This Harbor Freight like all the other ones at everything that you can dream of and want just looking around it was just too much I did not want to leave I purchased a nice New Hammer even though I have four other ones I got a nice jigsaw 2.4 something there other ons but Im quite sure to do the job the employees greeted you and smiled and asked you did you need anything which believe me after work in 20 years and Retail Id ever even really did that but when you when its gets done to you you were appreciate that and you always want to go back good job Harbor Freight you stepped up and I had a good time and of course Ill always go back

I has a good shopping experience on 10/16/21 afternoon. Cashier was kind and welcoming. Got to browse other tools and asked about delivery option. I liked the automotive section

I asked for help to an employee working on promotional signage, she was amazing in assisting to find items looking for, she went the extra mile getting some for the warehouse on the back. Cashier was very assistive as well, cant say the same for the male employee. 10 8 22 530s pm. Great prices

Wanted drill was on sale for 49.99Found it was base body..Ask for battery was 29.99And again found out need charger to was 39.99$120 price for generic drill...Found 6 pieces of set makitta tork drill and hammer on Amazon for 110 all including everything...

Harbor Freight is a toy store for Grown Folks! Their selection is so vast, that one may be tempted to purchase things that you dont even need, but would look great in your garage. And the reasonable prices only reinforce that urge. Add to that, great service and great selection, its easy to become a regular customer after your first visit.

Always good to know theyre is a harbor freight within driving distances. My favorite inexpensive place in the world. I usually hardly have any trouble finding for what Im looking for . Plus the sales are worth the drive.

Despite of what I hear from people, there are decent tools here... they even offer a variety of genres from welding to car supplies and even some toys for kids... I went in just to browse and found they have several things I could use for my vehicle(gas can, air compressor, off-road accessories and even a solar panel)

This place is great. I mostly use Milwaukee tools, but you cant go wrong for those times you need whatever little this and that as far as tools go in a pinch. Prices are always great, and I recently picked up a Series 2 44 tool box because compared side by side with Snap On boxes, I cant justify the huge price difference myself.The employees are always helpful on any of the times Ive been in the store, even when theyre all non stop busy doing this, that, or the other. If the store is packed, theyll open up more registers quicky as well which is great.All around awesome location that seems to run very well.

It will be shipped.Shipping is not free.Have to go there physically once you locate what youre looking for on the websiteharborfreight.com.The website is helpful because it lets you know what store has inventory/ products youre looking for.Before I left, called the Carson location and asked the young lady to physically check for 12 x 20 tarps.To be sure they in stock before I drove 20 miles round trip to go pick it up.yes she said we have fourteen of them.Verified because it matched the inventory at HFT online as well.I get there the Shelf was empty.Waited in line twice.45 minutes later I got my tarp.Somebody dropped the ball, needs more training.Harbor Freight is nice tho.They have anything and everything you need if your projects remodeling working on cars that have it all.its like going to the OG Sears and Roebuck back in the day.K^

Not too bad. Either the inventory is set up crazy or the employees cant rotate the overflow of supplies fast enough. Customer service is pretty good.

Always easy here. Being a mechanic, I always go in knowing what I want so this place is a no brainer. Some tools you want industrial, some tools you can skimp on a bit. They have both ends of the spectrum

Went in for a weed eater machine. All of the staff was in the front near the registers. Since I have years of professional landscape experience, I knew what to buy. They had about 4 types of machines, but I bought the medium type machine for grass. My ex sister - in - law was with me, ( who cant speak good English), needed help in finding another tool besides the weed eater. There were 5 people working, 3 people just standing around and 2 at the registers working.She asked me to ask for help, but they acted like they didnt understand English!! ( A big problem here in the USA these days). So, she asked iin Spanish and got help! My problem is, how do people shop there if the employees act like they dont understand English?? Management needs new employees!!

Very bad experience ... I paid for a. One year membership $30 ... I had some items that had the orange membership price when I was at the register ready to pay for my items.. Turns out that only one of the items I had were membership price the rest were not on the list ! So I ended up paying regular price for the rest of the items that I supposedly gonna save on ...if I would get the membership! Not even a 20%discount on anything ! Wow! REALLY ! I PAID OVER $200.00

Customer service is good. The sales people are very attentive and helpful. Bought a Chicago Electric Flux Core welder from them and I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of setting the machine up and welding. The directions were clear and concise.

Like them for some tools that I dont use much. For some item like wrenches they have a lifetime warranty but I keep bending them so its not worth the trouble. Dont but their tires, smell never go away and it you leave the hand truck where it gets sun expo6the tires fail in less than a year.

I went to the store personally to order this type ofToolbox but in Red ! Then next day I called to say I would like to have the green as just like in this picture! But they said! “Well Sir you have to come here “ there’s nothing we can do! And I said what kind of customer Service it is! Clean and well organized. My go to for tools that I need to complete a project and don’t want to spend a bunch on craftsman or others. Might not be something that will last a lifetime but for the price, you just can’t go wrong. And most of the time, the quality is pretty fair.

I never knew they were @ the Carson mall, till I saw,the street sign.I have been looking for one in my area for years. The one I went to closed down. I am happy now. I was,always seeing their news paper/ mail fliers. Plenty of parking/tools / machines of all kinds, from the bargains for a dollar etc. No, paint equipment

Good clean store, if you havent been to a harbor freight its a good place to buy cheap tools (not the greatest tools...but ones that will get the job done). I usually buy the one-off tools or specialty tools I dont use that often there. This way Im not dumping money on something I only use once

Store was clean and appeared to be well stocked. I purchased the workbench and one of the associates brought the flat pack box to my vehicle and loaded it for me. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Very happy with my last shopping experience with this Harbor Freight location and will likely return to this location for future purchases.Harbor freight is great for the things I buy because I dont use them often, only for weekend warrior/DIY projects. The price vs. durability trade off works for me and would make a great starter toolkit for someone looking to build one on a budget. I hope this kinda helps set your expectations, they are great products, but keep in mind you may want to upgrade if a tool fails or isnt quite cutting it anymore.

As always this is my to go store. Ample parking lot plus 20% off and no haggle return. Beat that! LOL.
