Big grocery store. Fantastic selection. I have been looking everywhere for whole green chilis in the can for close to a year. They had it. So happy we stopped.

Busy place and smaller than most Jewel stores. Decent inventory, but head to the one in Fox River Grove or Crystal Lake if you want more selection.

My first visit to the Cary Jewel-Osco was today and it was a very good experience. My cashier was a woman named Marilyn, who was pleasant and professional. Definitely going back!

This location has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The managers and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Some of my items didn’t ring up the correct price and the managers were able to help me and were super nice about it.

Its jewel. They have pretty much whatever you need, its clean, the employees are friendly enough, theyre pretty good about not leaving expired food on the shelves, fair prices.

For the 2nd time in 1 month i bought flowers at jewell and as soon as I place them on a vase they look old and dry. They sell 3 packs of 3 brunches each for $12.99 and they are already dead .

Jewel bake shop in Cary, il really needs to step up their game. I purchased a First Communion cake for my grandson. The yellow cake was dry, the whip cream was very stiff and dry. There were no flowers or any decorations, just first communion on top plus his name. I was extremely disappointed and will never purchase a cake from them again. Oh and this was an ordered cake.

Doesnt seem as clean as the store in crystal lake. Maybe its yellow lighting and the older appearance? Not sure, but the store was very crowded, and did not have very many checkouts staffed either.

Jewel-Osco is one of the better grocery stores. Its amazing to its customers and has good products as well as products that are hard to find or just absent in other grocery stores and at a cheap price. However, I am only giving 4 stars because the company has recently been very anti-union.

Went thru self check out with my family and manager came out and asked employee overseeing area if he was purposely watching us, like if we were being suspected of stealing. Would not recommend this store.

The “Drive Up and Go” team has performed very poorly for my family several times in a row. We consistently have orders not ready on time and have had items missing twice in a row. On this last order, the pickers put a package of rotten meat in our order.I will no longer be shopping at this store, or any other Jewel based on this.

Very clean & efficient place. Needed 1 more Carmel corn package & the associate went & grabbed another for me. Very awesome. Didnt have to get out of line. Cary Illinois location is great. Will shop again.

Busier than the FRG location and because of it the store isnt as clean or friendly. Thats not to say it isnt both those things, just not as much.Otherwise Id say they have a slightly wider assortment of products which is great.No issues and Im happy to stop in when Im passing by.

I would just like to say Jason in the deli is unbelievable hes always smiling and always so helpful, I have special orders all the time and hes always spot on..Your company is soooo lucky to have him as part of your team, I could shop at the fox river location but I dont because of him and also the other members of your team..but he really is a STAND OUT. I love that jewel-osco has specialty items that other nearby stores dont have. Its a great place to pop in if you need something specific for a recipe. Our family also loves the chicken wings here for quick and easy catering. This is one of the stores that I go to if I want quality items. On the other hand, this is not our everyday grocery shopping place because we tend to prefer more budget friendly options. If you coupon or watch their sales though it could be budget friendly.

Used to do all my shopping at this store but currently because of high prices, lack of self checkout, and sometimes rude employees I shop mainly elsewhere. Since our family consumes multiple boxes of cereal per week we purchase cereal at Wal-Mart or Menards as their price point is 1.00 less. per box than this Jewel. That is just one example of the pricing deferential. There are are many others.

One of the most important part of any neighborhood, jewel osco safeway albertsons outlets provide necessity and they try very hard to akways please. In as much as there is always err everywhere, i give jewel osco a perfect 100. Tgeir employees not only on cary or crystal lake or for that fact every store are always at 100% always kind and courteous, always top. Thank you for your exemplary hard work.

My mom went to the seafood deli area to get shrimp but the person measuring the shrimp was EXTREMELY rude. He refused to give my mom the amount she needed and was telling her to buy the package frozen shrimp instead of the fresh shrimp. My mom told the guy nicely that she wanted the fresh not the frozen. But the guy said my mom can only get 1 pound of the fresh shrimp and if she wanted more than 1 pound that she has to get the packaged ones instead. In his words “ it’s the same thing so why don’t you get that instead” In all my years shopping at jewel this was a terrible shopping trip for me and my mom.

My favorite grocery store.

Its a typical neighborhood Jewel. Not the biggest, but not the smallest; they makeup good use of their space. My one complaint is that the aisles can be a little confusing. Its hard to find items that should be simple (ie, coffee, tomato paste, soup). I worked there when I was in high school and 10 years later I got my floral arrangements done by their florists (very well done and very inexpensive). Overall it hasnt changed much in the past 30 years.

Jewel is Jewel, they usually have what I need and the employees are usually very pleasant.

Every time I shop here I come home with multiple expired items. I bought mustard in July 2019 and the expiration date was 6/1/18. This is just inexcusable and gross. I will gladly drive the 5 miles to go to another store. Also the employees in the bakery are extremely rude and do not want to be bothered. This store is violating multiple health codes and should be fined by the condition of the products they are selling. Produce is almost always rotting.

Everyone seems to have good or bad experiences with stores in general, but I found that the employees here are very kind and helpful! Willing to answer questions and direct you in the right direction. Also has shorter wait times for checking out than other Jewels in the area.

A fan of Jewel Osco as a whole. They have good product and good sales, but everyday prices are a little high.

This jewel is small but has everything. Can be expensive but love dealing with deli, bakery, butcher directly. Never got anything that wasnt fresh

Grocery layout is somewhat different than most Jewels. Can take some time to find items... prefer the Crystal Lake store which somehow shared the same layout as most other Jewels.

Things were a bit hard to find.

Staff is always friendly. Store usually has what I need and is always clean. No complaints here.

Everything, for the most part, is easy to find. And if its not, the staff is quick to help remedy the problem. Its refreshing to see so many young employees taking their jobs seriously and being present while theyre on the clock.
