This place is the epitome of nickel and dime. Had a prepaid label I had ready as a PDF, and they wanted $2 to print a single piece of paper. You can print items at the public library or 10 cents a page, I understand the convenience factor but $2 to print a single piece of paper is astronomical, save your money, its independently owned and find another UPS store with better rates.

This is a good store, I love the owner he always has time to talk to me and I love the personal touch. I feel like they go the extra mile

He showed me around the store, introduced me to his staff, and talked to me about the services they offered to small businesses. I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of everyone there. They are very service oriented. I have since made this My UPS Store !

I consistently get fast and friendly service here. Today gets special mention as I accidentally brought in a return that was supposed to go to Fedex. Rather than just passing it back and sending me to the FedEx store, they taped the package and put the label on for me so I could just drop in the box. They went above and beyond. Great customer service is still alive and you can find it at this UPS store.

Good people and great service. Always quick service and if you need a strip of tape you got it. Amazon returns or shipping Christmas presents to California of Florida they will search the best rates and estimated times. Once you are in their system with return address and email more time is saved and you get an email with you shipping info. My go to for shipping.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! When an insured package I mailed was returned to this location they did not contact me. The package contained a 2019 laptop computer. After a month, the intended recipient notified me and the UPS store admitted they had it. Do not risk your packages at this location!

Everything went fairly smoothly in-store, but the women helping me input the street number incorrectly. This obviously caused problems and delayed the delivery of the package. Would have given 4 stars otherwise.

One of the staff members ended up being super rude once he found out I wasn’t interested in paying an extra fee since I had brought my own package to ship. Quite impatient as well.

I am a local business been doing all my business there. Until today when they charged me 8$ for a box and 8$ to pack the box! If they would have told me they were going to hit me with an extra 16$ I would have went next door and for the same box for 1.50$ and packed the thing my self! No one told me until the box was packed up and ready to goI would like to thank you Ups store for taking my profitable order and turning it into a loss! Its ok though I will no longer be using your store!

Today was my first trip to this store. I found the staff to be incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They will be my shipping and printing location of choice from now on.

Charges $2 for printing your return label, yet doesnt tell you theres a fee until after doing so. Rip off. Apex location doesnt ever charge.
