This is one of my favorite coffee shop. They have great pastries and various options for drinks! Coffee taste so good all the time. They only have outside seating. Their dessert is also amazing! Cashier was super friendly.

Delicious, fresh, hot coffee and a huge variety of pastries! We stopped here and were so impressed with the menu. They have bubble tea, lattes, coffee, cinnamon rolls, filled buns, pastries, etc. My son got a chocolate chip cream filled bun and it was heavenly! I ordered plain black coffee and it was smooth and delicious. My hubby ordered a latte and it was flavorful and just the right temperature! Highly recommend!

One of the best coffee places so far. They have quality beans and they roast them after you order. It feels so good to have the fresh one. After I got introduced to this place, I stopped having other coffees. I brew my morning coffee from the coffee powder I bought from them. Also, I love their bakery stuff especially Red bean buns. They are all fresh. You can find varieties if you do a morning visit. You will have 1-2 options to choose in the evening. My go to favorite coffee here is Nutty Irishman ☕️ and Mocha Nut 🌰 Their macaroons are good too. I wouldn’t say they are the best but can try.

It is so refreshing to visit a shop that cares about their product. I’ve been on a quest for awesome espresso for several years and they’ve nailed it.

I rarely leave reviews but this place went above and beyond for me. I’m chronically ill and can’t have any caffeine, but have wanted a pumpkin spice latte for years now. Yesterday my husband went in to get coffee for himself and asked the women working the counter if it’s possible to make me something pumpkin spice with no caffeine. He came back to the car with the most wonderful light and airy pumpkin spice milkshake, it tasted just like pumpkin pie! He told me they said to each other “we have to figure out how to do this for her!” Thank you so much for giving me a special experience yesterday, you have no idea how grateful I am.

Drinks tastes good but overrated & overpriced. They charge me extra for price of Bubble Tea even after telling me they don’t have Boba :|They got no place to sit neither inside & few spots outside.Recommendation: Go somewhere else like fount or any other much better spots

Can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely the best coffee shop in the area by far. Excellent flavored lattes and you can’t beat the baked goods. I do recommend coming early as they do sell out later in the day. Haven’t tried a baked good that we didn’t love!!

This place has been here as long as I can remember, and they always have great coffee, delicious pastries, and excellent service. Everyone here is very friendly and I have enjoyed studying here (before pandemic of course).

I called ahead and ordered macarons for a birthday. Some of them were for a cake topper. The morning of the day to pick them up I received a call saying they were ready. They were set aside with my name on them. When I arrived they weren’t set aside. The ones I specifically ordered for the cake weren’t set aside. Luckily there were three in the display (not the amount I requested) that I was able to buy. Very unorganized and didn’t offer to do anything to make up for it. If you need something for a special occasion I would go elsewhere.

Yum!! Good things to eat and GREAT coffee. They actually roast it in-house. You can buy it coffee and bulk and also the usual coffee house to go stuff. Definitely one of the best coffee places around

Mocha Frappe - you cant beat it. The best frappe ever.

Coffee was okay. Was excited about the bakery, but not much was in the cases, unlike all of the pictures. I tried a chocolate cream cheese turtle bread thing in a bag and it was good. Didn’t feel like a bakery. Wanted to work remote but there was no indoor seating and no notice on website. Only about 6 two seat tables were available outside and were packed. No outlets either. People hung around waiting to get a seat. The reviews were great, but the experience was mediocre. Will not go out of my way to try again.

On their website looks delicious, the reality is totally different. There were not pastries looks empty, and just a few dirty tables outside.I left without ordering anything. Even the staff looks on a bad mood.

First review of this location so this may change. Initial thoughts are that it’s a quality coffee shop. I ordered a small latte and the froth was really well defined with a good quantity of milk the way I expect a latte to have. The menu is very solid and the bakery provides a very nice selection of pastries and confections. I have not tried a bakery product (yet). The shop is. Little out of the way behind the H-Mart and not visible from the road. On a busy day I could see parking as an issue, but was not during my visit.Given the lack of quality coffee shops and the proliferation of Starbucks this is a very good and arguably superior alternative to the chain shops.

Very good coffee and atmosphere. The cappuccino I ordered had the right temperature and a perfect foam and my wifes mocha was also spot on with the temperature and an amazing flavor. Im not going 5 stars because it seemed that the beans used for our coffee were roasted more like for americano rather than espresso, which would have given an even more tasteful note to our drinks. Either way, this is the best coffee shop in town by far (at least that I know of) and I highly recommend it.

Had a nice time visiting a new coffee shop today. The staff is so friendly. I ordered regular hot coffee from Australia and a Crema Bomb. Really good.

Lovely shop with delicious coffee and pastries!I always look for local rostaries when Im in a new city and Crema did not disappoint.I had a double macchiato and a red bean bun. The espresso is delicious and chocolatey and the pastry was fresh and delicious as well.Staff was very friendly and helpful and the shop was welcoming and warm. Definitely recommend!

Great coffee but still no inside seating available. This forces everyone to sit outside at the few tables for customers.

Terrific coffee and wonderful pastries! I was very happy with both the quality and price of my coffee; you can even see them roasting the beans right in the store. The only downside to the experience is that it is a small space and EVERY table is taken by gig workers and their laptops.

I’m not sure which is better, the coffee or the pastries. Best if you come out and try both!

Man Im loving their espresso roast beans so far, been picking them up along with a latte almost every weekend since Ive moved down into the nearby SouthPoint Durham area! Excited to sit and enjoy a coffee later this year after hopefully Corona virus has stuffed off and things are more loosey goosey.

I stopped into this charming little spot for a much-needed morning coffee after a sleepless night in Portland. I brought my laptop along, too, and enjoyed their bright, cheerful space while I sipped a vanilla latte and nommed on a phenomenal mushroom/manchego breakfast pastry. The latte was so creamy I had to confirm theyd remembered to use almond milk (they had)! And the pastry was the perfect, savory start to my day. I had my laptop along, too, and got a little work done while enjoying my brekky and watching the people (and dogs) of Portland go by. I was there pretty early on a Sunday morning, and by the time I left there was a long line out the door - I was happy to see this cute little spot is popular with the neighbors!

Got a Mango Bubble tea...👎👎It was terrible. It tasted NOTHING like mango, it had absolutely NO mango flavor...NONE!!...haha All I tasted was sugar & milk & the tapioca pearls at the bottom were under cooked & gritty in the center. However the staff was polite & friendly. Thnx.

Since moving back to the area almost two years ago, Id been hunting for a good local coffee shop and Crema is by far and away the best. Their coffee is excellent, in terms of flavor, variety, and price, and the baked goods are phenomenal. Absolutely a go-to spot.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the area. Always get the frozen chai tea latte because its basically a chai tea milkshake and will change your life. Havent had any of the bakery goods yet but can easily say they look delicious! Top tier staff who is always courteous, kind, professional and makes the best drinks.

Can’t recommend this coffee shop enough. The roast their own beans and really understand and appreciate the process. I’ve only had to ask them once to remake a drink and they were very accommodating.

Good coffee but not great customer service, very pretentious attitude when it comes to the way you order, even heard them talking about it behind the counter while I was standing right there in front of them. I managed in a coffee shop for MANY years, you dont make customers feel that way.

I drove around Cary for 2 hours, seemingly aimless, seeking a quiet (NOT A STARBUCKS) coffee shop. I Love Caribou Coffee. To no available parking Carys Caribou broke my heart.....AND then this happy cute voice answers my desperate call..... Crema Bakery and Espresso Bar is freaking walking distance from my home!!!! Ok so almost the feel of a Caribou Coffee and absolutely nothing like a Starbucks.💙💙💙💙 Im giving 4 hearts for could love this place, however it could be more cushy. Because the Batistas were awesome and inviting Im giving them 💜💜💜💜💜 hearts for making the effort to be inviting hosts and prompt response to the phone and the clientele.So I will definitely be back and Im giving them total of 4.5 stars.... Next trip Ill try the baked goods....not that it takes much to taste better than Starbucks but their coffee and their chai was definitely way better than Starbucks and on par with the better flavor and atmosphere of Caribou Coffee.

Good customer service, but not good coffee beans to-go. Bought a half pound of espresso for about $10 and it tastes very burnt. Terrible flavor compared to other local roasters like Cocoa Cinnamon or Joe Van Goghs, but also poor flavor compared to pre-packaged Lavazza, which I would consider lower tier. Maybe Ill try to make cold brew out of it.

When i discovered Crema Coffee I instantly fell in Love with their delicious Chai Tea Latte. Never had a better one!!!! Their bakery items are super delicious and cute lolAlso had a little issue with a recently purchased giftcard and their costumer service to address this is outstanding!!!!!!!!I love coming here (Cary location) and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious baked goods and coffee!!Super friendly staff and owners!!THANK YOU!!

This coffee shop has the best coffee by far. And you arebdoing the right thing, supporting small-business. I think this has been a small locally-owned treasure for at least 10 plus years. On top of that, they have lots of outdoor seating, so its a good meet-up spot, even during covid (mask up!).

Ive been here 3 times and each time I bring someone because its a great place to experience. The one girl who is always at the counter is super friendly and bubbly. I always get great drinks and yummy snacks here. Its so much better than Starbucks and more private. The atmosphere is quaint. I love that the whole place has wood floors and ALWAYS smells of coffee beans roasting. All you need is a book or a laptop and youll be right at home!

One of the few coffee shops in Cary that survives the usual turnover thanks to excellent coffee and fair amount of seating for patrons. Outside tables available as well which are shaded.

Hours need to be updated online. It says it’s open until 6 but it’s closed and the door states the time it closes is 6. Please adjust the online hours :/ I was really hoping on trying your coffee/yummy snacks:( we live really far away so coming back another day will not be feasible.

The staff was really nice. They have these sweet bread turtles that have cream in the center, you must try one! The setting is relaxing as well.

Such a cool spot to treat yourself! The people are so friendly and helpful. Drink choices were really great, and they were very accommodating. It is really cool that they make their own espresso and have beans from all sorts of different countries for sale. The atmosphere is just amazing wish I could’ve done homework here while I was in school. 10/10 would recommend!!

Crema coffee is a fantastic neighborhood coffee house.Their cakes are really good.

My favourite cafe in Cary :)They offer a variety of treats that are great for the whole family. They also have many different coffee flavours, and a variety of teas to experiment with. Its fun to see the Dutch cold brew coffee in the cooler with some of the baked goods, and its also fun to learn about how theyre coffee beans are grinded.

Amazing lattes. They offer all sorts of flavored lattes as well as classics. Great selection of cakes and buns and sweets and the like. They have beans to buy as well. Favorite latte: Nutty Irishman.

This coffee place is a breath of fresh air. Its not stifling like Starbucks. Ive been here a handful of times, always order something different and am never disappointed. The food/snacks are not heavy, the bubble tea is really fresh and the coffee is perfect. Seating is a little.... cozy, but the smell from the roaster makes up for it!

My usual coffee place. Unfortunately I have witnessed they kind of sliding. Staff and service is better than visitors, it seem they are loosing their traditional customers. The bathrooms are often not very clean and have problems occasionally. I hope they turn around, I like this shop and been going for over 4 years

Upgrading my review from 4 to 5 stars. And this because of their pastries(namely the red bean bun) and their coffee. Coffee art that the barista painstakingly do are so much pleasing to the eye: I am starting to like a whole lot more. Hoping to try different coffee and pastries next time.Their breads are so soft that u could have a root canal done and then have their bread. The bread just melts.Waiting to try more of their other flavors of coffee.

Went here to get my Birthday Cake....... a mini one of strawberry and cream! Delicious, perfect size and super cute! Also, a tarp bubble tea! Whoever is reading this, you just have to go to taste it for yourself. I recommend this place

This is definitely one of my favorite places for coffee in Cary! On a regular basis! The peanut butter cup and nutty Irishman are just a few coffees on rotation. The coffee is delicious! Love this place!

This is my favorite coffee shop! They roast their own beans and change up the coffee flavors everyday. We also buy beans for making coffee at home. The owners are friendly and everything we have tried has been delicious!

Really good coffee -- better than Starbucks. Friendly staff also. Im grateful for a local alternative to coffee chains. Crema has a low key, rustic atmosphere. The music is low, so its easy to have a conversation with the person across from you. A few outdoor tables are available. They also have a few sugar free syrups available.

Good spirited . First time here. Mostly concentrates on drinks and then doughy desserts. Nice location and ambience. No cushioned seating. Some outside sitting space also. The bathroom was clean with soft toilet paper but no hooks to hang a bag or coat for a lady. Please provide that basic necessity. Thank you. I will update my stars.

Autumn not only got my beverage order with great customer service, she helped me with the local area in a very time sensitive situation. I had to leave and come back for my drink and they were so amazing. Way to go above and beyond guys.

Nice little coffee shop. Had a breakfast meeting there this morning.... Ordered at caramel macchiato. There drink was delicious and service was prompt and friendly.

This place has very affordable coffee and a great selection. The only downside is most of their food contains milk/cheese And the coffee roaster in the lobby can get very hot and loud. But we would still come again!
