Love this place for its variety of flavors and toppings. Gotta try the Taro Milk Tea with boba. You can change the sweetness and ice levels of your drinks, which I think is a great feature. The place can get pretty busy in the evenings, but their online ordering system is convenient and easy to use.

I enjoy the milk tea.The app for order ahead is great. Easy to use app. Once you arrive, from outside you can see if your order is ready. When its ready it is quick to pick up your order and be on your way.

The menu has so many options and the workers are very patient with ea customer, walking them through each step!! i was able to adjust the sugar and ice levels which isnt an option at a lot of places!! i recommend the honey milk gt with boba😁

This is the first time I had bubble tea at this location and I feel the bubbles were very low. Usually the bubbles are of good quantity at other locations

This has to be my favorite bubble tea shop in the Triangle. Kung Fu Tea has the best balance between milk to tea ratio (not too creamy and not too bitter). Furthermore, you still have plenty of flavor even skipping out on sugar. Did I mention the convenience of online ordering and paying via their app? Helps a ton when they’re slammed, I can park and dart in to grab my order without having to deal with a line.

Service: Customer service was adequate for a relatively busy day. There needs to be a reminder of patience for new customers, by staff. Sighing and walking away can be a bit rude as is also, staring at your cellphone when customers are ordering and then asking for them to repeat the order. 4/5.Quality: Fruit was good. Very sugary even though we asked for no additional sugar. 4/5.Price: Abysmal! $12 for 2 drinks? Ugh! The prices are so exaggerated they make me want to puke the Strawberry cream, Mango Jelly and Oreo Crumb drink I ordered! :)

My wife and I have come here three times since moving to the area. Each time the staff has been pleasant and respectful. They also have fantastic tea and we havent been disappointed once. I really appreciate that they are taking safety guidelines very seriously unlike some other establishments. When a person comes in there without a mask, they politely and firmly ask them to wear a mask or leave. They also politely inform customers when they are at capacity. Im looking forward to coming here often.

I keep coming back for the milk tea. One day Ill be brave enough to try a milk cap.

I adore this place and how well they customize my boba tea. They have everything I love and will give me 50% sweetness which is just perfect for me. I love the passion fruit drink and always get fruit jelly and boba. We need locations everywhere!

Great bubble tea in Cary! Im so excited to drink Kung Fu tea in my town. You can customize ice and sugar level from 0%, 30%, 50%, 80%, 100%, to 120%. There are so many choices to choose from with different flavors. May need multiple visits to try them all! :P

First time coming to Kung Fu Tea and I have to say this is the place to go to for boba tea. I got the strawberry lemonade with boba and it was fantastic.

Like your Starbucks, this is where I get my daily comfort drink fix. The Taro Slush is my Crush!

KFTs are everywhere up in that area... good to know that there is one here in the Triangle area:-)KFT is always a good place for mobile ordering and getting your Bubble Tea fix with the ability to customize everything to it if needed.I have ordered from this location multiple times and each time it was consistently good unlike some of the locations back home.This KFT is on my weekly rotation of bubble tea places.

I usually don’t buy from chains because the quality is usually not as good as locally owned...but I decided to try this place anyway and no regrets! I tried a milk tea, punch and slush so far & Loved them all. The employees were friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the milk cap that I added to my milk tea. It was a bit too salty.. It would be better if it tasted more like whip cream & less salt... But everything else was worth it. So many drink options.

My first time going here and I got the mango snow. Let me tell you that was the best drink Ive ever had in my life and the mango jellies at the bottom were amazing!!!

First and last time customer...... employees were extremely rude. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, okay tea but won’t be giving my service to employees who are rude to the customers.

This was nice for a chain bubble tea place. It was quick and basic nothing too special but the tea was good and hit the spot. The place could have been cleaner but it wasnt horrible.

Hands down the best boba around. The server (a young man with dyed hair) was super informative as it was my first time and took the time to explain all the drink options to me. Didnt quite catch his name but he deserves a raise for his politeness and attentiveness!

With the fear drama surrounding Covid-19, I understand why people are cautious and most even a little paranoid to be honest. I have been to this location many times since the mandatory mask mandate, I am always asked to put a mask on, when I inform the crew member that I am not able to wear one, they say ok and treat me like a normal customer... not today. I was asked to put a mask on, I cheerfully informed the young man behind the counter that I am not able to wear one, he looked at me and then the guy behind him and I then stated that medically, I am not able to wear one. He proceeded to take my order, and two other people walked up staring at me to the point I was uncomfortable. When I finished paying, the manager on duty tells me to go outside... not ask me, she says go wait outside and we will bring it to you. There are a couple other customers in the store so this is already embarrassing, and as I am heading outside she loudly calls another employee to come Lysol the glass and area that I was just at. I felt humiliated. Per coopers mandate, people with health exemptions are not required to wear a mask... and they are expected to be able to function in businesses the same as those who are masked. This was blatant discrimination. When the lady brought my drinks out to me she cracks the door just enough to shove my drinks through. I informed her that how she treated me was discrimination and that I would be contacting corporate. She never even apologized. Hopefully the owners or corporate are more sensitive to what took place tonight than that female manager was.

Favorite bubble tea shop!! They have lots of variety that cater to different preferences and everything tastes delicious. Their staff is always very friendly, helpful and hardworking. Definitely recommend visiting if you havent already!

Good stuff! The purple yam drink was a new experience and super tasty. Winter melon with herbal jelly is a classic and it didnt let me down.

The customer service at this place is horrible .I opened the door and hold it for few seconds for my family to get down from car and enter the shop may be for 10-15 secs the lady from the shop told me to close the door and pointed out AC is running .That’s a very poor attitude towards the customer .I will never visit this store again

The boba is alright and the drinks are ok. this place is not that good compare to other places.

We have tried several of the Milk Tea offerings in the area but always come back to Kung Fu. Just the flavor and the quick service are always right. We usually get the Original but sometimes try something new like the Wow Oreo. Price point is about same as other places. Its kind of a trendy thing now to go get the Milk Teas, but we enjoy it. They can be busy but are always fast without sacrificing quality.

The staff is super friendly, offer a variety of options and answer all the questions you have! They also enforce covid guidelines for everyone’s safety. Drinks don’t take long to come out and the taste is always good and consistent!

Ordered no ice, and I asked that I ordered no ice and they were trying to find excuse of only a little ice so they won’t do anything, and also later to know what I thought was bubbles liquid is actually chocolate powder.... and unless they use chocolate powder in bubbles I don’t know what to say...

Kung Fu teas has better than average milk tea good boba, and the only downside is the pricing could be better. Definitely better than however then your major chains like quickly. Worth visiting and even worth being a regular at.

Warning: Rosehip milk tea is *very* sweet!! I am usually a 30% sweetness person and decided to try it today, but it tasted like syrup to me! 5 stars to Kung Fu Tea though, because when I asked them about it they replaced my drink for free. ♥️ Thank you KF Tea! The honey oolong is my fave! 💕

One of the best boba shops in Cary! There are a lot of flavors to choose from, my favorties being the cocoa cream wow, taro slush, and thai tea. Their boba is great, and the staff is always friendly towards newcomers. I would reccomend KFT in Cary to anyone who is trying boba for the first time. :)

Our drinks were absolutely delicious but customer service could definitely use some improvement. I was not a pleased first time customer and they were not too friendly when I asked for an explanation of the menu. Cashier was very young and seemed confused about it all

If you want the best authentic chinese tea, this is the place you want to go to. They have a large menu, so your tea and be customized how ever you want. Its almost exactly like a Starbucks, but with great authentic Chinese drinks from black tea to fancy combinations that will melt your taste buds. Would recommend for anyone looking to branch out their taste buds or to just get a drink to quench your thirst.

Been here couple time. Their drinks are pretty good but I really like there tea, any kind of flavor. One thing I like about it is they put just enough ice, never too much, so the flavor is real strong and good...

I ordered a drink yesterday and was met with very rude customer service. The short, round worker was not friendly at all, and she had no patience for me as a new customer. They expect a customer to know everything about the possible menu options with sugar level and toppings. I was so offput that I can say this is the worst customer service experience I have had walking into a boba tea place. Its a shame, but I am never coming back. I would rather drive farther out to Milk Lab and give them my business instead.

The front door says they dont take cash due to covid. I have never been there before so I ask them what all they had. The staff didnt seem all that excited to help. I ask for there input on what they suggest so they pick out the regular black tea. I agree and go to pay so I pull out my phone and they say. Oh we dont take those kinds of payments. The only think they take is cards. Why not change your sign then? I forgot my wallet at work so I count get a tea. I go outside and on the glass it says you can order ahead. They could have just told me that and I could have paid through the app. The staff here isnt that helpful.

This is the best bubble tea chain I have been to in the entire triangle area! Nowhere else I have been to has remotely compared. This place screams authentic - down to the genuine quality of what goes into their teas, to the selection available (including a variety of topping choices) and the fact that they use a sealer for their drinks. I will absolutely be visiting again

Horrible customer service, it has gotten worse over time. The workers there are very rude after getting the drinks incorrect during the last few visits. Will no longer be a customer.

Ive been here 6 times, and 3 of my drinks were undrinkable. Twice, the tea was extremely overbrewed and bitter. Once, the drink had the tangy-sweet-sour flavor of rotten fruit. The other three times were great -- best bubble tea in town. But if theres a 50/50 shot Im going to have to throw out my drink instead of drink it, Im not going back.

Milk Green Tea with bubbles is my go to always great and high quality. The only small issue is it can get really busy so can take time to get your order. Id recommend going on the off times for optimal enjoyment.

Poor customer service given here. Also, employees were texting, cleaning, and making drinks following mine when my order was so called “ready” but sitting in the back waiting to be sealed and handed over. They let me stand there for a few minutes with my drink sitting in the back unattended and finally decided to walk back to bring my drink to the front pick up area. I’d rather go to milk lab and boba baba since their customer service is much better.

Do not shop at this place. The employees at this location do not care. They were out of all boba. Did an online order and waited 30 minutes for the tea. Meanwhile all the walkin people got their orders right away. I tried several times to get tea from this place and I’m done. Do yourself a favor and don’t even go here.
