Absolutely awesome service, equipment and staff!! We rented a pontoon boat from them and could not have been treated any better! The boat was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The rental rates are very fair, maybe even a bargain. I will rent from them again!

Would highly recommend Ahoy Marine, they were fantastic to work with and I will definitely be back.I have an aging boat that not every marina will look at nowadays. The boat was breaking down regularly on me and the place I was going to seemed like they were presenting me with band-aids rather than a true fix. I brought my boat to Dean to get a second opinion, he jumped on board with me, backed it in the water, looked it over, and told me what he thought the issues were in order of importance. Couple weeks later (waiting on a new carb), Dean and I were on the lake testing it out. Another small adjustment needed to be made, they did it overnight, I picked the boat up the next day, and so far the boat felt very strong the next time out and I couldnt have been happier. Great job Ahoy!I will be back in the off season to have some more work done.

We purchased a used Tritoon from Tom at Ahoy Marine. We could not have asked for any better transaction. From the moment we called about the boat till the day we picked it up, everything went smooth. Tom made this experience very enjoyable. We would definitely buy another boat from him.

I bought a used Searay 270 SLX from Atlanta Marine / Ahoy Marine a few months ago, and they’ve been great. The boat has had a few minor mechanical issues and they are committed to help solving the problem. It is refreshing to have someone stand behind their work these days. I busted a water drain plug on Christmas Eve and Dean stayed late to literally bail me out - no questions asked!! I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

Ahoy has always been there for me and my family. I have been using them for over 10 years now. Dean and Danny have always been amazing and done awesome work. They recently removed and rebuilt my engine and it has never run better. Already put over 50 hours on it and it still runs better then it has since the day we bought it! I needed a starter in a pinch. Not only did they have it in stock, but were MUCH cheaper than anyone in town and online! They were super helpful with making sure I knew how to find them and had the part waiting at the counter when I arrived. I will definitely use them when my boat needs any work done.

These guys are great. Ive dealt with them a few times and every time they are more than accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend them especially if youre in a pinch and need something fast. As mentioned, if its reasonable and doable, theyll do it to help you out. Lead tech is very competent also!

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. They have saved me at the dock when I was broken down and provided me with excellent service every time. My boat is older and it always in need of something and they have saved me every time! They even repaired by broken hatch when I could not find anyone else to help me! I wont take my boat anywhere else.

In March of 2015 I bought a 1991 Sea Ray 170 from John at Ahoy . I had looked everywhere for a boat with a price that I could afford. Most of what I looked at was someone else problem they were trying to get ride of. I then found this very good looking little Sea Ray and called John to ask about it. He answered every question and with me being a soon to be first time boat owner, I had a lot. We set up a time to go have a look. When I got their I was able to take to boat for a ride around the lake. With it being a 24 year old boat, there was a problem here and there but once John and I talked about it he made sure the guys took care of all of my concerns. We agreed on a price and everything was taken care of. The guy that took me out on the lake even gave me a quick driving and trailering lesson. Every one at Ahoy was very friendly. From the owner all the way the mechanics, everyone took time to talk to you and make you feel welcome. John has bent over backward to help me in anyway he has been able to. I will surly be a repeat customer, for my boat sale, for future boat purchases and services on my new (old) boat. They really make you feel like you are among friends.

Just winterized my boat at Ahoy and as usual the service is incredible. I have been taking my old Crownline to Ahoy since I bought it in 2009. Even though I’m no longer at the same marina, it’s well worth the drive. Bill, Dean and Ledlie are always taking great care of me and their prices are very reasonable. Ahoy is where all my boating friends on Allatoona go for service, I highly recommend that you try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Great customer service and very flexible with drop off and pick up. Price was lower than quoted at larger dealers, and they quickly found and fixed the problems. Honest and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Ill be taking it back in the fall to winterize it.

I give Ahoy Marine my highest recommendation. Recently, they installed a new anchor winch on my river boat, which required the entire electrical system to be rewired, as well as did some preventative maintenace. I could not have been happier with the service I received: they were professional, concerned about doing the job exactly how I wanted it done, patient with my many questions and even allowed me to pick the boat up after normal business hours. From now on, they are my go-to for marine service.

I recently needed service and repairs on my classic Chris Craft Scorpion and I found these guys on line. I had never met Dean or Ledlie but they sounded good on the phone so I thought I would give them a try. The amount of work I needed was extensive since my boat had not been in the water for 12 years.They called me and told me what repairs were needed and the cost associated with these repairs. They kept me updated with progress all along and did proposed repairs on time and with no surprises.Costs on repairs were exactly as proposed and all work was done correctly. I could not be happier with Ahoys performance on my classic so I bought my new Sea Ray from them since then. I had taken my 2004 Four Winns to another shop (not on the water) in Kennesaw due to it overheating. After two weeks I picked up the boat and they said nothing was wrong with it. First weekend I had it on the lake it overheated. A friend referred Ahoy and I am glad I took it there. Avoiding all the technical information they were able to identify the problem missed by the other shop and get me running again. Ledlie was available when I called and made sure I understood the expenses of the repair before I incurred them.I would definitely do business with them again but hope that I do not have to!

Dean did a great job for me in staying with and resolving a stubborn issue with an older boat. I could tell he really cared about getting it taken care of for me. He obviously cares about his customers!
