We recently purchase a Can-am from adrenaline motorsports and had a great experience. Adam Kipp was our salesman and did a wonderful job helping us choose our first ATV. We live in yuma az which is about 3 1/2 hrs away from casa grande so Adam helped us get everything done before we made the drive. And yes we did pay the extra 5000 in extras but we did our research and all the way to Cali and phoenix atv dealerships would just add the 5k (inflation)and not give you nothing and at least Adrenaline gives you something in return with accessories...overall very happy with the service and product! Again thank you Adam for your help!

The one star isnt for the staff, they are awesome. Im just confused because every time I ask for parts or service they tell me to go somewhere else. Also they dont work on Kawasaki ninja? As a Kawasaki dealer thats just very weird. Not to call out the tech, but its probably time for a new tech.... Or take down the Kawasaki sign..... I have one of the most common Kawasaki ninjas and they dont work on them..... Essentially I cant get any parts or any service so this place is basically useless for me which is why I give it a one star.

Hayden guy was super friendly and was very helpful. Went into the other shop beside it...I came in they was like hello. And a Caucasian comes in walking and they were on him. I felt like a gost. But this place Adrenalin treated me cool.

I took the trip from Marana AZ to get one of two KLR 650s they had in stock. I was worried because of experiences Ive had at other dealerships. They made the whole process super easy. They had the paperwork ready before I arrived. Never tried to up sale me on anything, never tried to sneak in any extra fees, helped make sure we secured the bike to our trailer properly,They have answered questions Ive had afterwards. And all for a bike that is one of Kawasakis cheaper models.If you are looking for a side by side or motorcycle please give these guys a try. I had a great experience here. Bought a new left over sport max in Jan of 2019 Good experience then...Fast forward to July of 2021 and these guys will not sell you a stock SxS. They will not honor the advertised price of $30,599 plus tax title & doc fee!I asked for a estimated out the door price and they said $40k GTFO! They said you have to purchase aftermarket parts!they wont sell you a stock SxS crooks....I should be able to purchase what I want and how I want....after all its my money and I would be a returning customer.. fix this BSADRENALINE

Very unprofessional.. won’t sell you a can am unless you buy $5,000 worth of accessories. I understand The demand is high but they are wanting to take advantage of people during a pandemic and that says a lot about their business. Definitely don’t recommend.

Time and time again this dealership delivers. When they make a mistake they fix it and go beyond our expectations every time. This is just one example: my husband and his ride friends are going on a long distance trip totaling 1400 miles all in a sxs. One of the guys had his car in for a repair of his power steering and when he got it home it had an error code come up which put the car in limp mode. We reached out to Nick and he and his team came to the rescue. They gave our friend a part they had been waiting for on their own car so he could go on the trip with the rest of the group. This is only one example of the service these guys give their customers. Don’t go anywhere else in Phoenix these guys are worth the drive to Casa Grande.

Awesome experience! Adam was great. ATVs especially four seater x3 turbos are IMPOSSIBLE to get right now. Tried every dealership I could all over Arizona and new Mexico and after several others tricking me into driving in and then trying to sell me something else I finally came across Adrenaline Motorsports. So glad I did. They treated us like family, took care of our every need and we drove away with a brand new customized BEAST! for a fare price regardless of the extreme demand on the market right now. Could not recommend these guys more.

Went in today to hopefully put a deposit down on a can am max rs 4 seat smart shock. Only to be told that owner is requiring $5000.00 dollars in accessories to be purchased and installed by the dealership.I only want the unit as is from the manufacturer with tire upgrade and possibly a few other upgrades not $5000.00 worth and they won’t sale that to you.Very disappointed in adrenaline for these unfair business practices.

Purchased a Lone Star Defender from Adrenalin Motorsports. Ricky the finance manager facilitated my whole deal over the phone he even got the unit delivered to my house. Competitive prices, but most importantly there was damage on my tailgate and Ricky said he would take care of it... 3 weeks later followed up with me when the part came in and delivered it to me. Follow through from anyone let alone a dealership is unheard of these days... Ricky has earned my business moving forward for all Motorsports.

Last night I picked up my new 19 X3 XRS.Nick and Bruce were able to give me a great deal on my new 19 X3 XRS. It was enough to persuade me to buy from them, rather than my previous dealer where I bought my 18 X3 XRS.All of the staff at Adrenalin are down to earth, straight forward, friendly and easy to deal with. There are no annoying salesmen nipping at your ankles like yappy dogs.

Buying experience was great, no BS fees and fair pricing. I bought a used machine from them and it has an issue. I was told it was in good working order and I trusted them.Well it needs a clutch/belt as its on the rev limiter at 45 mph and bucks and kicks if you start off slow. Im a first time buyer of side by sides so I did not fully understand these symptoms when i test drove it. This is part of the reason i went through a dealer for my first purchase.It did not take me long to figure out what the issue was, when i called them back I was basically told that it was fine when they tested it, which is not true. It was bucking and kicking when Adam the sales person standing right next to me. There was no attempt made or even a hint of working with me to make the situation right. Just nope it was fine. Basically a middle finger to me.So, they stuck me with something, so im sticking them with this review while my new primary, secondary, and drive belt are in the mail..

I went down to the show and shine on the 12th. I bought the shock therapy spring set for my Can-Am X3 Max. the team at Adrenaline Motorsports is totally amazing they are the best Ive ever been around. I gave a super rare bike and parts for it have only come from two places. Amazon and adrenalin Motorsports. The service is great and fast. They make sure everyone is comfortable and informed on whats happening. Parts are expensive (at least for me) but they work and work well. In sum you get what you pay for and so I dont shop anywhere else. I recommend to all my biking buddies

(Highly recommend these guys) I came in on a Saturday to purchase a BMW S 100RR they seem really busy The guy I dealt with his name was Adam I could tell that they were very swamped with customers and regardless of how busy it was he kept checking up on me and making sure that my paperwork was going as planned, I had gone to different dealerships for cheaper bikes and had a hard time getting approved, came to this guy‘s and they had me approve and ready to go in no time. Overall I’m very happy with my experience and I assure you if you come here you will leave with a smile on face.

After searching all over the east valley for a shop to do a full service tire change in mmy scooter I found the only one that would do it and the guy who owns the shop came in on a day they were closed to order the tire I needed. The next day the tire arrived the awesome mechanic who did a wonderful job had it up and going in less then an hour. These guys make you feel like your family and do wonderful work.

Had to pick up a battery on short notice for my ATV and the neighboring shop which carries my brand of ride, which shall go unnamed was closed already. They had what I needed in stock and got me taken care of quickly on a late Saturday afternoon. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

The staff here are helpful and nice. They really get to know you. My husband knows staff members by name, and every time he goes in the staff recognize him and greet him. If you are not quite sure what you want they help you make a decision by showing you different products until you have figured out which one fits you best. Overall the place is clean, staff are friendly, and I am sure we will be back in the future.

Drove from the Vally down to Casa Grande to buy a New Can Am. I heard they had better deals, Sooo glad I did! Their inventory was amazing and customer service was incredible. I have purchased several UTVs and never have a been offered a test drive. Nick wanted to make sure I was making the right choice and would be happy with my new SXS. Nick, Ricky, and Levy were awesome! When I got home Levy called me to follow up and make sure I got everything I needed and that I was happy with my purchase. Normally a salesman tosses me the keys and I never hear from him again...This was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a new toy. As person that has been riding out in the desert around the valley for 43 years now, Ive seen a lot of changes come along the way regarding motorsports dealerships. As a kid, I had a lot fond memories of going to the motorcycle shop on a Saturday with my dad and it was just kind of like one big family there. Everyone that worked there, rode as well and they were happy just to see people stop by for a bit. As an adult, I became very disenfranchised with the whole dealership experience as they became corporate, cold, intimidating and uninviting. I thought for a while perhaps it was just me, but when I also heard similar stories and experiences from others, I knew my initial assessment of these mega dealers must be right. But finally to my surprise I finally found a dealership that embraces old school values, traditions and ethics while at the same time they also have all of the amenities and inventory you would expect from a corporate store. I found their parts pricing to be competitive with other on line parts depots and their service work was fair priced as well. Ive purchased new units there as well and I found the pricing and purchasing process to very easy to navigate. I spent much time dealing with Nick Bruce (the owner) personally during the course of my purchase and hes followed up with me many times since, to see if I had any follow up questions, but more importantly he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Its very clear to me he is very hands on and at the same time his entire crew is very top notch as well. Its also obvious to me, why many of his customers consider him a friend as well. Adrenalin Motorsports in Casa Grande has exceeded all of my expectations in every regard and I will continue support them for many years to come

I just want to say thank you to Rikki and the crew at adrenaline, they are the best! I bought my first side by side at the big box store in chandler. I was told what a great deal I got, but was never informed that just around the corner was the next bombshell from can am, the x3. My mistake for not researching more. So all things said, after a year of owning a great can am maverick max, I still wanted an x3 . I went back to the big box store and was told sorry bout your luck. So I looked around and found adrenaline motorsports. Contacted Rikki and he said,lets see what we can do. Now mind you I know they are a business and have to make money, but he worked his ass off to get me a deal that I cant thank him enough for! I was even able to lick my wounds for my stupidity and still add a couple of very nice accessories and still walked away happy. The parts department were very knowledgeable and helped me pick parts that would make me have fun not just money for them.. in the end I walked away being able not to just ride now, but to be able to afford to ride later too.. thanks again to all you guys for everytjing.. cant say it enough.

Adrenalin is worth the drive! I purchased a CanAm X3 RS from Adrenalin because R*denow would not put the quote in writing. I called and emailed 3 other shops before Adrenalin offered a no BS deal. They emailed me the offer. It was less than expected, so I bought the X3. They offer discounts on accessories upon purchase of a new vehicle. These are not high-pressure used car salesmen, just good people that enjoy the outdoors and want you to get that perfect vehicle. Great transaction!

This place was amazing from my first phone call with Adam to the delivery of my brand new Can-am x3 turbo. Ride now couldnt beat their price and they called me 8 times in 1 day, Adrenalin motorsports didnt call me at all to haggle with me which was refreshing. Adam the sales rep & Ricky the finance manager got all my paperwork and financing done right over the phone. When I showed up to pick up the unit I was in-out in 20mins. I even saw the owner John out at the Sand dunes that same weekend and they all treated me like family. I cant say enough good things about this company, but if you want the best prices for anything off-road and hassle free go see Adam.

If I here that motorcycles are considered a toy and its not like trying to buy a car. This place was horrible. I dont know how they make money. They could careless if they sell something. And that sales rep is a liar and a joke. The General Manager/Finance Manager/Clown is an idiot. Why would I volunteer a bunch of money down if I dont have too. So the money I do have will go to someone else then. I will never step foot in that joke of a store. I contact hundreds of people in the local market and you better believe I will share my opinion with them.

We spent months looking at many different side-by-sides until we rented a Can-Am at a local ATV rental company. From there we knew exactly what we wanted. We tried working with Ride-Never (pun intended) but their tactics and attitude sent us looking elsewhere. We noticed Adrenalins reviews and gave them a call and began working with Chet. We quickly came to a deal, which they honored a month later when we came in to buy. Of course Nick upsold us on an even better unit which we happily ended up purchasing. Nick is a wealth of knowledge on everything offroad. We were treated with respect and we never felt pressured to purchase any extras, which is probably why we did!!
