I have always received excellent customer service from this location. The employees were friendly and I felt like I was shopping for jewelry with friends instead of being assisted in a store by retail associates. Im sad that this location is closing.
I felt bad coming in 30 minutes before they closed...but Ella was so pleasant and nice. She let me know right away that she was in no rush and would be happy to help me figure out what I needed. Based off my vague idea she gave great options and, most importantly, when I told her my price range- remained enthusiastic and helped me find the perfect necklace. Really enjoyed the experience and would definite recommend this location to anyone. Such a nice, genuine sales person.
I came in after going to the Knightdale Kay’s and the Holly Springs Kay’s to have my ring sent off for a stone replacement. The assistant manager Dana was very helpful, she saw the damages i had received on my ring and helped fix my jewelry box in making sure all my items were listed correctly. She was very personable and said if my ring came back damaged again, then it would be replaced. I’m going to continue to bring my jewelry here.
So i brought my watch in for my 3 year refurbishment and it has been almost 3 months now it was promised on 9/22/2017! It was ready so i went today and it looked brand new in the store but when i got outside it looked horriable! My watch went in looking better then it came out. So i walked back in and now i have to wait to talk to the manager tomorrow and still wait longer on my watch. Will follow up
I love this location. Every time I walk through the door I get smiles and fast service. Previously went to a different location and was treated very poorly and was misinformed. I told Ashley and Tiffany about my situation and they were blown away. They were friendly and treated me like I mattered. I continue til to buy all my jewelry from Ashley. She’s amazing. I’ve had bad luck with their chains but every time one of them breaks I don’t even worry anymore I know ashley will get it taken care of weather she can there and then or I wait a couple days I get it back good as new. ALWAYS get the INSURANCE PLAN with the chains. Rings, ear rings, braclets, etc. are perfect I love my jewelry!!! I have beautiful jewelry thanks to Kay jewelers.
Have not felt so taken advantage of in years. The representative lied to me, gauged me on price and even had us open an unneeded credit line in order to get us under the $2,000 price line. All this for a ring that sold on their website for $999. SAME RING.
Worst experience I ever had doing business bought my wife a necklace for her birthday she wore it one time it broke returned it they wouldnt fix it or exchange this was after I was told they have a 30 day return policy
While looking up the phone number for Kays Jewelers in Cary online I read the reviews posted and was so shocked I felt I needed to add my experience in this store with not only Jen, our sales person, but the manager Billy Jean as well. They couldnt have been nicer to my fiancé and I if they tried. They were both so sweet, helpful and made our transaction as smooth as possible. Will definitely be back for any further purchases and have recommended to friends and family.
We went in for a simple ring inspection and had fantastic customer service from a gentleman named Matthew. He was super polite and professional.
These crooks charged me 17 dollars to get 1 link taken out of my watch. Do not shop here, way overpriced.

Mathew of store #1459 was amazing (Cary)!!! I had a terrible and rude encounter at a Kay’s Jewlery store and game to this one for additional assistance. From the moment I stepped in Mathew was professional, clean, VERY FRIENDLY, and willing to assist me. My husband’s wedding band was greatly scratched by the three store and my Sofia Vergara necklace was dulled by the previous store. Mathew and the store manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. My husband is active duty military and we are stationed in Japan. I was in town for a family visit and managed to get everything resolved, only THANKS to Mathew and his team! I am very grateful to have had chosen this store and have Mathew and his team attend my needs. I will continue to come to this store. Please give KUDOS TO MATHEW and his team!
The manager here (Billy Jean) is terrible. Shes the rudest, nastiest person Ive ever dealt with. She has no customer service and attempts to put you down and treat you poorly the entire time your in the store. This store also has a bunch of unprofessional kids and trailer park strippers working there that dress in casual clothes and look like they should be working at Charlotte Ruse or Jimmy Jazz. Do not go there! It is the worst jewelry store in the whole mall!
To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I have been with Kay for 10 years now and I have never once had a problem until today. I had to have a ring fixed (and bought a new one while I dropped this one off) and when I went to pick it up they said that there was a $20 fee for the shipping, which I had stated that I was not aware of that. The manager, Billie Jean, came over and told me that she was sorry but I was wrong because shes the one who had told me about this (and shes the one that sold me my new ring, that I had bought that same day). I explained that I must have forgotten in which she rolled her eyes and basically told me that it was not her problem. I was completely stunned. I love Kay, I have always loved the service that I receive and I love the selection. But to have a manager in there representing Kay in this manner was nothing short than disgusting. I am returning the ring in which I had bought because there is no way she will receive a dime off of me.
Great team & even better service, i recommend cary kays for all your jewelery, repairs, clean & inspections and also for any customs.

Terrible customer service. I had bought my husband a Citizen watch for Christmas from Kays online website, but it was a little too big. He stopped into Kays today to have them take some links out of his watch (its a free service). From the moment he walked in, the manager was unfriendly with him, and she refused to adjust his watch because he didnt have a receipt. She FINALLY--after he balked at her demand that he pay $5 for the adjustment-- looked up my order, and eventually adjusted his watch for free. A simple procedure took between 15-20 minutes, because the manager was so difficult to deal with.Also, during this encounter, another female employee who was in NO way involved in the situation, called out to him from across the room and stated that he cant have the watch adjusted without a receipt. When my husband refused to engage with her-- she was, after all, not a part of the situation-- she sarcastically remarked, Oh, I see, youre ignoring me. Ive never heard of such.We will NEVER patronize Kays again.

I did a ton a research when looking at engagement rings, I just couldnt find the right one, until I stopped over at Kay Jewelers, at the Cary Towne Center Mall, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Tegra Dodge, I cant say enough of the knowledge and help see provided. service was excellent and I would highly recommend speaking with her if you are in the market for any jewelry. The ring we picked was a Leo diamond and I must say the soon to be wife absolutely loves it. Great job kay and thank again Tegra.
The manager at this store in Cary (Billy Jean) was one of the rudest, nastiest salesperson I have met in a long time. For her to be the manager makes the situation even worse.I went with my fiancé to Kays in Cary, NC after buying the rings online to get them re-sized. I assumed this would be a quick in and out visit so I could enjoy a rare date night with fiancé but it turned into a 2 hour nightmare.I thought I had purchased warranties on both of our wedding bands but found out from (Billy Jean) that I had actually only purchased one warranty online for the rings. At that point I decided I didnt want to purchase another warranty and that I would pay cash to get both rings sized. I also decided that I wanted to cancel the one warranty that I did purchase.Well, at that point, the manager (Billy Jean) proceeds to berate me and my fiancé. She told us that we were Crazy and that we are going to be losing hundreds of dollars in the future. I tried to calmly explain to her that I was an adult and I could make my own decisions and this is what we have both decided but she didnt want to hear it. She continue to berate us for the next few minutes.When I asked her to refund the one warranty I purchased online she refused to do it. She claimed she didnt know how and told me I would have to contact Kays online to do it. I knew this wasnt true because the only way you can get a refund is to go into a Kays store.So for the next hour I sat outside the mall in the car with my fiancé while the online Kays sales person called the Cary store to plead with the manager (Billy Jean) to refund our money.The online sales person, John, apologized profusely for her behavior. He stated that he was even shocked at how she was not only rude to us but to him as well as he tried to get this problem fixed for us.Bottom line, this manager, Billy Jean, should never be allowed to work with customers much less be put in a management position.I will never shop in this Cary Kays again unless she no longer works there.

This is the worst Kays around. I bought a ring with a warranty and a stone fell out. Kays said it wasnt covered and said it would be over $100 to repair when the ring only cost $125. I got it repaired for $10 from another jeweler. Do yourself a favor and dont go here
I just walked out of the Cary location after waiting forever to be helped. When it was finally my turn the sales associate chose to help a customer that came in after me. I assume they felt I could wait some more since I only wanted my diamond cleaned and was not buying anything. Awful customer service!
