For the over $6000 I have spent on a Sunbright 49 outdoor-specification TV installation, I will say I was pleased with the expertise of the installation design and implementation folks. Serious experts at the installation, placement, ethernet cable routing in an already finished home, seriously expert installation.However, the Sunbright TV has been a huge letdown. I have an enclosed sun porch with a ceiling fan going during the day to move the air around. The temperature reaches 90 degrees, it is a sealed environment so no humidity exacerbates the heat, but now at least 5 times on various days the TV when turned on goes into fritz mode and requires at least 20 minutes of being turned on to reach a normal operating mode (I assume based on the open door to my airconditioned home helps the temperature normalize a bit). The problem is not the AppleTV that receives and sends signal to the TV, as the TV turn-on banner image is already fritzed before I even power up the AppleTV.So far I am getting lots of nice words from the installation designer, but Im now contacting my lawyer. For this amount of money spent, they should be jumping through hoops to stand behind the obscenely expensive product that they sell, and so far its just all nice words and no action.Ive had it.Buyer Beware if you do business that entails a Sunbright outdoor television.They have come to get the original TV and have placed an order for another one. Hopefully the new one will not exhibit the same problem.The De-installation of the original was done at no charge which was awesome. Nickolas Salazar is a great designer and knowledgeable and put the original product together.Now that a replacement has been ordered I have to be moving and will contact Magnolia and pay them to install the replacement TV when it comes.Leonard and Alex have been great. I picked up the replacement TV and installed it. Installation and startup went just fine, TV working well. I do not anticipate any problems with the new one, and I must express my appreciation to Magnolia for holding onto the new one while I moved from my previous home to the new one. Very happy, and so is my fiance and thats what really matters!I will be back to visit them when it comes time for a new TV over the fireplace and a second subwoofer for my surround system.

Had a great experience with magnolia, they make you feel special, like part of the family. They did not mind the one thousand questions I had. They were very professional at the store and at my house. They took all precautions when coming in my house. Alex was very kind to my family. He called after to make sure that everything was working and to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend them, the service and the experience was over the top!

I spent $25,000 with Magnolia for a Sound System... #1 objective was music. They connected the existing inwall speakers and wires which were already run by the builder so literally just had to install the system. 2 months later my husband still cant get things working on his phone... sales person who sold us this never responds so I find out today they are gone. We bought to digitalize his many CDs and what we got doesnt even do that. Very poor experience.
