I have bought 6 garage doors from doorsmith. One of them never worked right from the start, the wall unit would lose power. They blamed the wires, said a nail must have pierced the wire. So I get around to having an electrician replace the wire. Same thing happens to the wall unit. Give them a call, tell them I changed the wire and the problem persists. They tell me it’s probably the circuit board and I should have my electrician look at it. They sent a bunch of guys out so maybe the problem is out of their scope. So if you run into a problem with the motor it is not their fault and you are on your own. This is after I have put three garage doors at two different houses, I am clearly a glutton for punishment.

Doors will not hold up to the weather . Getting Al back out to stand behind his work is impossible. Buy elsewhere
