I spoke with Jon about my new company graphics I wanted added to my vehicle. Showed him my logo, hard to find font, and what I was looking for size wise. He took some measurements, notes, as well as a business card for reference. Within HOURS not only was my design ready for proof, approved, but it was also installed. Mind you it’s winter, so slow season, and it was 2 windows with a large graphic but I did not expect a turnover ready for install within hours of my order. I’ve been through magnetic signs and I won’t go back to them, especially after seeing the cost overall, even with pro install the price was awesome, the longevity of life the vinyl plastic has over a sign, and the simplicity of repair if the vinyl gets messed up. The sign was good - nothing complicated in the request, but the customer service was less than stellar. First they evidently forgot to do the job, after having had the order for weeks. Then saying they would have it the next day, I expected they would have put it to the top of their list, but that wasnt done & it wasnt complete until mid-afternoon. I fully expected, at very least, an apology when I picked it up, but none was given. Ill go elsewhere next time.
