Firstly, I really appreciate my experiences in Lidl till yesterday afternoon.I really want to give a feedback about my horrible experience today.It starts to happen since yesterday. The items Price marked on the shelf was different when I checked out yesterday morning. Yes, I found this mistake after I had already paid them. So I came back to the store. And the cashier went to check the price, and then told me that she was sorry about that but I was right.She told me that she would like to return the two items and then corrected the exact price for me. However, I was packing my kitchen after my dinner and yesterday evening, I suddenly found that she just returned one of them and then checked out two items.I felt very disappointed. That means I have to come back to the store AGAIN.So I brought all the receipts and the two items to the store Again today. But it is going So terrible.The manager who called David is not professional to solve this problem. He has exactly very bad attitude to try to explain this issue. But I just saw his RUDENESS, IMPATIENCE and unprofessional service ability.Its not my fault, but I have to pay time and energy for their unprofessional conduct.The manager exactly did not feel a little bit sorry, he actually disappeared even my issue has not solved yet.I was so shocked and very furious about this horrible experience today.

Far for me to drive from South Durham but I do love the selection and the high quality of the inventory even at the end of the day when I get off work. Which seems hard for some bigger chains to maintain. Isles are wide and social distancing is easy.

Nice and generally clean. Lots of things to choose from. Need to get here early in the day for bread and other goodies though.

Great grocery store with a great location. They always are well stocked and have a huge selection of products.

Fantastic store. Great prices. If you have not been here you should check it out. You won’t go to costco or sams after that. The employees in this particular store at hwy # 55 are very customer friendly. They do everything to resolve your concerns at every time. One thing to note here is that you should always check your receipt after purchase (I do that at every store nevertheless). Sometimes the price at the register is not as advertised on the shelves, but the employees do everything to resolve the same once told.

Alternate reality version of Aldi. Solid quality and prices and fun options. Better wine and beer selection. Produce has great deals but poorly stocked.

Excellent prices on produce, dairy, and meat. The grass-fed beef steaks are sealed in air tight packaging so if you score a sale, you can pop them right in the freezer. The baked goods are made in the store. The chocolate hazelnut croissants are excellent, but the chocolate vanilla twists are even better. Avoid the bakery aisle if you are watching your weight! The carts are sanitized between uses and sanitizer is available at the door. Customers and staff are good about wearing masks and the public address system regularly reminds people to maintain a safe distance.

Love this place, its not too big, not too crowded, the pastries and breads are awesome. Its good for chocolates and some imported cookies. Selection is not vast but theres always quality products at a very reasonable price.

Great prices but not a lot of variety. Items seem to be high quality. They have 2 sanitizer stations that are always empty. Very frustrating I cannot wipe down shopping carts.

What they do have has good pricing. Nice meat selection, loved the individually packaged steaks and smaller packages of chicken....but they didnt have a good variety of products. Example no ketchup unless you wanted organic. They seemed pretty picked through and shelves a bit disheveled, but it wasnt crowded. Worth checking out and seeing if they have what youre looking for, then go across the street to Walmart for the rest. Some people may get lucky and they have everything you want on your list

I had never been to a Lidl as we only had Aldi in our area of Austin, but since moving east we have really enjoyed shopping here. They have a great selection at great prices.

The store is new so everything looks clean. Bakery was mostly bare, may be it was the time we visited. Meat section seemed pretty well stocked. There was just one checkout register open and couldnt find a single employee anywhere in the store to help.out.

Recently reorganized, clean and spacious. Bakery is awesome as usual, good selection of beer and wine

Love this store! The produce is always fresh and the bakery is wonderful. Get there early for anything featured in the circular, they sell out fast.

Totally ignored by a manager. Cashier needed more training. Didnt know how to void an item. That item had no price posted on the shelf. Not the first less than positive experience at that store.

Upscale Aldi. Love it!!

Discount store similar to Aldi but upgraded. The selection is larger and there is a customer loyalty app that lets shoppers use coupons and earn rewards. You wont need a quarter to get a shopping cart but will need to bring your own bags or purchase some in store. Overall a good experience.

A great place to buy fruits, vegies, bakeries, and your monthly groceries. Dont forget to stop at the flowers section! Sometimes they have affordable beautiful mini orchids! So cute!

Often very dirty, and the shelves are often empty. Even the bakery was almost empty the last 2 times. Therefore I cannot recommend this Lidl. Choose the other Lidl in Cary. Much better

Love shopping here. Good foods unique products. Love LIDL seltzer water and kettle chips. They have Lamb. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Their prices and their quality are fantastic. Their dark chocolate bars kerol me coming back.

A single open cash desk and that poor cashier who has to deal with everything without support from anyone else. Every month I stock up on the same cookies for my son since they opened and to my surprise at the cashier I discover that they cost more than $ 1 more per package while the usual price was written in the tag. I understand the situation we are facing now but there are people who come to do the shopping with counted money and find surprises when paying is angry and without anyone who can give you an answer because the cashier is alone with the line of people who has to pay! Ridiculous!

Really great selection of charcuterie options. Love the store brand and prices, just not organized in a fashion conducive to easily locating stuff in my opinion.

We went to Lidl for the first time, and it was amazing! The store was a new experience compared to the standard old grocery store. We loved it, and we ended up going back the next week.

QUESTIONABLE refrigeration going on for milk, eggs, and meat. Some super inexpensive options for produce, potato chips, and condiments.

Only had one register open, despite the fact that half of their self-serve kiosks were down.

Beware of the dairy. Ive gotten moldy yogurt and milk that sours prematurely on 3 separate occasions. Clearly this store has problems maintaining inventory at safe temperatures.

I expected more but idk this place js a hit or miss at times. I saw an ad that Said they had dairy free ice cream so I checked it out and yes they have it but its made with coconut milk. So Ill pass and hopefully soon they can make some with other plant milks

They even had the escargot I was looking for! (But surprisingly no the sauerkraut). Clean store!

Clerks are always pleasant. I accidentally stepped in front of one of them pulling a pallet jack that was full. Im almost positive he got to the warehouse and cursed me twelve ways from Tuesday, but he smiled and assured me it was ok when I realised my mistake and apologized as profusely as I could manage. Prices are mostly agreeable too.

Very open with many selections. Its the goto place for basic and cheap necessities.

Since its new, the store is clean.But the customer service is very bad. Self-checkout lanes always have issues, and nobody is helping. I recently had a bad experience with helpless cashier lady who did nothing to my self-checkout lane. She was just keep sweeping the floor. So rude.

Great store and layout. Friendly folks and good choice of food. Try the chicken wontons, if they have it in stock.

The meat product(pork) we bought last time smell like they have been soaked in chemical. It was so foul smell when opened. We have to throw them away right away.

Price is definitely less compared to other stores. I guess quality is compromised in this store.
