Service sucks. I purchased a Motorola thinking they have gotten better since technology has evolved, NOPE if anything they are worse. My phone is always roaming or saying emergency calls only. Altogether I spent about 150 for phone and activation for a migraine.
I bought an iphone 8 plus from this store on July 29, 2021 and have been provided with misleading and dishonest information by the salesperson Victor M. Here is the story: I bought a phone for my brother who lives in Iran from this cricket store a year ago. When I brought the phone with me to Iran I found it locked by Cricket. I have spent hours during my vacation to get it unlocked but was never been able to do that because Cricket requires you to use the phone you bought for six months. This is something I have not been informed at the time of purchase. When salesperson wanted to activate the phone, I said that I want this to be unlocked and if we must put the newly bought SIM card in new phone. He said no, you dont have to. My wife was there and we asked twice and both times he said have paid it in full and you dont have to worry about this as long as you stay with cricket for 6 months. He said that we only want to know which phone is using our service. If he truly provided us with the right info, I would have put the SIM card in it for 6 months. This is because I have been provided with a better phone by my employer and I dont regularly use my own old phone. Now it is me, feeling so frustrated, had to take back the phone to the US and left with a ruined vacation. I want the cricket to feel sorry about this situation and pay for it.
Came here today to switch from boost mobile. Got a good deal on iPhone. The gentleman helping me was attentive professional and very knowledgeable . The process was easy and smooth. Even offer autopay . Glad I came to this location . Recommend for sure
I love this place. Great phone, great service, great prices. Unlimited everything plus 5g speed and think I15 g of wireless Hotspot for $60.
Well drive further from home to another store rather than dealing with them again.First time visiting, my phone wasnt working. I had three kids under 10 in tow that day and when I opened the door, the store manager ATM (Micheal) said were not open yet. It was raining so me and three kids had to go next door instead of him just welcoming us in and letting us know hed be with us in a moment since theyre not open yet. When we finally entered, he seemed eager to help but after looking at my dead phone, just insisted I buy a new one. He asked me if I was due for an upgrade or if I was still in warranty. I wasnt sure but he said he couldnt look that up. What? Now convinced, he didnt know how to do his job even with his name tag reading store manager, I offered a solution of him calling customer service to see if they could find out (since he couldnt). He said theyre not allowed to call from their store phone as it ties up their lines. Im sure the look on my face said it all. So he told me Id have to call. I asked him to give ideas for that since... my phone was dead! He had no solutions to give.He said I could try another store that had a repair center since they do not. I asked where the nearest one would be. He said Google it. Now Im completely convinced this guy just wants me out of here to get back to whatever game he was playing on his phone. I asked him to Google it for me since I have no way to. Reluctantly, he did.Second time dealing with him, we walked in and out after just his tone after he FINALLY greeted us after entering the store.Cricket... Want to know how you can do better? Hire competent employees with customer service experience.
I am finally leaving them for Visible a prepaid cellphone plan offered by Verizon.
Excellent customer service! The gentleman walked us through everything we needed to upgrade my daughters phone, move all of our data and insurance. The store is clean and well stocked.
When I returned my device to them on a weekend, I thought it would take 10 minutes since the store was empty! No way Jose, it took them 1½ hours do do a 10 minute job. The employees were nice to me, but their system to help a customer was terrible!!Never going there again, only if I have a life or death urgency to go. Im glad Im outa there!!
On august 27, loos the manager as thats the name she gave me at 1030am was very rude. She gaven me middle price on the phone then went to ring me up and wanted to charge me full price, wouldnt letm customer service from their phone and did not want to talk to customer service from another line. This lady should not be in customer service at all I suggest the owners find better employees.dont bother coming here unless you wanted to be treated disrespectful customer of cricket.
The assistant manager Sintia was wonderfully helpful and was able to address and resolve the issue I was having with my SIM card. I would definitely recommend this Cricket store.
After having another store call to confirm stock, I drove over from Glenwood. When I walked into the store the woman did not greet me in fact she was busy with her personal phone call. She was clearly agitated when I actually wanted service. After returning from the back I noticed the box was not wrapped. She then proceeds to tell me they are out of stock and she can’t sell me the phone she has just opened.Over all experience was terrible. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit with Cricket. I will never step foot in that store again.
4 people that work there and not one knows how to do their job . Shut this store down. Terrible customer service worst ive ever experienced
Stay away from here!
Ignacio was really helpful with diagnosing my LG3 Stylo storage hiccup - excellent service.
Way back in December of 2014 I needed a phone. To be specific, December 23rd. My Samsung Galaxy screen was completely messed up (the LED is broken) and I needed a phone pretty bad because I knew Id be doing some traveling. I was browsing through, speaking to the sales consultant in the store (a Caucasian woman about the age of 20, maybe 53, thin was complaining of being cold) and I told her I didnt want to spend an exorbitant amount for a phone. She informed me that I could get the Motorola Moto G and receive a $75 rebate. She proceeded to ask her co worker if the migrated phones (I said I didnt want to change my number) were included in the rebate (another young woman, possibly Hispanic about 54) and of course she chimed in with a resounding yes. I filled out the necessary paperwork, mailed it off and waited.Yesterday, I got in the mail a piece of paper saying that my rebate was DECLINED on the premise it was a MIGRATED account. Theres no way in hell I wouldve paid for that phone had I known my rebate would have been declined. Clearly you all are not all trained the same way and dont put customer service first. Verizon is no longer looking as bad as I used to hate them...Dont worry guys, I will be in to speak with you all and I will seek legal action for every penny I had to spend that day down to the gas to get to you all if you dont do something about it....
Not helpful at all once ATT bought them. Cell service has degraded and now they blame the Verizon/Samsung/non-Cricket phone for everything. How did it work fine at the start of service and now has no data capability? Cant redial? Useless service help - they just blame the phone.
I dont think they try to be helpful, its a shame too because the one I went to that closed down in Morrisville always went out of their way to make sure your satisfied.
I feel like you have to have priors to work there
I received solid customer service from Kamal and left with my phone fixed (and a plan for my next upgrade). Very pleased.
