The girl there, did not talk to me at all, she never explained to me what she was doing or anything I have to asked what she was doing. She was too busy creating a Christmas shirt for a baby. She gave the back to me to talk on the phone, when she is talking about my line I’m should be able to hear. Very unprofessional useless person.

I love the staff at this location ! They are young and vibrant and helped keep me posted on the latest ! I wanted to upgrade my husbands phone, nothing too fancy but up to date and the entire staff pitched in to help me make the right choice . I got this huge JBL speaker the team recommended after I told them I loved throwing parties (pre covid ) and its amazing . Carteret location keep rocking out! Thank you for all your help !!!

My wife and I went to the Carteret location last night to switch to T-Mobile and upgrade our phones. First off, the environment there was absolutely unprofessional and a disgrace to T-Mobile. They had a TV blaring loud playing R rated movies with massive amounts of profanity. The manager Kayla was not helpful as she was busy on her phone and her friend came in with 2 kids that were running around the store and heard the profanity coming from the movie that they were playing out loud. Angel was the representative that assisted my wife and I. He was not very knowledgeable at all, was very nervous, and didnt seem qualified for the position he is in. We were former Metro PCS customers and I purchased an iPhone SE for my wife from Metro and paid it in full one month ago. The sim card that Angel put in her phone he said it didnt work and sent my wife up the street to a Metro PCS store that eneded up being closed. Angel did not offer to even call Metro and when I asked him to he called them and handed me the phone. I am the customer, not the employee, so when we finally reached a rep from Metro the rep stated that my wife had to wait 40 days to have her phone unlocked and Angel did nothing to help us, he should have asked to speak with a supervisor. Plus he put various charges on my bill for sim cards that I didnt ask for. Overall, my wife and I chose this store and trusted them to have upstanding service, but quite the contrary. We were stuck there for over 2 hours, it went past closing time. The manager Kayla seemed a bit immature for her position. This store is horrible and we will never ever come here again. I hope someone who is considering coming to this location reads this review before they do to avoid a horrible customer service experience.

Bought a glass screen protector from here a week or so ago for my Note 10 Plus, the finger print sensor stopped working due to the glass surface. Took it back and asked for an exchange, the girl said you need to have the box for me to send it back. Refused me an exchange. Ridiculous. Tmobile definitely has to have a method of packaging to send back returns and refurbished items. I will not be returning to this store nor will I recommend it to anyone. There were 0 other customers in the shop and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them by being there for a legitimate issue.

Employee with no experience sold me the ubd2 device with promise that I could save $5 dollars a line if I enrolled in auto pay. Problem it wasnt available for my plan. There was never a manager to return the thing after I found the truth, because it seems this is only an authorized retailer made to look like a corporate store, a manager at another store looked at the receipt and showed me where the store number ends with -D indicating third party retailer.

DO NOT COME HERE. I left an iphone 8 and i was suppose to get credit back into my acct. i also left two phone that i have to paid and now they r saying that they r only going to paid half the price for the phones i owe. The other half has to come from my pocket. One of the employee remember me but now she is playing dumb telling everyone in the store that i do not understand whats going on. HORRIBLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Place is a Wild West. Wasted Fathers Day at this place. Went to get BOGO S9+ only to be told next day that we had to return the phone because our plan do not qualify. We had to return the phone or pay full price on both phones. No manager to resolve customer issues.Update: lost even more time and money because I had to return the accessories I bought.

Horrible place! Customer service is extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. Must avoid at any cost. They sold us the expired promotion. Stopped by store and was advised to receive the promotion in a month now it is 4 months! There is no one too answer. We will get this resolved in legal matter shortly. Meantime I would advise people to avoid this store to save your time, money and energy. And please avoid SARAH the sales rep.

Worst customer service ever. Very inexperience kids works there that does not know anything about phones. Very unprofessional environment and theres never a manager there when theres issues. AVOID this location. They will sell you stuff promising you faulse discounts on your bill .
