Andrew installed a husqvarna auto mower for me this week. He was a very good communicator and patient explaining the features of the mower and how to program it. I appreciate the level of care he gave in the install which was complicated, including making sure he didnt cut my fiber line. Mower so far is great.

Love SuperSod! And a big thank you to Andrew. Automowers are great! But they and the loop wires will not last forever. I bought my system from another dealer - horrible experience - around 5 years ago. Today needed to find a line break (dreaded blinking blue light) and Andrew was great and very very thorough. Even discovered some other issues, very helpful. The Wall-es are at home with Andrew and SuperSod. Highly recommend if you are considering an Automower or need service.

After having trouble with our first sod installation (a seasonal timing issue), Amy Walence was quick to remedy the situation. Her customer service and knowledge of the overall product was excellent. What a great experience. We love our new lawn! Shannon and the installing company did a fantastic job, organizing the project, preparing the site (builder quality), adding the amendments and laying the sod. Shannon walked us through every step, and did a follow-up assessment, educating us along the way. After four weeks, our new lawn is beautiful. After thoroughly researching everything sod, I decided to place an order with Super Sod. I originally was planning on buying a different type of grass, but based on my needs, the Super Sod rep recommended TifTuf Bermuda. Im so glad he did! Theres a helpful video on their website that made it easy for me to do this myself. The sod I purchased was high quality, healthy and fresh. I cared for it as recommended and watched an ugly patch of dirt transform into a beautiful back yard. I receive the monthly newsletter, so I stay informed on when to fertilizer and how to further care for my yard. I did purchase Super Sods fertilizer and watched my already beautiful lawn become even more green and healthy. This grass is so thick and so soft, its like walking on carpet. I cant express enough how much I have enjoyed spending time in my back yard. Its really beautiful and I receive a lot of compliments.Update: Year 2 and I still couldnt be happier with this grass. So soft, green and easy to manage. Its perfect!

This is just a note to say thank you. A year ago, you came over to help define why my Zenith Zoysia sod lawn did not servive. Brad, you had Dr. Grady Miller from NCSU also assist in defining what the problem was. After several conversations, it was discovered that I had put much pre emergent on the sod over time. At that time, you, Brad, told me if I were to use Super sod to replace my lawn, you would give me a financial break on the purchase of the Zenith Zoysia sod.Dr. Miller also told me not to replace the sod and to wait until all the traces of the pre emergent were gone. I took the advice and waited about a year before resodding.On April 15, 16 and 17th 2021, I came over to super Sod to purchase the new sod. I completed some of the sodding of the front yard and everything looks beautiful and healthy. I still have another section to complete. I plan to work on this section after May 17, 2021.This note is to thank you for honoring your word and helping the Bouchard family out financially. Judson A+++ / Super-Sod of Cary is the place to go for a healthy lawn.Our builder installed Tif-tuf Bermuda when we moved in last fall. My goal was just to keep it alive the minimal rain we had. I was successful under the guidance of the Super-Sod staff following their maintenance plan for the grass blend. This spring I worked on putting Soil3 compost on the front and back lawn while also using leveling mix on the back. Judson personally delivered the compost and mix when I needed it as I worked through the project. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Being somewhat of a lawn nerd its great to have this staff right down the road. Ill continue to stop in and utilize their products. Great job Judson and team!UPDATE / May 2019: This spring we took the leap and invested in the Husqvarna 430X Automower. My wife thought I was crazy. Judson did a great job getting the mower installed and set up. Even made a few trips to my property to make some needed adjustments. We get so many questions regarding the mower when people see it in the yard: What is it?, Do you like it? Does it do a good job? We have had nothing but a positive experience with the mower so far. Of course nothing is 100% perfect, but so far so good. I typically have the mower run at night so its not running in the yard during the day. All we have to do is trim around the edges of the house and outside edges of the yard. The mower keeps our Bermudagrass cut low and tight all the time. The Automower is actually one of my all time favorite purchases and now my wife loves it too. The future of lawn maintenance is here. Controlling the cut schedule, cut height, etc... is so easy with the Automower Connect App on my iPhone. We love it so much we even built a house for it. Super-Sod is super! Great custom care. Brought sod rolls but noticed grass weeds in two rolls (would be due to underlying soil). But still Super-Sod replaced the rolls free of charge. For sure will buy from the store again and recommend to friends.

I worked with Andrew Goggans at Supper Sod. He was very helpful and answered my questions. They deliver early so plan appropriately the day of your delivery. They have lots of great videos on installing the sod. It is harder to do than they show in videos, but they help. I bought zenith zoysia and it has already started to root. Andrew made the process easy and was incredibly responsive. They are a higher price then some other locations but dont require a minimum number of pallets to deliver and are much more customer friendly. Definitely recommend them!!!

Really disappointed in their lack of communication. Ordered 6 pallets and get emails reminding us to show where we want the delivery driver to put the sod. Driver gets lost on delivery morning, arrives and will only place sod on the driveway. If they were worried about the rain, they should have said so before delivering. So now, thanks to Super-Sod, we get to carry several pallets of sod about 50 yards across previously laid zoysia and very hard soil. Didnt even offer to refund the delivery charge. The message of their values when calling the office is not indicative of the attitudes of the employees at the Cary location. Beware!

Picking up Sod tomorrow, but the process so far has been super easy. Andrew was super quick to respond and provided great information as to what would work best for my lawn when I called. Ill be back to do the rest of my lawn next season!

My original plan was to put sod around our new inground pool. Shannon came out and measured and planned the area several different times (45 min each way). I kept changing the dates and the measurements, and they were extremely patient with me, and just kept adjusting the plans. Then, the day before the sod was to be installed, I decided to install rock instead! Super Sod had every reason to keep my deposit or at least some if it, but they refunded the deposit in full and were professional and patient with me. Honestly, I would have been furious, if I had a client as difficult as I was. I will definitely use Super Sod in the future, and kudos to the crew and Shannon for their professionalism.

We had planned to install tall fescue last spring, but was advised by AndrewGoggans to wait until fall to obtain the best results. He contacted us this fall and was able to answer all of our questions and set up delivery dates in October. We were pleased to have dealt with Andrew.

I just wanted to give a very special shout out to Judson Mills. Judson installed our beautiful Emerald Zoysia a few years ago, and we absolutely love it. However, that is not the only thing that impresses me about Judson. Judson has been my coach. Whenever I need lawn advice, and/or spot a problem he has always been a text away. He is very responsive and has never failed to help me, and he does so with a wonderful attitude. In fact there has been times, when he tells me, I will come out to your residence and take a look at your lawn. We are not only sold on the products of Super-Sod, but especially Judson. He is my go to guy, and he always will be. Super-Sod is lucky to have a guy like Judson on their team.

I ordered Zoysia Zenith sod and installation for my 4000 sq.ft backyard. Everything went perfect. First they inspected the site, took soil samples to the lab and made sure it can sustain grass. Then they spend one day on preparing the ground, removing all previous vegetation, they added compost, fertilizer, leveled and tiled everything. The next day the truck with sod arrived and they installed it. The installer (Tony) was very friendly and very experienced. He did awesome job. I am happy with the result.

So far so great working with Andrew of Super-Sod Cary. He demonstrated strength of knowledge when assisting me with my sod selection. I am replacing Emerald Zoysia that didnt get enough sun to flourish. Note that I removed 6 large trees to help remedy that situation for my new sod, but I liked the softer feel and greater capability for self repair that comes with the Zeon upgrade.Based on my consultation with Andrew I believe that I am going to be really happy with my new lawn once it is installed. The 430x model covers mine and the in-laws adjacent to me. Our properties include a very long and steep ditch area that I was not all that confident the mower could handle. Brad thought it could and he was right. Ordered sod online and got hold of Andrew Grogan. Very professional. recommended the better variety of zoysia (Zeon) to use for my needs, quoted me on a very timely manner, assisted me in all the way up to delivery. I got updates/links and instructions on what to do with the sod and maintenance tips as well.I was given a 9-11 am window on delivery time. I was hoping they would delivery at 11, as the address was on a busy street. Unfortunately, they were there right at 9. But the driver (sorry I forgot to get his name) was very patient, positioned his trailer on the opposite side of the street and maneuvered his forklift to my yard. They have great, professional employees. Definitely a pleasure to work with these guys

We could not be more pleased with Super-Sod. What a phenomenal service! They came out and talked to us, analyzed our soil, then prepped the soil the day before they laid the sod to ensure the soil has the proper balance of nutrients, etc., to give our lawn the very best chance of thriving. There was a problem with the irrigation system, which we just had repaired, and a member of their crew spoke to the irrigation person who then came back out and together they resolved the problem. In the meantime, the Super-Sod crew used hoses to keep the sod wet so it wouldnt die. Then Brad came out from the office to check on things. I can not say enough about this company. We have been dealing with lots of contractors since moving into this house, and, unlike many others, the Super-Sod people have consistently done exactly what they promised to do when they promised to do it. We highly recommend this company!
