Had a rock chip repaired in front windshield. They were able to accommodate me on the same day, did a really good repair (looks great!), and the price was lower than other shops I called around. Overall I’m very satisfied with this business and would recommend to others.

These guys are amazing! My windshield was broken on vacation,and we were dealing with one thing after another! Kelly was great! She handled everything for me and found a windshield at half the price of my initial quote for my brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla (that Ive only had for 2 months 🙄)....I will definitely recommend them to anyone that ever needs a window replaced!

Exceptional experience working with this company. Very careful about craftsmanship and the quality of glass they source - much of which is OEM quality without the dealer up-charge. Very affordable and avoids a claim on auto insurance, which if not careful, can add to the stack against you at renewal.

Called to get a quote for a replacement windshield on Thursday, they had us scheduled for Tuesday! Their price was much better than everyone else around. Arrived when scheduled, texted when they were on their way. Very quick, efficient and came to my house. Every place we called said we would have to have it calibrated (HUD and lane departure), they assured us it is rare this step is needed, as long as certain steps are taken. Indeed, both features work without recalibration. Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

THIRD time using these gentlemen. Emphasis on gentlemen. They responded after hours to my Facebook message, set me up with an appointment on the day I requested and at the time I requested. The day of, they called me, the office called me AND the sent a Facebook message that they were on their way. When they arrived, they were extrememly kind and they got the chip in my windshield filled in about 15 minutes. It looks good as new! I cant praise these gentlemen enough. Stop your search here, this service is very hard to come by! =)

They didnt do a thing! And thats okay! Took my car in to inquire about a chip on my windshield. The tech took one look and said We cant fix this. He said the chip wasnt big enough and any repair attempt would only make it look worse. I applaud folks with the integrity and honesty to turn down business because its the right move to make rather than just make a quick buck. I will certainly be back when I have a bigger glass problem....thanks, guys!

I had the windshield on my c5 replaced by 1st class and even though there was a hiccup the owner reached out and took care of it. Therefore I can say I would recommend them for your auto glass needs.

My Tacoma was broken into and as a result, the rear drivers side window was shattered. 1st Class Auto Glass out of Cartersville was recommended to me by a co-worker and I noticed they also have great reviews, so I went for it. They quoted me an excellent price $30 cheaper than the next closest auto glass replacement/repair business. Doug was wonderful. He called prior to heading to my vehicle while I was at work letting he know hed be to my vehicle within half an hour. I met him with my vehicles keys and in less than an hour, he cleaned up all the broken glass completely and replaced the window. I honestly cant even tell that it was ever broken. If I should ever have the need, I will definitely go to these guys again and if not, Ill refer all my friends and family. An awesome business.

I was recommended by a friend. I called them and this is what I got... Incredible service, incredible install, fast and friendly, they called ahead to see if it was ok to come to my house a little earlier of my appointment time and the price was so low it was shocking!!! It looks better than the factory glass that was in there. Call 1st glass first, that is unless you just want to pay more.

On February 11th 2015 I had my windshield replaced in my 2004 Envoy; little did I know my son would be in a head on collision on February 20th. The car was smashed, crushed, dented....whatever you want to call it from front to back, EXCEPT the windshield, not a crack, break, or shatter. I cannot thank this company enough for always doing a fantastic job! Always putting their customers first and giving them the most professional job. My son could have had more trauma had the windshield shattered, Im so glad Ive always trusted in a company that does the best quality of work!
