Franisco and was driving back to Canada and the alternator give out on the LC. We would be stranded if we did find one.The part was super hard to find and Napa don’t have one.Vince Moreno was searching everywhere for us and through his persistence he located one for us.He did not have to do this for us cuz we didn’t every buy anything at his NAPA.BUT he did and that is SUPER SERVICE. In the future if I need any auto parts I will go to a NAPA first because of Vince, he is the man among men.Thank you Vince and keep up the awesome work my friend. 🙏

My cars air suspension went out, i went to napa in carson city, nv. They ordered my part an it was there the next morning at 7 a.m. this place has everything, very friendly and helpful.

I went in to this location today and well, I definitely did not enjoy my experience. The gentleman who helped me was named Vince. Now Im a young woman. I came in with my 2 year old son looking for parts for a Subaru. I get treated usually not-so-awesome when I go into auto parts stores in general and it truly bothers me.I work for an auto parts store and I also know my way around a car. I do a lot of my own minor work yet men still think I know nothing of what i am talking about.Vince did not give me eye contact at all during my entire time there. He told me they do not carry my parts and said he needed to make a call. I assumed he was calling Subaru. He didnt tell me anything.While he was on the company phone, he picked up his personal phone and, as far as I could tell, was responding to a Facebook message.I felt very disrespected and felt as if I was merely an inconvience to him. I will definitely not be back to this location.Ive been to the one on Virginia street in reno, they treated me well. Ive also been to the location that use to reside in silver springs but has since moved to Dayton, they did not treat me well.No person should ever walk in to any business and feel inferior. It really was an upsetting experience.
