Bought my minivan here in 2018; its been great. The lifetime oil changes are handy and I just had it in the shop for maintenance again yesterday; things are running smoothly still. The only thing that wasnt spot-on was the masking requirement - folks are supposed to be masked in the showroom, but some customers were not, and several employees had their noses free. I dont take off a star for that; I know its an ever-changing situation and has nothing to do with the car buying or servicing process. I only put it out there because that might matter to some folks who are particularly vulnerable, like me.

Phenomenal service from the Autopark Honda team to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with my 2014 Honda Accord. Landon provided concise updates and kept me informed throughout the process. Other car shops were unable to diagnose the issue, however Autopark was able to fix it within a couple of hours. Cant recommend them enough!

Called the service center on a week day to find an appointment for servicing my vehicle, got it for the next day. Service was performed in timely manner. Some parts were not available for a recall, they ordered it and will call me to schedule the next appointment to install the parts. Neat and clean waiting area. Staff was quite friendly. Do recommend Autopark Honda for servicing your vehicle.Update 10/24: I was informed after the parts came in and scheduled an appointment. As service was going to take longer time, the service center provided Lyft ride back home and picked up after the service was complete.

I can’t say enough about this dealership! I just got my first oil change, rotation and balance. Fast, efficient work. Their also doing something new, live updates with accompanying video. Absolutely great that I really appreciated. I worked with Dylan and he was great. Great place so happy I bought 2 vehicles from them!

I am very distrustful of dealers in general and especially after an experience with another dealer right up the street from this one. Autopark Honda, however, has earned my business from now on. I am a mechanic myself and only go to the dealer when absolutely necessary. Not only did they give me a good price when quoted for a new timing set, they actually came in under the quote and everyone was helpful and very easy to deal with. Would not hesitate to go back.

Landon gave me great service. I had to have a large repair done on my air conditioner, which my extended warranty covered. Landon arranged all that, ordered the parts, called me when they came in, and arranged for a shuttle for me the day the repair was done. He kept me informed about everything throughout the day. After owning my 2018 Honda Ridgeline for 3 years I have decided to write this review to issue a warning to prospective buyers regarding Hondas obvious manufacturing defect on this vehicle. My $43,000 Ridgelines Roof LEAKS. Directly above the drivers side Pillar. This is unbelievable to me. Of all the cars & trucks that Ive owned over the years Ive NEVER had one that had a Roof LEAK. My first vehicle in high school was a 1966 Ford Falcon, NEVER Leaked, cost = $400. Other than this huge problem no other issues with this Vehicle.10/29/21I posted this with 1 star originally, now up to 3. The dealership fixed my leak by unclogging two drain holes located under my Sun Roof, I had no idea that Honda has designed this Sun Roof to collect water on an inside tray inside the vehicle. Once they unclogged the two drain holes its high & dry. Cost=342$ Ouch. Live & learn?According to my service manager there is nothing in the users manual that warns a buyer to service these drain holes to make sure they do not get blocked by debris that may fall down into this drainage tray as you slide open the Roof. The Wind Deflector on my Roof blocks view & access to this area that needed to be cleaned.OWNERS of this vehicle or similar take notice!Suggestion to Honda:Add a removable warning sticker to the bottom of the Glass Sun Roof that the buyer needs to periodically clean the drain holes, if not the vehicle will flood. Or put something in the manual.Dealership, (good service) but too costly to service this item.Honda, poor maintenance information to new buyers.

Autopark Honda leaves me impressed every time I take my Honda there! I bought my car from them and have used them for all of my preventative maintenance. I know that having a dealer repair your vehicle can be very costly but so far I’m glad that I take my car there every time the maintenance light is due for an oil change and the other scheduled maintenance codes that show on the dash. I’m at 75k on my 2015 CRV and the only actual repair it has needed was a new starter. Good car, good dealer.

I would definitely recommend shopping and getting service work done at this dealership. Great staff and service!The only thing I think they can work on is communication between service, sales and parts department.

While I figure part of the reason for this is people are not driving as much as before, I was able to get my oil changed and have new tires put on my car all in 1.5 hours. SUPERB! CJ is great as a service advisor and Id highly recommend him to anyone. Ive been dealing with these folks for over 15 years both on the sales side but mostly for service. Never been disappointed.

I brought my CRV in for an oil change and yearly NC inspection while I waited. The work was done on time with no problems but when I left, I found the radio station had been changed and I had to stop in the parking lot to reset my radio. Once I was on the road I found the AC was off. When I got it on it was putting out the coldest setting and maximum speed. Since I was on the highway I could not look at the AC controls while I was driving. It was 15 or 20 minutes before I was able to pull into a parking lot to reset everything that was changed. I expect all the controls to be left where I had them or at least inform me they have been changed and I need to reset them.

Exceptional - for all Honda auto needs! I have bought cars here and have had them serviced here, for 21 years. There were times I was expecting them to screw me, like other dealerships/mechanics, but instead they went above and beyond. They are amazing, helpful, and honest. I have friends that decided to move from Honda to other cars, then complain about how much they miss Autopark Honda and their mechanics. Dont be like them. Stay with Honda and Autopark Honda.

My brother purchased a gold 2014 Honda CR-V this past Friday. The sales guy R. Mathews was great during our process on Friday. Later that night, he noticed that the car started slipping into first gear. The next 2 days the same had happened. He decided to return the car today and thats when things took a turn for the worse. He decided that he didnt want the car anymore and wanted the down payment back but their policy stated that he can only do a one time exchange for other model only. We pressed a little for the cash back and the sales guy attitude was distasteful to say the least. They wanted my brother to let them check the car for possible repairs but at that time he didnt want the car period. So he went to pull a manager and of course they played good cop/ bad cop...The sales guy said that the car had been checked and inspected by a certified Honda mechanic. This deal was very shady and deceitful. Im sure other ppl had great experiences here but ours was horrible. We will never buy her again!! So if you come across this same vehicle, check the vin# 2HKRM4H50EH621204 and make sure they can provide you an invoice stating that the transmission was repaired...

Purchased a brand new 2020 Honda Accord in November and brought it in for its free service. After nearly a 2-hour wait, I find out that the oil change was free but not the tire rotation. When the lady asks “did you buy the tires here?” I said, “yeah, I bought them on the BRAND NEW Accord I purchased here.” Nope, doesn’t count. Now I’m the guy that always declines the air filters, because we can all go pick them up at any auto parts store for $15 and install ourselves. About the easiest thing to change on a car. But I let them do it. I should have asked the price, but I figured they are possibly the easiest thing to service on a car, can’t be much (not more than a tire rotation, right?). $38.88 TO CHANGE AN AIR CABIN FILTER! And another $21.40 for the intake filter. Maybe mention that next time DALE. YA ALREADY HAD IT OUT OF THE CAR ANYWAY. We service our Denali at John Hiester who includes tire rotation, doesn’t try and scam us on filters, and picks up the car and returns it to our workplace for free. How disappointing is Honda?

Worst customer service. They charge for inspection of an UNDER warranty vehicle, do NOT give ballpark estimate of how long a multi-point inspection would take, do NOT give a service advisor name, do NOT offer help with set up/configure help on vehicle UNDER warranty, basically you are on your OWN if you purchase a vehicle from here OR find a new dealership for servicing your Honda. I am forced to put 1 STAR otherwise it wont allow my post, I wish there was a negative STAR rate rating for such experiences.

The service department is a mess and rude. This is the 2nd time this place has left me wanting to pull my hair out. I called and made an appointment to have everything under the hood checked just to make sure everything was good and in working condition. I was extremely clear in what I wanted because I live 45 min away. They said they could do that. I arrived for my appointment and and I was told they didnt do that and if something was leaking Id know it. That they wouldnt look at it. Not the professionalism Id expect by a place that charges what they do. So now I have to find someplace that will take my money and look at my car.

Quick and reliable service!I had an issue with my cars infotainment system. Went to Honda at Southpoint first and they made it worse and tried to charge me $1400 for repair. First time came here, they suggested a radio unit replacement of $700 which I was already okay with, but it turned out that a fuse in my car went missing and they just put in a new one. Final cost was less than $200. The whole process was quick and with clear communication.

I took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for its regular maintenance. Pulled right in at my designated appointment time, service guy said my name and then referred me to one of the technicians. He handled paperwork promptly and left car overnight. It was ready by 9:30 the next morning, before the scheduled 12:00 pick up time.Love this dealership (I bought it there 10 yrs. ago)! Noticed some condensation building up on my passenger headlight. I called in advance regarding that & scheduled an appointment as soon as 1 hour. I explained the issue and almost immediately they brought my car to their service center to fix. They gave me a 2 hour wait time which is totally understandable due to walking in. I was also able to message them through text asking any questions I had as well. After 2 hours went by, they informed me they replaced the whole headlight assembly for FREE due to warranty (thank god). I checked out how well they did, listening for any loose plastic, etc. I really couldn’t be happier especially for my first time there. I called and was given a quote for $75 to trace parasitic draw for my Honda Odyssey 2007 EX. I already knew the problem came from Fuse 7 and left some documents in the car. I took my CRV in to see about an issue I was having with my tires. My service rep, Nick, was great! He contacted me as soon as they had done the inspection and gave me the information on the problems with my car. He was upfront with everything that needed to be done and he was great when it came to the cost of the repairs. He went above and beyond when it came to giving me a Price Break on the total repairs! I am here to say that I will pretty much be a Honda customer for life and I will be coming back again and again, not only because of Nick but because of the sales staff, especially Mark Yingling! I was very happy with my experience at Autopark Honda. I was greeted immediately and had only a short wait for the Service Advisor (a minute or so). They performed the requested service, but recommended other services ( I am at 100K miles, so some service is recommended) and I agreed to these other services - no pressure was applied to do so, or has been before when I did not opt to have additional services. They finished all the work promptly, called me when it was done and I was able to pick up my car within a few hours. There was a small glitch with the on-line scheduling - not the easiest to use - so if you dont get a confirming text or e-mail then probably call to confirm. Despite my appointment not being done 100% correctly by me, it was no problem and everyone did a great job!!

Autopark Honda has serviced my vehicles since I bought my first Odyssey in 2005. Service is always exceptional. The new communication including texted videos of the mulit-point inspection is an excellent addition to the service!

This place has horrible customer service. They failed to attend my needs and they almost charged me for a key fob they couldn’t reprogram. I would never recommend this place to Any of my family members or friends. After I got my money back they guys didn’t even speak to me I had to call a manager and tell him about his behavior. This is very inexcusable

Jay Smith is amazing!! When we first arrived to the dealership no one wanted to help us despite it being several sales reps on the floor just on their phone scrambling to find someone to push us off to. Jay was in the middle of a deal with another customer but sent us off on a test drive in a new 2021 touring 2.0 that we loved! We ended up buying it without financing just to sweeten the deal for Jay, we also will be going back to purchase another from him. Thank you for all your amazing help and great customer service.

I purchased my Civic in 2019 from this dealer and have had nothing but the best experiences up until yesterday. I will keep this as brief as possible. I had an 8am apt for a 3x repeated check engine issue and tire issue along with needing a new fob battery. I dropped my car off at 7:50am and let service know I will be back by 2:45 to pick up. I work downtown and although i was within the 15 miles they didn’t have a loaner and I arranged for transportation. Usually they’re really good about updates, and I wasn’t updated on my vehicle until 12:30 ( 4.5 hrs after my apt time) I was asked about tire replacement at 1. Although I responded timely, there wasn’t confirmation until 1:45 that they will change both tires. I get to dealership at 2:45 and was told my car would be a few more mins. Well, a few more mins turned into 2.5 hrs later ( to change 2 tires) as you can imagine I was beyond upset. I should’ve been priority since my car had an earlier apt but instead was told it’s because they were short staffed. I’m not saying that’s not the case, but that’s why I gave more than enough time to take care of this need. I spoke with Todd, but my time was not compensated. My time was wasted.I wasn’t given a clear time frame of expectations. I wasn’t given the opportunity to leave my car or stay at work or even make teaching my class ( that I also had to find an emergency sub for) including canceling a dr apt that I wanted 3 months to make. As you can imagine this to be one of the worst experiences and stressful things I’ve had to endure. I felt helpless and unheard. Not only that, paid for my tire. Nothing was given to me other than, I’m sorry thanks for being loyal. I also have a job that is client facing and I would never allow someone to feel that way I felt yesterday.

They were prompt and professional and gave me all the information I needed about my warranty and manufacturers service advisory covered repair. They truly went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. I ended up driving 20 minutes to this location instead of the Honda dealer on the same side of town as my house because that dealer left me very uncertain about what my repair might truly cost.

New dealership for me, just moved from out of state. Oil change went as it should, as someone made sure to help me as soon as I pulled in. Last time I was at my cars original dealership for servicing, I stood at my vehicle for almost 15 minutes before anyone even noticed me. Also, here they took me home and picked me back up - my other dealership didnt do that. I was also able to pay before I got back which allowed me to pick up my car really fast. I will say that my original dealership always gave a complimentary car wash with each servicing, even without asking, Autopark did not. Autoparks customer service & overall experience still beats my home dealership hands down, even with no car wash. So glad this is my new home dealership now! Stephanie rocks!

Every time I go for servicing at AutoPark Honda dealership I get exceptional service. At times, it appears that the time they take to service is long, I prefer to wait at the dealership with one of my favorite books and well., catch up on my reading good material!!The attention they give is whole-some for the vehicle and makes me feel more confident to be on the busy roads and highways.Kudos to the service team. My appointment was first thing in the morning. They had plenty of places to do some work while I waited. Nick was my service rep. The only con I would say is that clearly Honda is not taking the Covid issue as seriously as I would prefer. I dont think I saw any of their staff masked. And I would say about 30 to 40% of the guest were masked. I dont think that should impact the review score as I was impressed with the quickness and communication of the work being done and that is what I am rating.
