Absolutely poor service. Our daughters chair needs so much work that she isnt allowed to ride on the bus anymore. So she is missing school. They have been left multiple messages from us and the school staff and no one is returning our calls. Very bad business and nothing but troubles. We will never use them again.

I have been waiting for over two months for my son’s wheelchair repair! They take their time, not thinking about the disabled child’s needs. Absolutely awful

Communication is difficult with this branch. Expect several business days to go by before you get any replies. And forget calling the branch, you just need to call the companys main number. And if you get a call back, expect to hear the radio blaring in the background lol.Maybe other branches are different, but this one marches to a different beat.
