We came on an early Sunday morning and everything was neat and clean. The lady at the counter took our order, very patiently and politely. We got our bagels, matching the order. Bagels were pretty good and reasonably priced. I will come again.The only difference with a 🥯 place in New York? The staff is friendly and respects the customer.

Had a great bacon egg and cheese on a toasted garlic bagel and a toasted asiago with plain cream cheese total was $9 went great with a nice ice coffee really enjoy this location always friendly and fast service will continue to enjoy this place for the near future

This is absolutely the best bagel place I have been to. They always have fresh bagels and make fantastic breakfast sandwiches with them. I have been there enough at this point where I can just call them up and say my name, they already know my order.

Im from New Jersey originally. So I know a good bagel. I ordered it this morning and it was way better then other bagel places in the area. Happy to have found this place. Plus your supporting small business so Win Win...

We stopped by this morning to get some delicious bagels for breakfast. A man who claimed he had an online order walked in, skipped the line, approached the counter, and loudly demanded his order. The owner was very polite and told the man he has to wait in line. The man then began a tirade, while getting loud and threatening. The man claimed the owner was just talking to him like that “because he’s blank” and “he was the wrong one to talk to like that”. The owner kept his composure and again stated that the man had to wait in line, just line everyone else in the store. The owner handled it very well, despite the individual trying to claim race bias and cause a scene in the middle of the breakfast crowd. Some people are so disrespectful!! The owner should not have been subjected to such treatment from an obviously angry and confrontational man. That individual will probably go online and cry wolf that he was treated poorly, despite the fact that he tried to start a fight. The owners actions and demeanor were respectful and admirable, we will absolutely come back here to support such a good person!!

Love love love this place. So much so that while in NYC I snubbed the bagels I had; consistently comparing them to this place. I hopped off my flight from NYC and came straight here for a jalepeño BEC. Excellent value and always hot, fresh and delicious.

Good bagels, but the online ordering system is a joke.Ordered and prepaid online, but upon arrival was told that I had to wait in the line that was going out the door to be handed my bag behind the counter that I could almost reach myself. Absurd. It wouldve taken the same amount of time to just hand me my bag as to tell me the policy and send me to the back of the line.I order online to skip the line. Instead I had to wait in line for 25 minutes for someone to hand me a bag. They could easily set up a small self-service pickup shelf like most restaurants.Will not return unless this policy is changed.

Their bagels are pretty close to NY in my experience. Theyre normally pretty busy, but worth the wait.

I love it here in NC but I cant lie; I sometimes crave the sausage eggs and cheese sandwiches from back home on LI. Ive been here for almost 4 years now and this place hits the nail on the head. Whether its on a fresh Kaiser roll or a bagel, its always a positive experience. I appreciate this place and will always appreciate the nostalgia that I get with just one bite.

Good but horribly inefficient. Took over 30 minutes to get two bacon egg and cheese bagels and others with far larger orders were getting their orders filled before. They just randomly make people wait and make zero effort to speed things up.

Great bagels, Boars Head deli meats, but definitely best egg sandwich in town! I drive out of my way for NYC Bagels.

The bagels are delicious and I love getting egg sandwiches. I will certainly continue to order from them and I definitely want to try this nova lox sandwich with capers. Usually I just get egg sandwiches but I would like to try some bagels with cream cheese as well.I have a couple of negatives to add but wont take away any stars. The prices can be a bit steep especially with any add ons and the homefries are flavorless.Other than that I will be ordering from them again in the near future.

This little place in Harrison Pointe is a great little find for morning bagels or lunchtime sandwiches. Their bagels are good and really do remind me of the bagels Ive had in NY. Food is prepared pretty quickly, which is a plus. Their sandwiches are like sandwiches Id make at home, but better and much more convenient. The only thing negative Id say is that ordering is a little confusing. I think theyre still working on that though. I rounded up my 4.5 star review to a 5 since the food is the most important part of the overall rating :)

They are our Saturday morning bagel go to. Always good food at reasonable prices. No hype - just good hard working people delivering good bagels.

Driest egg and cheese bagel I ever purchased. White fish salad had an unwelcoming flavor and tasted like it could have been related to sardines after sharing dissatisfaction with the preparation of the menu items the owner proceeded to refuse to refund the amount paid for the items nor did the transaction include any type of customer service. Bagel was not even fully toasted. How do you specialize in bagels and not properly toast the dough.

I had the egg everything with scallion cream cheese. This maybe the best bagel I have ever had. (Coming from a New Yorker food enthusiast)Scallion cream cheese was perfect. Southerners should know that the potato salad is made like northern potato salad with mustard. It’s good but if you are expecting a traditional southern potato salad you may be thrown off.5 stars!!!

Extremely slow. A 30 minute wait is the norm for an egg sandwich. They take a lot of orders that they cannot fulfill. They say they have a small grill. Go elsewhere.

Brought my car to discount tires and was walking in the nearby shopping center and stumbled into NY Bagels! Delicious bagels and the coffee was freshly brewed and was classic ! Great customer service and am surely returning their for more Bagels! Strawberry cream cheese was so delicious 😋!! You have a new customer now! Promote local business!

Check bagels before leaving to ensure order is correct! There seems to be a language barrier. Today was the 3rd time my bagel order was made incorrect. First two times I shrugged it off and didnt say anything. Today, I finally said something and called back to explain my order was incorrect. Due to my schedule, I could not return so they said they will offer me free bagels next time I come.Not trying to deter anyone from going there but I highly suggest checking your bags before you leave.

First time visit this morning. I ordered a #4 and it was delicious. I normally always look forward to visiting New York to see my in laws just so I can get a breakfast sandwich. Now I can get one much closer to home and it was so delicious! Highly recommended!

Go to the Harris Teeter nearby for my weekly groceries and have started picking up bagels here the last few weeks to compliment. The bagels are always great, crispy outside, soft interior. I love multigrain-type breads, so the wheat everything bagel is amazing, especially with an egg and cheese on top in the morning before work! Im willing to pay more for such better quality and taste than the pre-made bagels at the grocery store.

A bagel shop in Harrison Pointe near the Harris Teeter, in the same section as Giggles daycare, billionaires barber shop and once upon a child. Finally a bagel shop on this side of town. They make real bagels, not bread rolls. Nice crispy crust, malty smell and delicious flavor. Small place with about 12 types of bagels and various cream chess. They also do eggs and other breakfast items.

Pastrami, egg, and cheese on a toasted everything bagel was everything I wanted it to be, and then some! Will be back to buy bakers dozens of bagels! Highly recommend this place for any bagel lover.

The bagels are really good here, I have been looking for decent bagels since moving to Cary 12 years ago! I would have given 5 stars about the bagels alone but I took two away because I feel that the male owner never seems friendly at all, and needs to be more customer service oriented. Another reviewer mentioned about expensive cream cheese they DO charge a bit too much to add cream cheese, etc. I asked for some butter for my bagel after the fact, because I had forgotten, and was told to pay .54 cents for it!!! I did, and was given a pat of margarine for that, not even real butter! I thought that was a bit chintzy of him; he could have made it complimentary. Their bagels may be good, but bad customer service will still turn customers off in the long run. Customer service gets one star, though the young man who is sometimes at the counter is nice and seems to be making an effort, but he has to do what the owner tells him.

I always get everything bagel with cream cheese and blue berry bagel with strawberry cream cheese delivered home. These two are my favorite.
