Absolutely amazing experience. Their office staff was extremely helpful, Jasmine, Tamara, Shelly, etc. They were very prompt to respond to whatever questions I submitted and were very courteous in doing so. I paid for freight to have the SOD delivered to northern Alabama because I could not find the particular Zoysia I was looking for locally. The delivery arrived exactly when SuperSod said it would. We ordered 18 pallets of Zenith Zoysia sod. It was delivered on time and the grass looks great! Michelle was awesome to work with throughout the process.

We ordered 11 pallets, and SuperSod made everything easy. Anytime I had a question, needed to change order quantity, or delivery time, it was easy. Jill would always respond same day, or first thing the next day if emailing after hours. As you can tell from our yard, the sod looks awesome. SuperSod isnt the cheapest, but you can rest assured that youre really getting what you pay for.

Andre provided excellent customer service. I called with detailed questions about my TifTuf bermuda sod today because I am a newbie and needed advice on when to apply fertilizer and pre-emergent. He was very patient with me and guided me through the steps. Ive used Super Sod for 2 years now, getting a big yellow bag last year for my raised garden beds and then 2 more bags plus a pallet of sod this year. There was always quick and communication, delivery was exactly as promised, and my yard and garden look wonderful. I highly recommend them, and have friends that have gotten the compost bags and been happy as well.

I had a area hydro seeded 2 years ago and it was a huge let down. Please keep in mind it was seeded a total of three times ( I only paid for the first treatment) it just never took. Also keep in mind it was a Bermuda.So after googling Sod company I came across Super sod in Cartersville and I am beyond happy with the service Michelle B gave me. She took the time to really help me... I had no idea what I was looking for due to the amount of shade in the area but she recommended Bermuda tiff tough. It was perfect very little water needed once it takes and its a wonderful green also a great price. Every other sod company tried to push me into different types of Zoysia but Michelle was the only one to really understand all the different factors in play.... like I said shade, water etc... so I chose Bermuda tiff tough and Im so happy I did! The pallets came two days later.The delivery was fast and easy the driver called me when he was 1 hour away.... very kind and courteous and on time!!!!! Michelle B really took care of me and Ill be ordering again from her....she kept me as a customer and I have recommended her to friends and family....so see for yourself, outstanding sod at a great price......just dont forget to ask for Michelle B when you order......you wont regret it !!!!!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I was going to another place near my house to buy sod then decided to drive across county to check out Super-Sod. I now wish that I had gone to Super-Sod in the first place. I do not remember the name of the first woman that I talked to but she was friendly and answered all of my dumb questions.
