Usually Id never leave a negative review but after witnessing them over charge for a crystal then not even 20 days later post the same thing again for less and take down the original post where I got the first crystal from for $10 more. I also didnt receive all my order, I would of just took the loss because I heard its near impossible for a refund here, but seeing how they can just list the same extra crystal and size for less and just put it under a different listing. Seems a bit shady to me 🙃

Her crystals are over priced by miles. And, you dont get what is advertised. She tried to buy Yule. And, trade mark it. I bought a lot of gemstones from her before and her tumbles were as small as a m&m give me a break. And, oh! Kiwi jasper marketing it as something moonstone. Anyways. Save your money. Buy from small businesses that care about you. And, dont join her groups. Pack of wolves there should you ever speak out against her, your experience or have concerns.

I popped in for the first time Sunday. The women were all very kind and welcoming, they explained in detail every gem, or stone I purchased and they were just open and kind. I will definitely come back. I like the vibe here.

Recently placed my first order with Sage Goddess. I spent a couple hundred dollars and got terrible service. I waited two weeks to finally hear that one of my items was back ordered. I cancelled that item and the rest of the order finally shipped. When it did arrive I was missing an item. I emailed immediately and waited several days and then had to reach out again—requesting a refund for the missing item. When I finally received a response they said they would ship out the item immediately. I just want my money back. We shall see if the item arrives but that will be my first and last order with this company.

I have been an Online customer for years and the Customer Service has gotten really bad! I ordered a Full Moon kit over a month ago and messaged several times because it had not shipped, I requested a refund if it would not arrive it time and sue enough. The Full Moon was July 5th and now they have JUST shipped it. Kind of useless now! and Ridiculous for it to take a month to ship! I couldnt really afford to get this - I am done with this place.

Totally hidden gem spot. Quite literally. This is a pace you wouldn’t necessarily discover unless you were looking for it. This place has the best price to quality ratio out of all of the west side crystal shops I went to. They have a great deal too where you can pick 5 crystals up to $10 a piece and pay $30 (I think that was the deal, call to verify.) but that on its own drives me to go here. They have a great selection and knowledgeable staff.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I bought a singing pyramid back in June when I was in LA for a conference and I had it shipped back to Florida so it wouldn’t be damaged. The pyramid was mailed to me two months later without the crystal wand. It is now December and after emailing customer service several times I still do not have the wand. This was the large singing pyramid made of crystal which cost $150 and I can’t even use it. The wand was with the pyramid when I purchased it and when I first emailed they claimed that it was out of stock. That was back in August. I have asked to speak to a customer service manager and no one has reached out to me to make this right. I have been a customer for several years and I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.

First time for me. They have a larger online presence I was told. Regardless, its always nice to find a beautiful place with beautiful crystals that are nicely decorated thru out the store. I needed a new pendulum as mine was misplaced. They have a small selection but I am grateful I found one. They really exceed with customer appreciation. For example, I received a free crystal bracelet for spending $25.00 and also a crystal sample and some oil. I am a big fan of samples and know it helps promote business. Grateful. I placed an order on June 6th and they said due to the coronavirus it would take two weeks to get to me, they have not even shipped it yet! They keep saying its due to the coronavirus. An email I got about a week and a half two weeks ago said they would be shipping it out in 4 days they have yet to do so. Seems to me they been having issue with shipping on time for years, it would be completely understandable if this was truly do to the coronavirus. I have read too many reviews that talk about people not receiving their products for months and all I want is my money back ... I am over it! I will never ever order anything from this company again!

My mother in law and I came to this store today for the first time and its so cute and the atmosphere was very calming and friendly. We brought my daughter who is 2 and everyone was so sweet to her.

Normally I wouldn’t take the time on this but consumers should be warned before ordering from them. Worst website, difficult to use, offers out of stock items, takes weeks before they process orders, but they charge you long before they send the order. She had no clue what she was doing when she started, she’s still a narcissistic woman who will never be truly “magical”. If you truly want to know the person she is behind the facade of overpriced gemstones, find her first SG class. The people who spent tons of money on her classes and stones, then found out what a fraud she really was. She stole ideas, names, products from people then claimed them as her own, contacted them claiming they were her ideas and that they must stop making their stuff. This happened more than 3 times I know of. Truly sad. She was going through a divorce at one time, so how is she giving life coaching advice. Anyway, you can get gems for much cheaper, and organic oils at a better price. Her fake stones would leave dye residue in the bottom of the oils? I was lucky enough to attend the 2019 Soul Shift retreat as one of Athenas students. I have ordered off of Sage Goddess for about a year now. I shop online on their website. I absolutely love receiving Magic Mail. Its fun and mystical. Iam also a part of her groups who have nothing but loving people. I noticed some of these comments are highly negative. First off we are not a cult. Second of all Sage Goddess is not a salad dressing .. I believe your thinking of Green Goddess. Anyhow I have received nothing but love, abundance and comfort from Athena and her staff. It really saddens me that there is negative comments about her business. I will continue shopping online and enjoying the gems and perfumes she has to offer.

I lost interest in Sage Goddess after watching one or two of her sales pitches disguised as rituals. This is the Hilo Hatties of metaphysical stores. I am very particular where my materials are sourced from, and I wouldnt want them to carry her kind of energy. There are those who actually teach the craft, and then there are aging doom cookies who like to play dress up and pretend that they have some sort of magical powers that make them special. And beautiful, and really really smart, as she must be, because her husband says so in their rebuttal to another review on here. I prefer a more humble, authentic approach, thanks.

I LOVE SG. New to the metaphysical world, and other than my local shop, SG was the first place I stumbled upon. I love how informative Athena is and the energy she gives in her YouTube LIVES and other LIVES she does. I do think some things are overpriced but then you could also just shop elsewhere if you wanted. I have only 3 negatives about SG.1. The processing time takes FOREVER. Im talking days.2. I made a order a few weeks ago and after 10 or more days I emailed them and Kevin had said that on their end my order never showed up in their system. He said that he told their team my order had to be shipped that day. Im not sure when it actually shipped because I never got a confirmation email or tracking number but received it a few days later but my order was missing my intuitively chosen surprise gemstone. I honestly let that go because I didnt want to deal with the hassle of reaching out again and waiting for however long for them to send me what was missing. Thats on me.And 3. I had ordered on Valentines day the green/pink Aura Quartz pendant. No complaint at all until today when I noticed that the aura is beginning to scratch off.. Im pretty sure thats not supposed to happen with real aura quartz. So I am a bit bummed about that. I would really hate to think that SG would sell something fake and advertise it being genuine.Other than these few things I love Sage Goddess and will continue purchasing from them and learning all I can about the metaphysical world.Thank you!

The luakini heiau are there as historical sites and places of cultural significance, but no Hawaiian person would ever do such a thing! Secondly, itʻs disrespectful. Practice your own culture! This means she is telling her followers, most of whom have never been to Hawaii, that it is okay to to trespass and vandalize an historic and sacred place such as Puu o Mahuka Heiau State Monument. The Sage Goddess page claims to be an alternative and holistic healing site that sells crystals, oils, and other new-age healing paraphernalia. The problem with that is that she posted pictures of herself standing in the middle of the heiau where the ahu would be and she is charging her crystals at a sacred Hawaiian site.Of course, no one has a problem with visiting our sacred sites or charging their crystals. We believe in people doing their own thing as long as its not harming the place theyre in or anyone else. Walking onto the heiau is trespassing and will damage the historic site. Moving the stones of the heiau is vandalizing and compromises the integrity of the site. By giving false information or leaving pertinent information out of your descriptions, you are intentionally misleading people.***Puu o Mahuka Heiau is one that was used for many purposes, including HUMAN SACRIFICE. Ive only ordered online about 4 or 5 times. The turn around for processing orders to shipping them is soooo slooooow. They take my money quick enough, why cant they ship it within one or two days?If you are getting anything from here as a gift and you are not physically buying from the store, plan it about a month in advance. Nope, not joking.On the flip side, everything is neatly wrapped and carefully packaged so nothing breaks.If they were quicker with shipping, they would get ALL of my Metaphysical business as I am a solitary practitioner. Waiting for a package for 3 weeks is just a bit much.

There perfumes smell wonderful and if you a birthday you can make them too! Some say joy and I wanna try out because I feel like there actually are joy. I LOVE there music when you walk in and makes you feel relaxed no matter what. Also they brought in Santa and they had colored Marshmallows with hot chococlate, cane candys and a lot more sweets. Purchased from here... shipping is really expensive and they take forever to ship. Also, they screwed up my order and I was told by her husband (as she will never respond to you) to shop elsewhere. Prices are crazy high and customer service is not the best.They will never refund you for any reason either. She is all about getting your money and has her online groups advertisements on a timer blasting you with merchandise every 3 hours.

I hate leaving poor reviews of small businesses, but I have never encountered a more hostile business and feel that its important to give a warning here so no one has to deal with what I did! It seems strange and counter-intuitive to me that a business that claims to promote healing and spirituality is so hateful, bullying, and vindictive. The owner is basically the female Donald Trump, and if I could give zero out of five stars, I would.Edit: Its interesting to me that one cannot leave a review on the Sage Goddess Facebook business page. Any comment you try to post on the pages wall has to be filtered and reviewed by the owner first.

Please be aware of the Owner, Athena Perrakis who is self-centered, will block people on facebook (she has multiple groups) and also the comments you leave are censured (she cant stand any type of criticism against her). Please dig deep to discover what kind of person is hiding behind her mask!!!!!! Everything she sells is over-priced, starting with small tumbled gemstones ending with so called super rare finds. By the way she uses this language often: rare or hard to find. DO NOT fall for it.
