Honestly, Ive gotten my last two mattresses from here - I knew I wanted Tempur Pedic, and Mattress Warehouse has them. The location does feel a bit old, but what do you expect from a mattress store?If youre like me and know what you want, its a quick stop because the sales people tend to know what theyre doing.

We had a rather long process of figuring out which mattress would be best, but through it Matt was super helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us as we tried to make up our minds. Having been to other mattress stores in the last couple years, we were both really glad for his assistance.

Kareem offered to check online to see if the mattress we chose was discounted further, and it was, therefore, we saved even more money! Best customer service by far! With so many mattresses to choose from I didnt know where to start. Mattress Warehouse was the only shop that actually worked with me to find a mattress that suited my needs. Kareem did an excellent job of finding a mattress that both suited my comfort and price range. Unfortunately, however, their delivery service dragged the mattress and box spring across my hard wood floors and stole $275 out of my dresser drawer =/

I went into this location recently after it was referred to me by a friend who got a mattress from there a while ago. Upon arrival I was greeted by Julian. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make sure I ended up with the perfect mattress to meet my needs. I will be telling everyone I know about my fantastic experience here and would recommend this place to ANYONE needing a mattress :)

Our experience at the store was good, we found the mattress (Kingsdown River Oak) we liked and went with an adjustable frame (Ease 2.0) as well. The problem is they dont stand behind the delivery. One of the delivery guys tried to lift the bed frame (extremely heavy, warning team lift is right on the box), up our stairs by himself. Dropped it on the hardwood and caused significant damage to several spots. The waiver says they will make every effort to deliver without damaging product or your home, and that objectively was not met. We tried working with Mattress Warehouse to find a reasonable solution, and they agreed that it was negligent, asked us to get 3 different estimates which we did and submitted. They sent those to the delivery company who then called us once to tell us the claim had been approved, but we could never get another response from. Multiple phone calls/emails, silence. The delivery company now appears to be out of business. Beware, your bed may cost you a lot of additional time, frustration and hassle. Order number 1689733.

I had inherited a mattress which was definitely not the right fit for me. I came in and explained the pain I was experiencing to Kay. She helped me do the bed match to find a great mattress! She gave me a great price and was very patient with me. I could clearly tell she was invested in making sure I was happy and taken care of. I experienced an issue with the mattress when it was delivered, it seems a forklift was used to transport it and broke part of a pallet, leaving a piece of wood in the side of my mattress. The replacement was easy. When I went in experiencing sagging in the mattress, Rory and Kay made sure to talk me through my mattress options under the warranty. (make sure you keep your receipt!! scan it or take a picture or stick it between the mattress and the box spring as Kay suggests) They expressed their concern and again helped me with getting the best mattress for me. I ended up getting the same mattress due to how easy the warranty process is. Cannot say enough great things about this store, thank you Kay and Rory!P.S. Mentioned the faulty mattress to show how easy the replacement process is, Kay and Rory assured me that warranty claims rarely happen with the mattress I bought, but it seems I got a lemon. You should be fine :)

Julian is AWESOME! Before purchasing at Mattress Warehouse in Cary, I’d visited multiple stores both alone and with others. During the process at Mattress Warehouse, I felt respected, understood, and valued as a customer. Julian was great at trying to understand what I wanted and working with me to find a mattress that was within my budget. He was patient as I even FaceTimed my mom in the store as I asked her questions as a first time mattress-buyer. Throughout the process, Julian really seemed to care about getting me the best mattress possible whether it was at his store or another one, instead of coming off as a “sleazy salesperson”. After comparing prices with other retailers, I’m confident that I got a great deal for a quality mattress and box spring. As a result, I LOVE my mattress. After the sale, I decided to switch out the box spring that I got with a shorter one (to accommodate my bed frame, there was nothing wrong with it). Julian was quick to help me out and switched them out free of charge! Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and my new mattress. 10/10 would recommend heading over to Julian at Mattress Warehouse in Cary. He’s awesome.

We financed our Tempur-Pedic mattress through them and they charged the card/credit line twice. The credit card company can’t fix it since it’s something Mattress Warehouse is holding so I have to call them. The generic customer service line goes to a voicemail and this specific location won’t pick up and doesn’t have a voicemail system set up- it just makes a fax like noise then hangs up on you.The issue was finally resolved after about 2 weeks of repeated calls. The finance company (Synchrony) is unfortunately no better and managed to mess up our automatic payments multiple times.The mattress is great, I just would suggest purchasing and financing elsewhere.
