Came here to sell a used firearm and got a fair deal that I was happy with. The gentlemen working were super friendly and offered me some coffee after our deal.I looked around at their selection of firearms and saw good, reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this place!

Owner made a big fuss about me returning a item a DAY later after he told me to bring it back in. Another employee made a remark about me not being able to read I assume because Im African American. I guess this place only likes to serve Caucasian people. Will not be returning.

I am not sure what items that you are talking about but In our 8 years of business we have never refused to take an item back that we sold that was defective, even though we are a second hand store and all of our receipts say items sold as is - no return. I assume that we did refund you your money. The bigger issue is that you have to bring race into this. We have served Cartersville for 8 years and one thing we have never been accused of is being racist. Just because you have a bad experience in a store, doesnt make the employee a racist.Doug Spears (owner)
