They really care about taking care of your printing needs and are focused on getting your products done effectively and efficiently. Just had some shirts embroidered there. They did an excellent job. The service was outstanding. It was a small order, only three shirts, but I was treated as if it were 300 shirts. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Spectrum Screen Printing was phenomenal! I called them at 8:30 am on Feb. 1st from SC with a request for three t-shirts. The team worked with me from SC until I arrived in NC. A picture was submitted and the order began. Once I arrived in NC, my proof was ready for approval, and all three shirts were complete within one hour-beautiful work! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and down right personable. Spectrum Screen Printing has earned my trust. And, I without a doubt would highly recommend them to the locals in Cary and surrounding areas. If I trusted them from afar, you should trust them from around the corner! GREAT service Guys!!!! I have been a customer for nine years. I placed an order on August 1st, 2013 for four jackets, four beanies, and four baseball caps with my company logo screen printed. I was told they would be ready for pickup in two weeks. I asked for a proof BEFORE they were printed . To make a long story short, I never got an email, only one return call from Harry to let me know he forgot to order the jackets, that they would be in a few days. A week passed. I called again and was told the order was ready 3 days ago, Again, no call or email. Harry had the wrong email and never bothered to call to get the correct email. I received it today after 46 days. It was only going to take 14.... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO Discount offered for the trouble. I will buy elsewhere next time.. . .

Have had them complete 2 TShirt printing jobs, one pretty specialized. But were completed in a timely and quality fashion. Customer service and communication are excellent. Only downside is they dont do digital printing so there is a limit to number of colors.
