Ive gotten several items from this location and the items have been good quality and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Management is knowledgeable and willing to work to get and keep customers.

Great place to shop at. The management has helped me out a few times when i left the company to shop at another and i have always came back to here. They go above and beyond to keep business. There very patient when i try to figure out what i want to get. They are expensive but no worse then any other rent to own.

This is the worst business I have ever done business with. The people are rude and disrespectful. We had to tell them several times to come get their stuff. Then when they finally got the point we didnt want there stuff any longer they cancelled the pick up twice. Its been one headache after another with this company. I wouldnt suggest this company to anyone.

Ok first off the perfume air freshener was so strong you could smell it before you entered the facility. Secondly the furniture was stained and had holes in it one couch looked like someone had vomited all over it the furniture looked like it came from a bad thrift store now dont get me wrong I have no problem shopping at thrift stores but im not gonna pay 600.00+ a piece for somthing that is broken I personally dont recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service! The new manager along with the workers are so rude I use to have my whole house furnished threw them a couple years ago but now that they have new management they have completely gone down hill!

Insurance on TV is a joke here. TV has been sitting in the back room for two weeks. They said the whole process would take about that long yet here we are and it hasnt even been sent off yet. Also the insurance only covers 80 percent of the new TV. Customer service isThem being so rude if u are a day late. Will never go back.
