It is a personal experience. They save your paint colors on file for you for future purchases/touch ups if needed. The associate, Adam, even helped me pick out a few different color choices & carried my paint samples to my vehicle for me...so carimg. That kind of stuff doesnt happen at Lowes or Home Depot around here. I go to the Carthage, Missouri Sherwin-Wiliams store near me. Yesterday, the female associate, Corlena, remembered my husband & didnt even need to ask our name when looking up our account for the paint color. My husband had been there earlier picking up a paint sample color I wanted to test out on our livingroom. My husband is color blind, so her help was greatly appreciated! Plus, when I returned to buy 3 gallons of color, she remembered him & my name, which is on acct.She even found box to make it easier for my husband to carry.. Plus, i got to use 30% off coupon on paint & 15% off on supplies I bought. I am willing to pay a little more for such a positive personal experience. Love!
