After reading most of these reviews i find it funny how many of you expect 5star service. Its a 7/11Ive been to A LOT of 7/11 and this ones pretty decent. Wont lie there is that ONE EMPLOYEE but i doubt its the same one you all are thinking of.

This place is terrible, I have been here many times and have never had nice service. Specifically, I went with my friend to get food and I was there for a half an hour trying to tell this guy that me and my friend were paying separately. Also, I asked for just a cheeseburger and he put some disgusting sauce on it. He also made me pay more than I was supposed to and also when I tried to call back the guy who served us just said, “Ummmm it’s fine(hangs up).” This is horrible especially because it is a place that I should be able to go to often and have no difficulties with, yet the people at the counter make my experiences unacceptable. Fix it immediately!
One would think that 7-11 chains hace uniformity but no. I have never experienced such rude staff/owners and Im certain that this counts as misrepresentation of the brand. Customer service expectations should be a requirement for anyone deciding to purchase a franchise. Know that Im not one to easily give 1 star or go on a rant, but something must be done about this place.
Prices are jacked up as any convenience store is. The employees are kind enough but very hard to understand sometimes.
Staff are rude.
