This grocery store is great. Their homemade biscuits are awesome. Great salad bar for lunch too. They do have self check out for quick visits. Nice and helpful staff

Hands down the best grocery store in the world. The produce Dept is amazing. In both selection and service. Haven’t tried a kiwano fruit before? They are happy to cut one up and introduce you. Every aisle is clean and front faced. Every associate smiles, nods, or stops to talk. Publix could learn a thing or two here.

For some reason they never have the sushi my daughter likes. Went 3 times in 1 week for her and they did not have it. Other than that I still choose to shop here & Kroger.

People in the Deli need to understand that part of there job is waiting on customers not look them straight in the eye and walk by like they didnt see themThis happens all the time!!

Nice and clean store .. plenty of prepared food options .. prices seem to be a little higher than Kroger .. similar loyalty program to Kroger but limits gas purchase with points to 20 gallons vs. 35 gallons with Kroger

Go to Publix nearby,its so much better.Ingles has just been getting gradually worse year by year in every aspect I can think of.

The customer service in the bakery department didn’t disappoint!I called with a request for a cookie cake last minute. I gave my idea over the phone but wasn’t really sure if it was understood. I went to pick up my cake and I was beyond impressed with miss BJ’s creativity! Just from one simple phone call and a idea she took on the challenge and exceeded my expectations! She now has me as a customer for life. I will definitely be going back for more! Thank you again BJ!P.S. The firefighters loved the cake and all got a good laugh out if it! ❤️

The pharmacy was super fast. Had to go inside though cause they had the drive-thru closed and when I asked why she said they were busy

Love Ingles hands down. For me, they carry Milos Sweet Tea, have a great deli (you MUST try their chicken salad - it is delish!), fresh fruit/veggie area, and salad/soup bar. They also carry my cat litter of choice. Still waiting for them to carry the new Senior Purina Cat Chow in the small red bag. But other than that ... #TeamIngles all the way.

Employs friendly most of the time . Theres a sweet girl who works up front named Millia .She makes my day when I come in . I always look to see where shes working and go to that register .

Some of the boxed food was old. Macaroni and cheese was out of date. Usually I dont have a problem there.

Every time I come to this grocery my phone number that I put when I signed up for the Ingles Advantage card is not working so the cashier have to offer me to get another one. I then filled it up and turned it in3x at a different times and still not in the system until now. The cashier said I have to bring my card every time I come in even if I signed up for more than 3 months on the 1st one, more than 2 months on the 2nd one and 3rd for a month and yesterday they have to give me another one AGAIN because my contact number is still not in the system.I dont know how hard it is to put your information in the system but I never have this kind of experience in other groceries before, to the point that I have gotten frustrated to write this.CUSTOMER SERVICE or whoever is responsible, please do something already about this. Its way beyond frustrating. Thank you.

What happened to the store located JFH/41. Empty shelves and rotting produce? Was so happy to see a sign for heirloom tomatoes, .... until I couldnt find one decent enough to purchse-all were rotting. Having to carefully look at Experation Dates like I do with Aldis

Ive been a customer of the Ingles on West Ave. for many years. One night I went in to buy a few items and the cashier didnt make eye contact with me and upon walking away I noticed the cashier flipping me off. I then proceeded to leave out of the store and saw two Ingles employees outside so I told them what happened. One woman informed me she would bring this to managements attention. After I returned home and unloaded my groceries I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager requested my full name and my phone number for management to call me back. No one returned my call. This is how they treat loyal customers and I havent been back since.

I have to go in the middle of the night and use one of the scooters. They are always charged, ready to go. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Products are just fine. I shop for a variety of fresh fruit and veg. Ingles has an excellent selection! My grandson will go if I make a day trip.

I shop here because its close when I only need a few items. Theyre more expensive than some other places and thats why I dont do a big shop there. I also use them for gas, but the last time I was there, they only had premium and diesel fuel :(

Ingles is one of my go to places. This one was on West Ave. I usually go on Joe Frank Harris Pkwy. This one was fine. I really like Ingles. Great choices of variety.

Ingles is a great place, there meat a wide variety and fresh. The store is always clean and if u cant find something the employees are always eager to help.

They close the store an hour early to wax the floors and didnt post anything about it being closed so I wasted my time trying to come to the store to shop at 11:00 p.m. when theyre supposed to be open till midnight I think they should pay their employees an hour overtime and not inconvenience the customers who cant come until late in the evening

Easy in and out. Quick service and friendly. They maintain well stocked inventory with wide selection of greatly reduced specials weekly. Seafood department is small yet good variety. The fresh meats have multiple selections of cuts to fit most any budget or family size. Its easy to shop fresh here even buying for only one without wasting.

I wanted to recognize the ladies in the bakery! I needed birthday cupcakes to take to my sons school. They only had Thanksgiving cupcakes made. I explained that I needed something for a birthday boy they made them while I was there. They were very nice and I am very thankful!

I began shopping here in 20 to try and save some money. I was always told it was cheaper than most. Im going to give it some more time before I come to a conclusion. First impressions are positive. Store has a lot of nice products and is very clean. Employees are nice also. Like it here so far.

I was in this store on July 13th looking for a specific item, Royal blackberry jello, which they were out of. The store manager called and located this item in Chatsworth where they held it for me. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to still find such good customer service. I was able to make my blackberry wine cake for my niece and her family. Thank you so much.

There are two Ingles in Cartersville. The one on Joe Frank Harris requires mask. The one on Highway 113 doesnt. I prefer to shop where mask are required.

Really nice store with a Starbucks built right in if u drink coffee while u grocery shop.its big, its clean, large selections of all items. Actual cashiers employed and checking people out. 2 thumbs up for sure.

Ive shopped here for 23 years. They carry canned 3 bean salad and 4 bean salad that I cant find anywhere besides Ingles. I like the fresh meats also. Store has been clean when Im there. Prices on some things are high though.

Looking for donuts was pleased that they had what I wanted already boxed.

I love getting Heritage Whole chicken here. Its a great grocery store, yes indeed.

The Ingles on West Avenue is a very convenient location to pick up my groceries. Their staff is knows where products are located when asked, courteous and responsive in service and to customer needs. This location also has a pharmacy inside which is very convenient. If you like to shop with Ingles his is a great location.
