Another Flawless job from Contract Carpet! We have done many things over the years, carpet, several floors, today was no exception! Great crew that worked VERY hard! Thanks to Melissa, John and the team!

We have used Contract Carpet several times over the 20 plus years weve lived in Cary and they have always provided us with great flooring products, service and pricing. We first had them install hardwood floors back in the late 90s. Since then they have installed carpeting in multiple locations for us over the years. We can always count on them to do a great job at a great price. We recently used them to replace wood laminate flooring with new vinyl plank flooring in our current home, as well as replace carpet in two bedrooms. Once again, we were blown away by the quality of service and work. The new floors look awesome and we got them at a great price! We also received quotes from 3 other flooring companies and Contract Carpet was the lowest for flooring and installation. John (the owner) quoted us 3 to 4 days to complete the job. But they were able to get it all done in a day and a half. John and his family have been running this business for years and know its always better to under promise and over deliver, with quality products and installation. If you need flooring and live in the triangle, give Contact Carpet a call. They have a small showroom in downtown Cary and huge warehouse on Hwy 401 in Fuquay. I have had them install carpet in 3 homes over the past 15 years. Their prices and quality of carpets and tile is much better than the big box stores. The have great customer service as well. I recommend them to anyone looking to get carpet or tile for a great price.

I have been doing business with John at Contract Carpets for 5+ years. Hes a down to earth businessman who provides great value for flooring needs. I used them at my personal home and have recommended them to clients who have all been pleased.

They were timely and reasonably priced compared to the rest of the competition.

Dont show up at 10 even though it says 10 am on here. Better yet dont show up at 10:30 when they say they open cause they still are not open, I guess it is hard to open a business on time. Let see what happens at 11 am!?If it wasnt for the customer wanting what they had here I would not be here.

I had an appointment with John today. He was a no show.

John was supposed to come out on Friday to give an estimate but was a no show. I contacted Melissa via email after my original appointment and have not heard from anyone to reschedule. I will not be doing business with them.
