My experience with Layton Glass was incredible! The owner of the company went above and beyond to ensure the windshield on my sons car was replaced before driving 18 hrs back to college. He did it on short notice and even was willing to stay late beyond his normal business hours to get it done. This is the beauty of working with small local businesses within your community. I appreciate all of Laytons Glass for all of their assistance and would recommend them to anyone.

Terry Layton is now my new best friend! I have no idea how my windshield got cracked but it took up most of my passenger side’s view. I first got a quote from Safelite and they weren’t going to be able to help for another week and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. My dad told me to call Layton Glass. The next day, Terry picked up my car from work, fixed my windshield and brought it back before lunch, no extra charge for the pick up and return!I will recommend Layton Glass to anyone for the rest of time!

I first came across this company 6 yrs ago. My front windshield was cracked by a rock thrown by a truck I was traveling behind.Couldnt beat the price and I really liked the quick professional service I received.Now I take all my glass business to them.

Terry is one of the rudest people that I have talked to in a business.He answered the phone when I called I was looking for a quote for 2021 Buick Encore so rude raising his voice explaining about sensor on my wipers I think he needs a Anger management program Taking my business where people know to how to talk to a potential clients .you get more with honey than piss and vinegar 😮☹🙁😶🤨🤔 very disappointed

I would NOT recommend this company. Terry is very unprofessional and quite frankly, just rude. Someone came out to take pictures of our glass shower to give us a quote on removing the glass and reinstalling it after we have work done. After almost a week of no follow-up I reached back out and spoke to Terry who acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. After supposedly “remembering” who I was he was quick to say he wouldn’t do the work. At the very least he could have called to let me know which would have been fine, but just choosing to ignore my “insignificant” job and not following up is unacceptable.

Replaced windshield on my 18 wheeler. Good price and nice folks. From now on this will be my glass company.

Got the windshield replaced in the Soul yesterday. They had my windshield in stock, got my appointment set up ASAP, and gave me a quote that they actually came in under! I just had my passenger window replaced by them on Saturday. They have the best customer service, they are quick, and accommodating. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get quality work done and a great price.

The first time I called, I spoke with a lady who was really nice. However, I had to call back to get pricing since I wasn’t gonna do it through my insurance and the gentleman that answered was probably the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with over the phone. Every time I spoke, he would cut me off. He would ask a question and before I got the answer out, would cut me off and tell me that’s not the information he needs. I didn’t even finish getting the quote. Just hung up because obviously they don’t need my business. Very rude and would NOT recommend.

I purchased windshields for 4 different cars at the same time. I even had a special request, where they would remove one windshield and wait a few weeks to install the new one (so I could perform other repairs). Terry and his team worked with me and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

The people are awesome!!!! As soon as you walk in you feel like your treated with southern hospitality. The secretary was very nice and even made me a cup of coffee and I had a good conversation with the owner. The repair was done much quicker than I expected and was done perfectly. Layton Glass was recommended to me by a friend who works for a major car dealership. Since she recommended Layton Glass instead of her dealership and because theyve been in business since 1972, I knew I could trust them. Plus you can tell the owner stands by his work.

Had our windshield replaced... these people are fantastic! Superior work and the best price in a 50 mile radius. Will definitely use their services again if the need arises. Really nice people.

I was impressed with the staff at Layton last weekend. They were all friendly and spoke to everyone as they came in and out of the office. I called to get a quote on a broken window on my house. A male employee was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me finish before cutting me off. He asked me “where is this even at?” And when I began telling him my address, he cut me off again telling me he doesn’t service my area. I told him thank you for his time and he then hung up before I could even finish that sentence. Definitely not even worth the one star!

Cracked my windshield on a Sunday and they got it fixed by Tuesday! I paid out of pocket but paid a GREAT and fair price and got super fast service. Thanks again Terry!

Had a complicated full Glass shower and door, had to be custom cut,From start to finish, they were friendly, on time and professional with excellent pricing.

They were asked to replace a windshield. Everything looked fine for a month or so and then it started to leak when it rained. We took the vehicle back and they replaced the windsheild and trim kit again. (No discount) to this day it still leaks. Layton glass is a joke.
