I am giving it 2 stars because how could you have a store like this and be closed on weekends. I dont understand. The hours are very inconvenient
As someone said below, one review is from a company employee. How honest is a company that has its own employees write reviews?I get a lot of mistakes on orders (wrong items, missing items) I place. I usually dont bother to call about them because it is a hassle. Also a simple return of an unwanted item is a hassle. It can take days to get matters resolved.As other reviews have said, shipping cost is high.From what I have been told, they treat their customer service team poorly, which can be a reason why they are not very motivated to help much. Your sales rep is not interested in talking to you unless pushing items on you. They will not help you with anything else.Where I did say that getting help with a problem can be a hassle, they do not hesitate to keep calling with sales calls. No company I deal with makes as many sales calls as they do.
C-list company who builds itself up by saying they are worldwide. They cannot get the hot items, they only can get the knock-offs. For example, when everyone wanted diamond duos, they came up with a knock-off gem duo. In the rare event they do get the hot item, its well after everyone else has had it for months. They say items are exclusive to them, its usually either nobody wants them or the just re-named a product that was out for months under the original name. They say items are hot when nobody is asking for them, and the sales calls never stop - no other company calls with as many sales pitches or invents as many reasons to call as they do.And they only seem to care about their west coast customers. They say they stay open later to accommodate them, but will not open earlier to accommodate customers on the east coast. They say we should rearrange our schedules if we need to call them about a problem or need other help.I now use them as a last resort only.
Similar experience to below - this is the only company I deal with that calls so much for sales calls! Then when you need help (like a problem with an order) they dont start taking customer calls until 9:15 because I was told they stay open late to accommodate people on the west coast who want to call late. But they will not take calls early to accommodate customers who need to speak to them earlier even though that would be better for east coast customers. They also charge the most for shipping of all the companies I deal with. And give priority to big customers.
Most of their items are cheaply made and from China. I e-mailed asking what they are doing to ensure the safety of such items, and got no answer. Prices are higher compared to their competitors and shipping costs are high. They also are known to give priority to certain customers and make others wait.
They have a good selection, but I use as a last resort. In fact, I might cancel account. Shipping time is long, shipping is more than any other supplier, often have mistakes on orders, then it takes a long time to correct them. And this is the only company I deal with that calls for so many reasons. Then when I say I will call them if I am interested in what they are pitching, they keep calling anyway. I have started to screen my calls. Even then they keep calling and leaving messages!
