We had a warranty issue with the evaporator coil on a Trane split system. Brent T. was our primary technician and he diagnosed the issue on his first trip out and promptly ordered a new evaporator coil to install. The office called to schedule the installation appointment and Brent arrived as scheduled. The installation went well without any problems. Brent was courteous and professional. It was clear he was very knowledgeable about his work and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received. The only negative issue was with the unexpected cost of R410A refrigerant to refill the system. I kindly suggest that when a system is being repaired due to major leak (as my system had a major leak at the end of a capillary tube entering the evaporator coil), it would be a nice gesture to offer a courtesy discount on refrigerant. R410A averages about $14/lb. when purchased in 25 lb. canisters, so event a 30% discount to the customer in this situation would continue to yield a nice profit for the business. Again, I am pleased with the overall service I received and I will recommend this company to others. Thank you for your help!

The service tech was on time, diagnosed the problem and did. what was needed. He also told us that our freon was low, and we had him add what was needed.We will definitely call this company again if/when other needs arise.I called them this morning and we were added to the schedule for same day service call. I have relied on Pendley Heating and Air to do heating/AC equipment repairs for about five years. They have always been able to come out on the same day I called. Today they quickly identified a problem with the furnace, replaced a part, and it works great. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and can be counted on to be honest and do the job right.

Pendley HVAC showed up on the same day I made an appointment for Preventative Maintenance. The service tech replaced 2 of our 3 air filters and checked our outside unit. He will be back later in the week to replace our other filter. All my questions were answered so I’m a happy camper!

I thought they were terrible. Technician seemed like he needed a knap and didn’t want to be bothered. I called for a cleaning and it wasn’t even done. system checked only and no Freon even used and still got charged 88.00, wouldn’t recommend calling them to anyone.

Technician asked what problem I was having and then proceeded to troubleshoot to find why my gas bill was so high. He checked my gas water heater and noticed there appeared to be a leak, which was further proved when he sprayed liquid on the pipes. He found a gas leak at one of the connections. He was able to tighten it until there was no other leakage.Unfortunately, all I got from the gas company was that it had been really cold during that period and that they would send someone out to reread the meter! Disappointed!

When Jordan arrived he immediately went to the problem after hearing what the system was doing. Sure enough, the part he checked was worn out with small blades broken off. He called into the office to check on the part. They had it in stock and delivered it to him on site while he checked out the duct work.
