Terrible customer service. I went in asking about satin paint. Man behind the counter had rude tone of voice from the start and said Benjamin Moore doesn’t make satin paint and then when satin paint was shown on the wall said he would “refuse to sell” me satin paint if I wanted to use it on an interior wall. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a store. Left there fast and will not be back.

Been here on Saturday morning . Man behind the counter Steve was very friendly and helpfull, he assisted us through the process of choosing the right type of paint for our needs . Also helped us cordinating delivery of few items from another branch . We cant be more satisfied with his service. 5 Stars

I would generally avoid this location. Ive had my wife go twice during the day with specific asks and both times she has been met with a very poor attitude by the staff behind the counter. My wife is not a professional, so of course she asks naive questions. A professional would help by answering openly and offering solutions, not lording her lack of knowldge over her. She has called me at work from the store both times embarassed and frustrated, and then later crying after she left the store. Theyve lost my business for good - which is a shame becasue they have a great product and awesome color spectrum. I suppose the good news is that Lowes and Home Depot can mimic any color.

Karim of MA Trades has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He has helped ease the stress of my work trip and has gone above & beyond, delivering paint to my job site, reaching out to stay in touch about details of my order, coordinating with my schedule to time out correctly, etc. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The folks behind the counter here are knowledgeable and fun. Easy to hold a conversation and get exactly what you want
