I bought a $40 costume and during transaction, the General Manager (which i didnt know he is) asked me where I work, how many people in my work blah, blah etc. So all of a sudden he asked to wait. I waited about 3 minutes i guess and he came back with 20 coupons with 20% discount. He ask me if I could give them to my co-workers of course to bring him costumers. Well so I ask him if he can also give me 20% discount too since I will be doing him a favor. All he said is NO!It literally blew my mind!
Had to leave a good review to offset the bad ones here. I havent had any experience with the general manager here, but I have no idea why the other reviewer said its too expensive! They have everything, and prices are 1/3 of what spirit Halloween charges. They dont have as many animatronics if thats what youre looking for - Home Depot has the best selection & prices for those. As far as costumes & other decorations, youll find anything you need much, much cheaper. The blow up decorations I saw there were unbelievably cheap, I think like $40 - $50 for the same ones youll pay $75 - $100 for at Walmart, & $150 for at spirit. I also find it better organized than spirit. My coworkers & I all found exactly what we needed for our costumes within 5 minutes of being there, vs. like 20 at spirit Halloween. I used to drive down from the lake for spirit Halloween every year, now Ill be going to Halloween city instead.
It was not there this year...
Too expensive!!!! :-(
