The selection of clearance items is immense. Would definitely recommend is looking for things that have been marked down in the Bed Bath & Beyond collection. Outside of that youre pretty standard Bed Bath & Beyond with good customer service.

I bought the wamsutta dream zone 1000 count sheets 1 1/2 years ago and the fitted sheet is already shredding. I will buy sheets elsewhere in the future.

Horrible experience with Jonah, the cashier at the register. I was not greeted, he just begin taking my items out of the basket. He never told me my total. When I asked him, why hasnt he said a word. His response, Im not a very intriguing person. I responded, You dont need to be in customer service. I got upset and asked for the manager on duty. She was very helpful. This staff member should thoroughly be trained in Customer Service.

What happened here. Store is half empty.Dont carry linens anymore. Lots of fine china but who cares these days. Very messy. Not the same place. Lots of As seen in tv junk.

I had to exchange a curtain and Kristy, I am not sure if I remember the name correct. But she is a very nice old lady, she was very nice and helped me get this done very fast. Thumb up for her.

I came in looking for a trash can for my bathroom and bathroom rugs. I was able to find my rugs, and at a super good price! I didnt find a well priced trash can though.

Love this store. Very clean and organized. Actually have associates in various departments asking if you need help. A rarity these days. Coupons are a plus for me. They even take expired ones so dont throw them away.

I had receipt but their computers were down and couldnt do my return. Manager should have been able to override instead of having me wait for 12 minutes and then tell me to come back another day. Problem is I hope I can get back before the return policy ends. ( Yes, they offer 6 months, but its already been quite a few at this point)

I had a fairly expensive item to return that I had ordered from the website. The return was handled expeditiously and professionally. Further, a manager assisted me with obtaining a new coupon for the replacement item I planned to purchase. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism with which the transaction was handled.

The staff are very xenophobic. My partner tried to ask for help, she just said I cant understand you and walked away. What kind of customer service is that? If you cant handle people of color, youre pathetic.

This is my second time here to return an online orders. Both times, they gave me such attitudes. I presented receipts and my card to return but I dont understand why they gave me such bad customer service. I thought if Im not satisfied with the products, I can return them according to the policy. As a customer I feel so attacked and disrespectful by the way they treated me. I dont feel comfortable to shop here anymore.

I have a feeling this store is going to close soon. They have no idea what to do with the space in the middle, which is a mess! With their competition on-line, the are often more expensive and staff are uninterested in helping anyone.

The worst SERVICE I have ever encountered of many years coming to BB&B. TATIANA, the cashier that checked me out had a very nasty attitude and was Extremely RUDE from the moment i greeted her. That is not the way to treat a customer! I will no longer come here thanks to her. If you do not like working with the public get a different job. I am a Nurse & I would never treat ppl the way she did with me. She needs to get fired ASAP!

This place is huge! Apparently it is the largest store in NC. I was speaking with the very friendly cashier about how much bigger it was than our home store. I was able to find excellent deals in this store that blew me away! So glad we decided to drive the extra hour to go see what we could find at this store. Thanks!

Update your website. Item marked as available in store and when I arrive your customer service informs me you dont carry any types of that in stores. Btw if you get the answer would you like us to order it 95% of customers will just get it on amazon....

Before the renovation, I enjoyed shopping here. Not so now. The space was opened up, creating a cold box store feel. The selection of items has also become less appealing.

Reliable store that always has what I need. Staff always friendly and nice. Signed up for the membership program, I wish it was easier to check out with it. Maybe it was just that employee. My favorite is the coffee area.

The store has been changed quite a lot since Ive last been. Theyve really beefed up the Beyond bit.They added a sort of grocery section with some really great beer and wine selections. Never thought I would find Dragons Milk at a BB&B store!Prices were super reasonable and the cashier that assisted us, Sarah, was very amicable and helpful.All-in-all, solid experience!

Wonderful fragrance smells! My only disappointment was the price on the three wick candles. I was hoping that they would be $10 like they were in Apex but they were $15 each. And that adds up very quickly. Overall great experience. Staff was very helpful and very much on top of their game.

Havent been to this location in 3 or more years. Love the reno, and the addition of specialty foods. Also our check out lady gave us a discount when I couldnt find mine. And we saved $16 because of it. I will definitely be coming back.

First time I had been in since the redesign. More open & eye appealing. Imediately noticed the lack of fragrances, which Im extremely grateful for. Thus, I was able to linger in the store much longer than usual.

Since I don’t know her last name, and I’m not sure if there is more than one, ask for one that had a conversation with a Cuban mother and her son on the 20the of August.Here’s why:I was lost at first, not sure which register to chose, and she immediately waved us over. She greeted us very kindly, and efficiently started bagging our supplies. We laughed when I poked fun at myself for being clumsy, at which point she offered to wrap some of our more delicate items, which we gladly accepted. My mother pronounced her name in Spanish, and she was friendly enough to make small talk by inquiring where we were from. After the quick chat as we packed our merchandise, we headed out with a wave.This will sound silly, but this is the perfect customer experience in my eyes, though I left out some other little jokes that I can’t remember.Thanks for your time, and once again, I will recommend this store. 👍SincerelyAntonio

This is a huge story with so many selections. Staff is very helpful and the say hi and ask if you need help as you enter each section. Very impressed. Great store and Awesome customer service.

Plenty of merchandise, but not enough employees out on the floor to assist customers. Unless more people are hired for the holiday flood, many customers go but once. I almost left bc the checkout lines were 5 and 6 deep when I went in. Not bad by time I checked out. Love their discount coupons...that never expire.

Amazing array of items for the everyday home. Really nice and cooperative staff. At times the items seemed a little bit too crowded, but the variety is worth it. I can easily say that anybody and everybody can find at least one thing to their liking. Will definitely come back soon!

We came in to finish our wedding registry and had a wonderful time. The store associate was super helpful and was very informative about the merchandise in the store. My fiance and I felt like we were really valued and time was taken for us.

Love the coupons which never really expire. Staff always friendly and willing to help, and findable. Usually find what i seek. If not, always fun just to look, never know when something is on sale and exactly the solution you forgot you were seeking. Convenient location.

They are a great store. Need to support them and stop buying on line. There will be no more brick and mortor stores soon if we dont support the ones we have and the web giants will gobble you up too.

Overall positive but mixed experience. A couple of the store attendants who helped me seemed annoyed that I was in their store and were really unhelpful in general. One really lovely store clerk tried to help me find something they didnt have but told me it was available online. Overall I got about 80% of what I needed and 50% of the service, so not horrible overall. Great selection and the recent redesign is great.

While they didnt have hand held mixer in store, they did order and ship without extra charges. Came in 2 days. Beats driving to different stores in traffic.

Love the old fashioned brick and mortar stores,can physically see merchandise touch merchandise which is always a good thing.

So much variety in the products offered. Fairs prices, but somewhat high. I always find something I want in there. I bought a little bedside table here and when I got home to assemble it, it was missing pieces. But they worked with me and got me the pieces I needed no hassle.

Very bad bed bath beyond. Does not have near the selection as other bed bath beyond stored . I drove to this location and could not find the basic kitchen supplies I needed. No Beyond here just lagging behind.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. We have been there twice this week. The sales people on the floor are awesome. Everyone of them. On problem, Jasmine was the cashier that waited on my family & I. She was cold as ice. No customer service skills at all. She should be in the stock room. Employees like Jasmine forget that its the customers who pay her. Everything we brought from Bed Bath and Beyond, we could have gotten it from Amazon, Walmart or Target. But it was our choice to come there & shop. Thank you

First time in over 10 years buying here. Ordered a Thera-Breath toothpaste online and picked up in the store. Price was very competitive and cheaper than Amazon, Walmart, and Target. I recommend buying online and picking up in the store to save time and score some good deals. Online prices are cheaper than in the store. I am surprised why so many people shop in the store when you can save a whole bunch of money doing online order/in store pickup. Checkout clerk was very friendly and no long lines but I fortunately didnt go during peak hours. Thank you for a great experience. :)
