Hal came out the same day to fix our furnace last week. He diagnosed the problem in short order, fixed the problem, and we had much needed heat in our house. I also used them previously to fix our AC, which was completed quickly as well. Needless to say, I highly recommend Always Air for all your HVAC needs!

We found Always Air through our home insurance and have been using them for years ever since. Always professional, always available and more importantly always great pricing. They give you the feeling that they want your repeat business instead of ripping you off for that one emergency fix or install.  More recently we had to call for an emergency, our AC wasnt blowing cold air. They came out and tried to fix it, and we ended up needing a new system. They came in NEXT MORNING. So we didnt have to wait around for a few days suffering. Also, we had been looking around last season for new systems and Always Air was like half the price compared to some of the more advertised companies, plus they honored the quote they gave at that time. Well be customers for as long as we live in this area.

Similar to other reviews, Hal was able to come out within a few hours and make appropriate fixes at a reasonable price. There was not a multi-day period waiting for parts to come in. We were pleased with the level of service and would definitely use again!

Hal came highly recommended from friends in the area. He came over today to clean and service my furnace. He is highly professional, thorough, and certainly someone I will hire in the future.

This review is a bit overdue. I had Always Air assigned as a contractor by HomeShield per our home warranty as a part of our home purchase in May of this year. Hal came out and determined the problem within a few minutes and was able to rectify the issue within an hour. We had our air back up and running cool less than two hours after he got on-site. Awesome experience. It wasnt fully covered but thats an issue I have with the home warranty not the contractor.A few weeks later our main blower goes out completely. Called HomeShield again and we were assigned some contractor in Berwyn that didnt call within a day and also said their next appointment wouldnt be until the following week. I have an 8 month pregnant wife and we were having our baby shower at our home that weekend. We had them re-assign the contractor and thankfully it was Always Air again. They came out the same day and Hal explained to me what we needed. The entire unit is about 20 years old and as we expected required a replacement. They were able to acquiesce and provide both the parts and labor the very next day. I know for a fact it wasnt because they werent busy. It was in the beginning of June when we had a string of a week where it was 90+ every single day. These guys went out of their way to take care of our needs and got us squared away a little more than 24 hours later with a full replacement the day before our big event. This is compared to the other company assigned who couldnt be bothered.Nothing but respect and thanks for how they were able to help our budding family out. Well definitely be calling them in the future for maintenance and repairs on our current unit.

The service guy Hal was on time and took care of our leak inside the house, the only thing that I was disappointed with was the price to clean the AC Unit and add Freon. Hal is a good people person just a little high in price to service the unit.

Amazing. service. I woke.up to a cold house. There. was no air blowing out of the vents. Hal came out within 2 hours and got my heat going in. 20 minutes. All it needed was maintenance. I highly recommend Hal and. Always Air!

So I thought these guys were good straight forward honest business people however today I must take back those feelings. Always Air came out in July to check out my A/C. It just wasnt blowing hard cool air enough so I checked n changed the filter. That didnt do the trick as it did in June. I also noticed freezing pipes inside the unit and condensation dripping. This happened before and shorted out the mother board. So I turned off the A/C and waited for the weekday.i didnt want to make things worse. When the technician came he diagnosed the cause of the problem as the compasitor. He changed it out and cold air was among us. During his time here we were having a conversation about the motherboard. At this time he told me my motherboard was shot again and would need to be replaced. So now that the weather has cooled off and I dont want to be caught off guard so I decided to turn on the heat to check it out. Well, at first the heat would not kick on. The igniter was working, the mother board was checking systems. Why was the gas not flowing to the igniter? Well, because switch to the celenoid switch was turned off. Once the switch was in the on position and we reset the furnace the heat came right on. Id like to hope that this was a simple error on the part of the technician however he said that the motherboard needed to be replaced. So, did he switch this off so that I would need to call again so he could just swith on the celenoid and get another call charge? Or go ahead with saying it still is the motherboard and get a sale for parts and labor? What else is there to think? Guess I learned a lesson and Im glad I have someone around that knows some stuff and saved me from having to buy a mother board or from calling Always Air back out.

This morning (New Years Eve) I made a call to Always Air. Our furnace was not kicking on. They were able to send someone out right away. Hal was able to get the furnace up and running. He was very professional and explained the issue. This is the second time Always Air has come out in a pinch to help us and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. THANK YOU HAL!

Last week, my furnace went out (which is typical this time of year because my furnace is 25+ years old but still hanging in there). I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and asked that they assign me a service provider that can come out the next day. They assigned me Always Air, and Hal showed up at around 10:00am the next morning. Hal was very informative, fixed the problem right away, then cleaned the furnace for a discounted price. He told me the problem and worked to find the solution quickly, while also offering exceptional service and explanation. I have been burned many times by other companies in the area, but this company, from the office to Hal, was very impressive, and I highly recommend. I will use them again!

Services with Always Air Inc was requested through our warranty program for A/C maintenance which covered the replacement part we needed. A response was quick, the next day we got a call for same day service. Hal arrived at a convenient time ready and prepared for our service. It only took him a few minutes to find the problem and we were up and running. Hal used proper safety guidelines with response to COVID-19 virus as well as for HVAC task associated with the job. I appreciated his professional friendly service to help getting us back up and running, especially on a hot day.

Hal Lee showed up quickly after our furnace broke in January. He was professional, friendly, efficient. Did not oversell us anything, simply offered advice, fixed the problem quickly and then went above and beyond to let us know about another unrelated issue - a small carbon monoxide leak! This was actually his second visit to our house, and my husband was happy that we knew the job would be done well done by someone who had provided a repair for us previously. I had a great experience with Always Air installing a humidifier and when our furnace gave out I called them. I found them to be very honest and they took great care to get everything perfect.

Always Air Inc. seriously rocked on taking care of our heating issues which started about two weeks ago. I actually have a home warranty which directed me to Always Air. On the first visit, Hal managed to take apart, lubricate and reassemble a small vacuum motor on the heating system and had our heating back up in short order. He repaired the motor since it was an unusual system make and no parts would be found on the truck or quickly elsewhere.Unfortunately the motor was apparently just too old, though, since it failed about four days later. But Always Air was right on it! After I called the problem back in, a quick call from Always Air let me know they were looking for a replacement motor. Later that day (Friday) one was found but seemed it would not be in hand until Monday due to its location a few hours away. We confirmed a service call for the following Monday.Well, that wouldnt be the case! Hal called me directly on Sunday (yes, Sunday!) to let me know the part had arrived earlier than expected, the previous evening, and wanted to know if we would like a little heat! Well, yes! (This was the weekend prior to the arctic blast of 30Jan19 with high temp of -15 degrees.) So Hal arrived 20 minutes later and had the new motor in place and heat blowing within a half hour. Whew! Just in time. Much thanks to Hal and Always Air for the fantastic customer service and excellent communication.

Our furnace was having issues and Always Air sent out a technician named Hal to replace a part. This was on a Friday afternoon. Hal was quick and efficient to do the work and verify the furnace was working fine. However, in the early evening, it was apparent that another issue was causing the furnace to not provide any heat for the house. Hal came back after hours to ensure we would not be without heat. If he had not come back, we would have been without heat for the weekend through below-freezing temperatures. Im very grateful that Hal was so attentive and that Always Air got someone over to us so quickly. Thanks again!

This company came out as part of my home warranty claim. I needed a new heat exchanger, however they tried to push a brand new furnace on us. They stated that my warranty can pay $300 And we pay the remaining $2k more or less. We did not agree. They stated my warranty will not cover a new system... this is far from the truth, as my warranty company confirmed they would cover all costs, if the furnace must be replaced. The very nice, I say this sarcastically, secretary called me the next day. When I told her we were choosing the heat exchange repair, she made me feel as I had to explain myself as to why we cant dish out 2k in cash. So, they still found a way to pull one over my head. They said I needed to replace a flu pipe with an out of pocket cost of $300, that my warranty conveniently does not cover -_- I had no choice, so I paid it. The furnace was running again. The day after, I noticed a very loud banging and shaking noise throughout my house, everytime the furnace came on. My kitchen floor was shaking. I knew this couldnt be right. My warranty sent this company out again. The first response to my husband was I told you, you were going to need a new furnace. He went and checked it out, came back and said that the warranty does not cover noise. He said we need to replace the motor, once it completely fails, and would cost us $700. That is the report he submitted to my home warranty company. So, I fought it. I asked for a second opinion and my company granted it. I will let you all be the judge of what the second company found. A NUT DRIVER IN THE BLOWER MOTOR COMPARTMENT. Oh, and tape on my OLD flu pipe. I will try to attach pictures to my review. This company has ZERO integrity, clearly did not even check the furnace the second time or he would have found his tools. I am so disappointed and will make sure to warn others of this scam. I am also submitting a claim to my credit card for my money back.

Highly recommend Always Air Inc. Had my thermostat take a dump while I was out of town. Came home to a nice warm 35 degree home while it was below zero outside. Hal came by and helped me get my heat going until I could get a new part for my thermostat. He was there the same day that I called and was a super nice guy and very professional.

We had Always Air come out to fix our furnace yesterday. Hal was great. Very patient in diagnosing the problem. He made some good suggestions on how to properly maintain my furnace also. Sally, the person who set up my appointment kept me updated throughout the day which many companies don’t do. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating/AC repair.

I have been using Always Air for a few years now and they are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Typically Hal comes to my house and is always pleasant and easy to talk to. He explains things in a way that I can understand and never makes me feel dumb because I dont know the HVAC business. He never pressures me but always lets me know my options. Bad service company. I would not do any business with.Over 10 phone calls were made. Not even one was answered or returned. Your reply is bogus. There is nothing you can do if you dont even answer you phone or return messages.

This company came out as part of my home warranty claim. They charged $500 out of pocket as the insurance did not cover the repair. Unfortunately, we could not check the AC as it was almost fall. This summer, we have the same issue. AC is not cooling even after spending $500 with this company.
