This is a great Place with very knowledgeable people that work there. I love looking for things and being approached and asked if I need any help. I got twine to wrap around decorative bottles in black leather and tan leather and regular twine, and went back for more things like marbles to hold the bottles down. I love this store. The Christmas decorations were amazing and I even made each one look like one of my cats. So much fun and very nice workers.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Favorite place for all my crafting needs, from paint, to markers, resin. They have a great selection. And the seasonal stuff is awesome.

The Associate that assisted us knew exactly what my daughter meant when she asked where their fairy garden section was located. 🤷‍♀️😂 This was a fast and fun shopping trip! Thank you!!

I love Michaels. I just went in for information and got good ideas. Sometimes the selection is almost overwhelming, but the organization makes it all make sense and everybody wins. I did find a packaged item that was about to fall out of its package and took it to the cashier who immediately fixed it and thanked me for noticing. The staff here are terrific.

Went there with a friend. I had no intentions. I ventured off and found 6 nice tee shirts in vibrant colors and 3 caps. They were marked down to a really low price. I will purchase more the next time I go there and theres a sale. Very good quality.

Great place! Many times I needed something and I know that I can find it at Michaels. I wanted the mason jars for drinking my tea during the summer. I go and check Michaels which had them with the choice of the handled ones. I wanted a bread machine, the others store didnt have and I did not want to travel out of town. Michaels had bread machine there, I compare them. Only at Michaels!

Went to look at a new craft cutter. We were trying to decide what brand would suit us best. The sales person (Jon) was an expert in all the brands so it was very easy to make our decision. Excellent product knowledge and the prices were very competitive. He gave us newbies many tips on how to save time and money later.

Nice and organized. Always easy for my wife to find what she needs. Only downside is that the bathroom wasnt that clean and the paper towel dispenser was lying in the sink. Probably getting ready to be fixed.

Store had what I needed however I am from out of town and had to asked where the palette knives were and the gentleman who “helped” us out was very rude and so was the cashier when I had to try to ring my card twice since I entered the pin wrong the first time. Since this is the only one in the area there aren’t very many options but I would have just waited until I was back in Phoenix.

I live in Maricopa, AZ and this store is not in Casa Grande where the GPS led me. Its off I10 in an outlet mall called Promenade. I wouldnt consider the location as Casa Grande however according to AZ maps I am sure they can say in Casa Grande limits.

Awesome hobby store... I like the deals on the plain colored T-Shirts... 3 for 9.99... Its a great deal as oppose to other stores who sell theirs for 5.99 each... They have a wide variety of colors to choose from and theyre really comfortable...

They have great sales for Christmas. Bought a gift marked $30 and ended up paying just over $12! Great selection of unique gifts that they will actually want to use and display.

The store is a real crackerjack place to go. They have a lot of great things to purchase for arts and crafts. Ive bought pens, pencils, markers, brushes and sketch pads. They also have various canvases too. And right now the Halloween items they have are cool beans. They have supplies for just about any type of arts and crafts. And also decorations as well.

It would be nice if this store location had the items that are on sale. Been checking for an item that’s on sale. I go to order for curbside pickup, nothing of that item restocked all week long. Tells me to select another store and the next store is an hour away. Not fair for people who don’t drive or has to make plans for a ride to get items. If this Michael’s is going to participate in your sales, shouldn’t they have plenty of those items on hand? I’m not going to order on line, it costs too much and I’m not going to buy $50 worth of items to meet the free delivery. Sorry, but I feel corporate needs to know and you all need to fix it!

I love art and creating things. This is my go to place for almost everything i need to satisfy my inner artist! Staff is friendly and most of them pretty knowledgeable about where things are located in the store. Great coupons everytime I shop help me save money or allow me that extra room to get one extra.

Michaels is always a fun place to go. Theyre a little pricey when things arent on sale but theres always a coupon of some sort available.Friendly, knowledgeable staff too.

Wonderful place! This place has lots of great things for school projects, office decor, etc. The only thing that I do not like is its a bit pricey but its not very affective.

I found what I needed but the staff I was dealing with were inexperienced at the paricular supplies I needed. I got my drawing pencils but no one knew what a brayer was, let alone, where it would even be. They seemed to want to help but I was left standing for quite awhile for them to even find the manager to try and help.

The lady there let us make two separate purchases so we could get our discounts so thank you so much it was worth going there for my first time today thank you so much!

Pretty slow about 6 people in store total. Shelves nes stocked a bit.

This is a smaller store. We did like the fact that there was only 3 shoppers! Not very clean...a little messy.

I usually like Michaels they usually have lots of things for me to buy. Ut this location is the worst. The merchandise is broke and on shelves for full price and I would be careful buying any of the candy by the registers they all look like kids have poked them and played with them. And this is even one of the dirtest locations I have been in.

Lots of great options, however only some coupons apply to certain items. Such as the books, coupons never apply to them. But overall; prices, customer service and options are amazing! Their seasonal selections are always great and reasonably priced for great quality.

It was a quiet night at Michaels. We found they have new ways of merchandising. Its difficult to describe but very interesting. Also Halloween has arrived with awesome new scary houses by Lenox. Go online and get your 50% off regular priced item today is the last day! Have fun exploring!!!

Just fair warning I would not recommend this store for framing at all this store subcontracts are framing out with a company I had artwork to be framed and the framer was in and out and when I finally got in touch with her it was two weeks later then I get there she goes on lunch break then I go to go get it picked up and the framers made it right im a pleased customer thx to aaron brothers

Plenty of craft items but didnt have the three items I wanted in the store. So I had to look elsewhere.

Very helpful young man assisted me with an on line school project for preschoolers. Numbers letters posters ect. His customer skills were amazing, check out was quick and easy. I will definitely return to this location

I found very interesting stickers for mailing to my 5 year old nephew and 24 year old nephew. The store was very clean and organized and well stocked. It was difficult to find any staff besides the registers. This is such a great store with a huge assortment of artificial flowers, paints, papers, frames and all varieties of decorative items. This is a fun and easy place to find gifts for loved ones.

The posterboards ordered online where nowhere near clear/transparent as described, and now I cant return them due to the virus. Thats great, good teamwork all around you guysss.

Employees are rude and always distracted on their phones or conversations with other employees. Called to ask questions about a sale they had going on was told the item I was looking for was on sale to arrive and be told that wasn’t true . Asked for a manager and was told they didn’t have one their at the moment .

Really cool art store but everything is admittedly overpriced. It is a very cool place to go and walk around though and see what they have but is somebody who buys art supplies regularly I cant really recommend Michael all that much simply because as I stated before it is overpriced Id like to be able to walk in one day and buy more than just a pain or more than just a Sketchbook I appreciate that their products arent cheap $1 store quality but I dont really appreciate that Im giving up $5 for a single pen it would be really cool in the future to see them have more bundle deals on art supplies rather than going in there and spending $15 on a few pens I would expect to spend $15 on something actually worth $15

Depending upon what you are looking for this store could be great. If you are looking for holiday decorations you can get lucky here. I came in for a few different crafts looking for paint and pens and ended up going somewhere else.
