I have had occasions to use Grand Rental Station for business events and they have always been professional and prompt.I had to organize a surprise 60th birthday party for my wife. Gina was very helpful and friendly. Giving me suggestions and pointers. She made the afternoon occasion spectacular. Helping me to turn my backyard into a beautiful spot for a birthday.Gina and the staff of Grand Rental went above and beyond to ensure no detail was slipped to my wife ensuring her a surprise. My wife was speechless when we drove up to our house and saw the transformation.Thank you Gina and your staff for a “Grand” event.

I needed a soil cultivator and a trencher. They took phenomenal care of me. All their equipment comes with a trailer so your covered. CHRIS who helped load me up was excellent. He helped me load the equipment, strap it, went over all the controls and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! Will be coming back. Thank you!

I rented a tiller today and returned it after 15 minutes, realizing that I didn’t need it as the cable line was too close to the surface in my yard. The male employee still charged the 4-hour rate and was very rude in his demeanour. I have no problem paying the rate for 4 hours. I would have appreciated that he had informed me of this policy first, rather than later when I was returning it.

Your in and out within 5 minutes tops. there stuff is in very good conditions and the price is fair. 10/10 definitely renting from here again.

Rent an airator every year and always great service and equipment

Complete value for money and super professional and courteous people. Last weekend I got few tables & chairs on rent from this place and all my guests were wondering from where did I get it and for how much :).So happy with their services. The only thing is transportation from them could be costly as it involves labor, so if you have a large SUV, truck or some sort of crossover even, I bet you can very easily manage to pickup and return your rental stuff. I like their flexibility on return and flat rate for multiple day usage without any extra cost.Very happy with their services and variety they have with the kind of tables & chairs or really any event needs. I would surely recommend this place.

So professional, they delivered the equipment to us earlier than expected and picked it up later allowing us to have enough time to use it. They charged us a flat rate and extended our usage time without charging us. The equipment was in new condition and functioned perfectly. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Grand Rental Station Crew!

Fast service and good equipment

We needed to rent chairs, tables, and a bar for a reception so I started looking for places. I was so surprised to find Grand Rental Station so close by!! We went in and were greeted warmly by the staff. No problem that it was only 2 weeka out. They had everything we needed and could deliver and pick up. The rental prices were more than reasonable!They delivered on time and picked up on time. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again!!

Been renting aerators and buying seed and fertilizer from here for 6-7 years and the seed is by far the best. Dont waste your money at lowes or Home Depot on weed filled seed. This stuff is the real deal and at a fair price. I recommend renting the aerator for a half day and split it with neighbors. You can get 4-5 yards done on a half day rental. Great price when divided up among friends.

Generally have what I need at a fair price with helpful folks

As a contractor, we rent tools and equipment on a regular basis. This location is really not the most convenient place to get to for us, however their prices are lower the UR and Sunbelt, the machinery is always in good repair and the Staff are excellent! Adam is a true professional and a gentleman as well.

Today was my first time going to Grand Rental Station. We were greeted by a nice lady who helped us rent an extension ladder. While we were in the rental process what I can assume was the owner, was speaking so harshly to another customer (it made me and my wife feel quite awkward). We brushed it off, drove around back and got our ladder quickly, and a nice guy loaded the ladder into my truck.Upon returning the ladder, the nice lady seemed to not be there, and in her place was a guy with the same attitude as the owner. But this time he and the owner were talking harshly to what seemed to be another worker for them, again making an awkward customer experience for my wife and I.Upon leaving we both agreed we wouldnt be returning to Grand Rental Station for our rental needs anytime in the near future.I recommend that the nice lady (who I remember lived in North Raleigh) be promoted to manager, and give some training to her boss & the rest of the staff on customer service.

Grand Rental is like the garage I always wanted. They literally have every tool or piece of machinery you could need for doing basic to complicated home improvement tasks. The staff is great and very helpful.

The guys at Grand Rental Station are fantastic! I have rented stump grinders, brush cutter, chain saw, long reach hedge trimmer, flower bed boarder maker to name a few. The guys explain everything to make tough yard jobs a breeze!

OrecAmerica brand Cyclone Walk Behind Flail Brush MowerI recently rented a new from Grand Rental Station in Cary, NCI have rented brush hog type mowers in the past with varied results.This machine, however, was absolutely amazing. It had power to spare and was exceptionally easy to use. My favorite feature, however, was the intuitive shut off system that makes it easily the safest machine of its type that I have ever used.The old style of brush hogs were always effective, but due to their systems that required braking to stop, they were very, very dangerous. I have come close to being injured with the old style, and have friends who have lost limbs because of the old, counter-intuitive braking system.This machine shuts off automatically when as soon as you let go of the handles, so it is much, much safer to use. At one point I stepped into a hole and fell to my side. Because I had let my hands off the handles, the machine stopped its forward motion and the blades stopped immediately as well. After that, I was sold on this product and it will likely be the only style of brush-hog that I will use in the future. It is a beast of a machine...but safe as well. Perfect combination.Last, but not least, I want to comment on the staff at Grand Rental Station in Cary.They gave excellent service on the phone. They answered questions patiently and called me back when new options came about.The front desk staff was excellent in person.The staff in the back of the store who helped get me set up with the machine were amazing when I picked it up and just as amazing when I returned it.The entire staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about their products and very, very patient. Large pieces of equipment can be extremely complicated and difficult to figure out on your own. Their service staff made the process easy, comfortable, and even fun to learn about a new machine. I cant say enough good things about their entire staff other than....thank you. I will be back....and soon.

Rented some tall ladders from there a couple of times. Never had any issues and generally the staff are pretty nice.

Rent just about anything! Even plastic flamingos!

Staff is 2 faced and doesnt seem to care about their jobs or customers. They arent consistent with pricing and give certain customers special treatment. If you talk to someone too close, its obvious they drink beer on the job. Not sure how they stay afloat.
